Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of profitability, institutional ownership, insider ownership, and liquidity toward company value  in companies that is listed in BEI over period 2009-2011. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling on criterion (1) the company that trade their stocks in Indonesian Stock Exchange; (2) the company having insider ownership per December 2009-2011; and (3) the company that continually share their profit per December 2009-2011. The data is obtained based on Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD 2012) publication.  It is gained sample amount of 93 companies from 129 companies those are listed in BEI. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with the least square difference and hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 5%. In addition, classical assumption is also performed including normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. During 2009-2011 period show as deviation has not founded this indicate clasiccal assumption that the available data has fulfill the condition to use multi linier regression model. Empirical evidence show institutional ownership and insider ownership to have influence toward company value at level of significance less than 5%. Abstract

This research aim to analyze the influence of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Cash Ratio (CR), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Kualitas Aktiva Produktif (KAP) on the financial performance (ROA) of the general banking in Indonesia. Samples of this research was taken in the 71 banks which publishing  financial report from 2007 up to 2010, the data analyzed by multiple regression test whith normality test and the assumption of casssical test by multicollinerrity, autocorrelation and heteroscadasticity than hypothesis test by f-test and t-test, also test of coefficient determinations. The results is known that variable NIM, CAR, KAP has positive significant influence to ROA than NPL, CR has negative significant influence to ROA and variable LDR hasnegative  not significant to ROA at 5% confidence level. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and organizational culture on performance by mediating organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses. In this study, the population was all nurses inpatient in the Civil Hospital X Tegal City. The sampling method using purposive sampling. Retrieval of data using questionnaires. Tests conducted by the research instrument validity and reliability, statistical test equipment being used is multiple regression analysis, R2 test and t-test, to test the significance of regression coefficients generated. The results showed that compensation is positive and significant effect on affective commitment, job satisfaction and commitment continuants, but had no effect on performance. Organizational culture of innovation and risk-taking has positive influence on affective commitment and performance. Results-oriented organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction and performance. People-oriented organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Affective commitment and commitment continuants positive effect on job satisfaction but had no effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. Affective commitment, job satisfaction and commitment continuants is purely capable of mediating variables to explain the effect of indirect compensation to performance. Affective commitment and job satisfaction are not able to explain the indirect effect of organizational culture of innovation and risk-taking on the performance of nurses in hospitals X Tegal City. Abstract

Target of this research to analyze Price Book Value to influence (PBV), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), rate, rate of interest and inflation to share return. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research take title ”Pengaruh Kinerja Pasar Dan Makro Ekonomi Terhadap Return Saham (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2008-2011)”. Population in this research is manufacturing business which enlist in Effect Exchange Indonesia during year 2008 until year 2011 amounting to 153 company. In election of sample done with sampling purposive method with manufacturing business criterion which enlist in BEI before year 2005 and compile annual financial statement by successively year 2008 - 2011 is so that obtained by counted 88 company. Pursuant to result of research which have been done by hence can know by Price Book Value to (PBV) have an effect on positive and significant to share return. Earning per Share (EPS) have an effect on positive and do not significant to share return. Price Earning Ratio (PER) have an effect on positive and do not significant to share return. Rupiah rate to dollar have an effect on significant and negativity to share return. Rate of interest have an effect on do not significant and negativity to share return and Inflation have an effect on positive and do not significant to share return. Abstract

