Abstract

This study aims to examine and analysis the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on staff performance on Distrik Navigasi Kelas II Semarang. The research instrument used in this study qualify validity, with factor analysis. Because all of the indicators in the research instrument has Loading factors or matrix components above 0.4; thus also the value of Kaiser meyer Olkin measure of sampling adequacy (KMO) or condition is above 0.5. Reliability testing of the variables studied has proven its reliability or consistency, because it has a Cronbach alpha greater than 0.6. Model studies have shown the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.667 that qualifies the goodness of fit or the model is able to explain the variables studied. The results showed positive and significant effect of motivation on staff performance with regression coefficient 0.408, significance level of 0.000, and 7.641 t value. Job satisfaction showed a positive and significant effect on staff performance with regression coefficient 0.174, significance level of 0.000, and 4.357 t value. Abstract

This studyaimed to examine the effect of Product Quality, Perceived Price, and Promotionof the buying decision. The population used in this study are all customers Café Mr. K Semarang. In this study, sampling was done by waiting for consumers who are conducting the visit and also the consumer has completed a visiting Café Mr. K as well as those who are willing to be the respondent. By using a random sampling method. Respondents amount 100. Techniques of analysis using multiple regression method which previously tested the validity and reliability test. In addition, this study also uses statistical test F and the coefficient of determination. The latter hypothesis test using t test. The results showed that the variables of Product Quality and Promotion positive and significant impacton the purchase decision. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of organizational culture, career development, and job satisfaction of work motivation. Object of study in this paper is theCase Study on Teacher SMK Antonius Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling ( random ) sample of 34 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objective wash formulated to determine the effect of cultural organization, career development, and job satisfaction of work motivation. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. This results of the research are : (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. (2) career development has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. (3) employed motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study discusses the influence of organizational climate, leadership transformational and transactional leadership on employee performance. Places were taken on the employees who are still actively working at PT. Pertiwi Indomas Semarang. In the operations of the company there is a problem or a phenomenon that is not achieving the revenue targets that are established by the management company. A sample of 89 respondents, using purposive sampling techniques that sampling based on specified criteria or considerations include: employees who are still actively working at PT. Pertiwi Indo Mas Semarang, employees have worked at least one year; and willing to be the respondent. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that there are significant positive and significant correlation between organizational climate, transformational leadership and transactional leadership on employee performance.. Abstract

This study was done toanalyze the effects of product quality, price perception and promotion to purchase decisions in distroHouse Of SmithSemarang. The population in this study is that consumers who make purchases at the distroHouse Of SmithSemarang. Sampling method used in this study was "accidental sampling", which is a technique that determines the sample with particular consideration in accordance with the desired destination with the number of samples taken was 100 respondent.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, Cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the instrument, and regression analysis to test the effect of each independent variables were in the test on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the product quality, price perception and promotionhad positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions product in distroHouse Of SmithSemarang. The variable which had greatest effect on purchasing decisions was thepromotion and price perception, than followed by a variable product quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, profitability, sales growth and liquidity to capital structure listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2014. This study used a sample of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the observations, the number of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period between the years 2012-2014 was 84 companies for 3 years as many as 252 data. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that the structure of assets did not significantly influence the capital structure at manufacturing companies in BEI, profitability and liquidity significantly and negatively related to capital structure in manufacturing companies in BEI, and sales growth positive effect was not significant to the capital structure in manufacturing companies in BEI. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Concentration Of Ownership, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Cost Efficiency, and Bank Size to the Non Performing Loan. The research was conducted on banking company that have been listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange periode 2011-2013.The sampling method using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2011-2013. Using data from 88 companies that meet the selection criteria. Relationship and influence between the variables described by using multiple regression analysis. The result show that concentration of ownership, capital adequacy ratio, cost efficiency, and bank size are simultan to the non performing loan. concentration of ownership, cost efficiency, and bank size have negatif and significant to the non performing loan,  but capital adequacy ratio has negatif and nof significant to the non performing loan. Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn over, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share Dividend Payout Ratio. Population used in this study are all companies in the real estate sector and property and construction. Samples were taken by using purposive sample thus obtained a sample of 20 companies. Methods of analysis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that of all the independent variables is Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn over, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share, only the Earning Per Share which is a positive and significant impact on the Dividend Payout Ratio. While the Return on Equity which is a negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.
