Abstract

This study takes an object on the regional water company Ciebon. The reason for the selection of object based researchwant to know the performance of the employee. From these gaps it is necessary to empand  research to analyze the effect of traning, wrk environment, and communication to employees perfomance. The research sample is purposive sampling method. Sample taken 100 people from a population of 268 people. Methods of data analyze using linear regression and methods of data collection using questionnaires. test results showed that (1) the training effect on the performance of employees showed a positive and significant effect (2) work environment affect the performance of the employees showed a positive and significant effect (3) communication skills affect the employee's performance showed a positive and significant. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of service and brand image on customer loyalty distributions House of Smith Semarang. The population of this study is that consumers on the distributions House of Smith Semarang who never made a purchase of at least 3 period. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with a sample of 80 respondents. Analysis of this data using multiple regression. The results showed that the quality of service and a positive brand image and significantly influential on customer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of dicipline, motivation, and job satisfaction with employee performance on perum perhutani kbm komersial kayu 1 jawa tengah. The method used in sample collection in this study was purposive sampling. Instrument tests used are validity and reliability test, with the criteria of KMO > 0.5, Loading Factor > 0.4 and Cronbach alpha > 0.7, while the model test used is Adj-R2 (coefficient of determination) and F-test (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis test in this study is regression analysis using the t-test. Hypothesis testing is using t-value of frequency distribution at significance level (α) of 5%. Based on the results, the study can be summarized as follows: (1) dicipline has positive significant influence on employee performance, (2) motivation has positive significant influence on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction has positive significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of variables COMPENSATION SATISFACTION BEHAVIOUR SERVE against PERFORMANCE. Periods of research used in this study ranging from September 28 until October 23, 2014, with the object of research is the employe of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use the entire employee population data or data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to find answere whichis affect employee performance. Data were analyzed using normality test data for testing the regression model confounding variables or residuals have a normal distribution, the classical assumption of test multicoloniarity to test correlation between the independent variables, factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha for testing the reliability of the instrument, analysis regression, to be tested with a coefficient of determination (R ²), F test and t test models to test and prove the partial effect of each independent variable. The results of the research are: (1) Compensation Satisfaction have the positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) Compensation Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the behavior of serving. (3) Compensation Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through serving behavior. Keywords: variable Compensation Satisfaction, Serving Behavior and Performance

Abstract

Abstract

This study takes an object on University Stikubank Semarang. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price perception, brand image, promotion, product quality and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in using Vaseline Hand and Body Lotion. Respondents of this study is the students University Stikubank Semarang who use the product Vaseline Handbodylotion numbered as many as 100 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling, then analyzed using linear regression and methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The test results showed that: (1) price perception, brand image, promotion, product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) price perception, brand image, promotion, product quality and significant positive effect on customer loyalty, (3) price, brand image, promotion, product quality and significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of competence, work environment, and motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted at Ambarawa Hospital, Semarang district.Sample method used purposive sampling with the criteria is nurses of Ambarawa Hospital, Semarang district and given permission to fill out a questionnaire. Number of sample taken are based on the opinion Uma Sekaran ( 2000) which states that an adequate sample size for the study was greater than 30 and less than 200. And the influence of the relationship between variables is described by using multiple regression analysis.Results showed that competence, work environment and work motivation have positive and significant influence on employee performance. So if competence, work  environment and work motivation is getting better, the performance of employee generated will be better too. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and perception of its implications on the price to satisfaction of customer loyalty study on bus agency Kramat djati at home eating Sari Rasa Kendal. Engineering samples using purposive sampling technique aims sample selection might be done because researchers have understood that the required information can be obtained from a specific target group that is able to provide the desired information because they have such information and characteristics in this study is that someone who does purchase and use at least 3 times as much as regular bus service Kramat Jati Sari Rasa in Kendal. Data were collected using the data collection instruments in the form of a list of questions or the questionnaire that was prepared and distributed to the respondents who have made a purchase and use at least 3 times the bus Kramat Jati Sari Rasa in Kendal. Tests using test data validation and the questionnaire were analyzed by using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, and formulas croanbach's alpha to test the reliability of the instrument. The analysis of data by multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results showed a positive and significant relationship anatara corporate image and perception of the price to satisfaction. It was also found there is a direct relationship positive and significant correlation between satisfaction with customer loyalty. Keywords: company image, price perception, satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

This research takes the object of respondents on Kawasaki Ninja Siliwangi Semarang Dealer. The reason of choosing the object of the research based on the up and down purchases on the Dealer, and may be indicated that there is competition in sport motorcycle. From that phenomenon then it is necessary to proof and study to analyze the influences of the Product Quality, the Service Support and the Brand Image to Consumer Statisfication. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the period of research on 24 June 2015 until 24 July 2015 and takes 100 rteespondents. The relationship and or influence between variables are explained using linear regression method and determination coefficient and hypotheses test using t test and F test. The result of this shows the product quality, the service quality and the brand image influence positive significant to the consumer statisfication. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR) on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This reseach is focus on manufacturing company at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2011, 2012, and 2013. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and obtain a sample of 57 sample companies. The analysis data use multiple regression model. The result show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has negative and significans effect, Return on Assets (ROA) has positive and significans effect, and than Current Ratio (CR) has positve and no significans effect. The Adjusted R Square is 0,526. It means that 5,26% variation of Dividend Payout Ratio influenced by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR), while the rest of 47,4% influenced by other factors which are not included in the model.