Target of this research to test influence personality of motivation and lecturer to lecturer performance with mediation by satisfaction work lecturer in is Polytechnic of Navigation Semarang. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research take title ”Pengaruh Kepribadian Dosen Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dengan Dimediasi Oleh Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Kasus Pada Dosen  Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang)”. In this research take Polytechnic Lecturer population of Navigation Semarang amounting to 93 people with sampling census method technique taking all existing population. Used by data is primary data and data analysis use doubled linear regression. Pursuant to result of research which have been done by hence can know by personality have an effect on to satisfaction of job, motivation have an effect on to satisfaction of job, personality have an effect on to lecturer performance, motivation have an effect on to lecturer performance and satisfaction of job have an effect on to lecturer performance. Satisfaction work personality mediation to lecturer performance because indirect influence bigger than at direct influence and satisfaction work mediation motivate to lecturer performance because indirect influence bigger than at direct influence. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of fund balance consists of the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Financial Assistance from the Provincial Government and the Revenue and Capital Expenditure Allocation to determine the effect of capital expenditures in each district / city in the administrative area of Central Java Provincial Government the per capita income in the region. The data used in this study were obtained from various data sources such as data from the district budget / City, Allocation Funds Transfer from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance regional Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Bureau of Statistics and Central Java to the research data period of 3 (three) years the Fiscal Year 2008-2010.The results are from four sources of funding DAU, DAK, Financial Aid and Provincial Government Revenue is the verdict that the district / city heavily dependent on government transfers funds on it with the greatest number of general allocation funds. Hypothesis test results showed the four fund balance of the General Allocation Fund and the Financial Assistance that significantly affect the allocation of capital expenditures in the district / town in the administrative region of Central Java province, while for components DAK, and Revenue does not significantly affect the allocation of Capital Expenditure . In this study, capital expenditure budget contained in the district / city government administrative region showed a positive effect on per capita income of the area. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of  work motivation and competency on teacher’s performance moderated by the transformational leadership and school culture. This research was conducted with random sampling method. Population and quantity of this research is 109 teacher. The object of this research is Vocational High School technology group in Pati. The equipment which is used in this research is computer software program SPSS ver. 16 and that used regression analysis approach. From the analysis and discussion show that a significant positive influence motivation on performance, significantly positive effect of competency on performance. transformational leadership has not moderating the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers. transformational leadership  has  moderating the influence of competency on the performance of teachers. School culture has not moderating the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers, school culture has not moderating the influence of competency on the performance of teachers   Keywords: Motivation, Competency, Transformational Leadership, School Culture  and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the influence of: (1) organizational commitment on teacher performance, (2) motivation on teacher performance, (3) the working environment on teacher performance, (4) the working environment in moderating the organizationals commitment to teacher performance, and (5 ) the working environment in moderating teacher motivation on performance. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was 139 teachers at SMP Islam-based Private Sub Rayon 03 in Semarang, amounting to 139 people. The instrument used in the data collection was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, each of which had been tested in compliance with the requirements of validity and reliability and factor analysis and Cronbach Alpha test assumptions Classic. The technique uses test data analysis of multiple linear regression analysis models. R2 test, F test, and hypothesis testing using t-test, and test moderation. The results of the research prove that: (1) organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers, (2) motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, (3) the working environment has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (4) the working environment is not moderate influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance, (5) the working environment moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

Human resources in development  administering government and moreover have in health development dominant factor. Many factors that affect employees performance among other factors employees in terms of the ability  organizational commitmen, job characteristic   and cultural factors organization surrounding in the organization. The problems are examined in research is: (1) how influence organizational commitmen on performance to civil servants?, (2) how influence job characteristics on  performance?. (3) what influence organizational commitment to performance by moderation cultural organization, (4) how job characteristics influence on performance by employees cultural organization with moderation cultural organization. Samples research is Health Service Employee Temanggung District of Central Java about 115 people with the purposive sampling techniques. A test, regression analysis the T, the F, and coefficients determination.Th e results showed the organizational commitment (X 1) have a positive influence on performance (Y). Job characteristics (X2) have a positive influence on performance (Y). Of the two independent variables,. organizational commitment (X1) and job characteristics (X2) turned out to be the most dominant influence on performance is variable (x2) job characteristics. The results of the variable oraganisasional with the commitment to moderation organizational culture organizational culture affect variables negative or weakens against the performance of employees. The results of the job characteristics with moderation organizational culture organizational culture affect variables show negative or weakens against performance. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of Work Environment and Motivation for Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment mediation. In this research population of 103 and taken all the number 108 as respondents quesioner method. Test instruments use validity and reliability, while the model test use R2 test (coefficient of determination), F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test (t-test). Hypothesis Testing in this research use the regression analysis with t count criteria. Hypothesis testing is used t count frequency distribution test at significance level (α) of 5%. The results showed (1) Working environments have a positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (2) Motivation has positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (3) Working environments have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, (4) Motivation has positive and significant impact on employee performance, while (5) Organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance and Motivation.   Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance
