Abstract

This research is to analyze and test of the influence of socio-economic, lifestyle, consumer psychology, reference groups for blackberry mobile phone purchasing decisions. Object of study in this paper is SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is the use of sample random sampling (random) of the 100 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Social economy has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. (2) Lifestyle has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. (3) Psychological consumer has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. (4) The reference group has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study analyzed the effects of work leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work-family conflict on employee performance. The research object in this paper is PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Cabang Utama Semarang. Sampling technique was used in this study or the overall employee population data totaling 100 respondents to the method of data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by spreading the list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to seek answers to the flow that affect employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items with loading factor > 0,4, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument with reliability coeficients > 0,7 , regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Motivation has an influence on employee performance. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (4) Work-Family Conflict has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of labor discipline, motivation, organizational culture on employee performance. The research object in this paper is the Office of Manpower, Transmigration and Population Central Java. The sampling technique used purposive sampling amounted to 105 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, organizational culture on employee performance. File were collected and analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Work Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research is a study that evaluated the effects of supply, pricing and incentives to the agent satisfaction PT. Coca - Cola West Semarang. The samples used in this study were 44 respondents. The sampling technique used in the form of a random sample, or by selecting a portion of the total population and scrambled it to be sampled. Data collected was tested first using validity and reliability in order to obtain valid and reliable results that can be used in subsequent testing. Subsequent analysis the authors use multiple linear regression testing to clarify the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The result is a variable supply, pricing, and incentives positive and significant impact on satisfaction agents. Variables that have the greatest influence is variable pricing of this was due to the variable pricing has the largest beta value when compared with variable supply and incentives. Abstract

The Purpose of this reseach was to determine the effect of competence, leadership, discipline, and compensation, jointly or partially on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 19. The population in this study are employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration and Population of Central Java Province, which totaling 416 employees. The sampling technique in this research using random sampling using Slovin formula, so the respondents amounted to 81 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect on employee performance between competence. There was a significant positive effect between leadership on employee performance. There was a significant positive effect on employee performance between disciplines. There was a significant positive effect between compensation on employee performance. Abstract

Toshiba is a world leader in high technology. The problem in this research is the shift in market share brand notebook toshiba is indicative of consumer distrust of the brand, quality products that are not durable and the perception of expensive prices. The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price perception of the Toshiba brand laptop purchase decision on the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang. Population in this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of the analysis can be concluded that: Brand image has positive influence on purchase decisions. Product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. Perception price positive influence on purchasing decisions. The most dominant variable in influencing the purchasing decision is the quality of the product, followed by brand image and perception of price. Abstract

Banking is the backbone in building Indonesia's financial system and the economy because it can serve as an intermediary institution is an institution that is able to channel back funds owned by units of the economic surplus economic units that require funding or deficit. Therefore, in order to run smoothly then banking institutions should run well too. Every company, both banks and non-banks at a time (given period) will report all financial activities. This financial report aims to provide financial information, either to the owner, management, as well as interested outside parties against the report. The purpose of the establishment of the bank is to manage the finances of the region, namely as the holder of Treasury and help boost the local economy by providing credit to small entrepreneurs. Central Java Regional Development Bank is a bank-owned Central Java Provincial Government together with the City / County Central Sejawa. The research objective of this study aimed to analyze the soundness of PT. Central Java Regional Development Bank using the CAMEL ratios include the capital, assets, management, earnings and liquidity. Based on the results of the calculation of the net value of each ratio shown in the table above shows the sum of the net worth of all aspects (CAMEL) in 2009 amounted to 102.1% in 2010 amounted to 95.81%, out 2011 at 89.66%, in 2012 sbesar 91.56%, in 2013 amounted to 94.08% and in 2014 amounted to 93.26%. Based on the assessment criteria for the assessment aspects of CAMEL Central Java Regional Development Bank of the year 2009 - 2014 is HEALTHY. Keyword : Captal, Asset, Management, Earning, Liquidity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty Samsung mobile phone. The population in this study are all Samsung mobile phone users. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, that the sampling technique with a specific purpose. Consideration of the samples in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang who have been using mobile phone Samsung at least six months. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer satisfaction. Product quality positively affects customer loyalty. Brand image positively affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: product quality, brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

This reseach examined the influence of price, service quality and location toward purchasing decision. The object of this reseach was the consumers of Deeres agricultural shop in Temanggung. That data were collected using questionaire which was distributed to fourty five respondent. The instrument was proved valid after the validity test and the variables were also proved reliable after being tested using reliability test. The regression test showed that the price variable was negatively significant toward the purcashing decision, while the service quality and location variables showed positive and significant influence toward the purcashing decision, with location variables as most dominant variable.The result of coefficient determination test model showed that this kind of model was less effective, so that the other variable were needed to influence the purcashing decision  In the other hand, The anova test showed that this model was well built. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price and brand image to brand switching decision on a Yamaha motorcycle in the city of Semarang. The study population was a Yamaha motorcycle users in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is the consideration of samples in this study were residents of Semarang who use the brand Yamaha for 2 years and have switched to other brands (eg Honda) for 1 year. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality negatively affects brand switching decision. The better the quality of the product, it will lower the brand switching decision. Positive effect on the price of brand switching decision. The higher the price offered, it will increase brand switching decision. Negatively affect the brand image brand switching decision. The better the image of the brand, it will lower the brand switching decision. Keywords: product quality, price, brand image and brand switching decision
