Abstract

The research objective was to examine the effect of labor discipline and motivation to work on teacher performance and job satisfaction as the mediation, studies on teacher high schools in the district of Jepara. Samples used in these researches as much as 191 people with the sampling technique is proportional random sampling gives equal opportunities are limitless for each element of the population to be selected into the sample taken by a proportional amount. Analysis using multiple linear regression test. The research results can be summarized as follows: Discipline of work has no effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline and significant positive effect on performance, motive does not affect the performance of work, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance, job satisfaction as a mediating variable is not able to explain the effect on the performance of work discipline and work motivation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, competence on teacher’s performance in Jepara regency with job satisfaction as mediating. This study participated 127 teacher as a sample. The respondent are teacher form SMA Negeri 1 Jepara representated as eks RSBI, SMA Negeri 1 Tahunan representated as central Jepara region, SMA Negeri 1 Pecangaan representated as south Jepara region, dan SMA Negeri 1 Bangsri representated as north Jepara region. Measurement of the instrument using linkert scale 7 answers alternative, with multiple regression as a analyze method. Based on t analyze in this study can be concluded that (1) motivation has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job satisfaction (2) competence has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job satisfaction (3) motivation does not affect the teacher’s job performance (4) competence has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job performance (5) job satisfaction has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job performance. From the mediation analyze give the information that motivation and competence have indirect effect to teacher’s job performance trough job satisfaction. Abstract

This searching has a direction for knowing and testing how far Competency and Motivation  influential toward job Satisfaction’s  with Performance mediation work dimension for all of teacher Sekolah Menengah Atas in Jepara city. Sampling was done by multiphase sampling technique. From the result of multiphase sampling, the sample was used in this study, totaling 109 people. Testing data technique which is used in this study include validity test , reliability test by Cronbach alpha formula,klasic asumtion tes: normality tes,multicolinierytas and heteroskedastisitas.F tes/ significance simultan tes.T tes/ parcial significance tes with multiple regression analysis, and significance  tests, the coeffisien of  to prove the hypothesis and mediation test1 & 2. Results of searching showed that the F tes: kompetence and motivation has positive influence and significance toward performance.Kompetence,motivation and performance has positive influence and significance toward job satisfaction too.T tes: everything hypotesis has positive influence and significance.And mediation tes variables of Performance proved to mediation  the compentence and motivation toward job satisfaction’s  for all of teacher in Jepara city. Abstract

The  purpose of this research are : (1) To analist and describe the motivation that has some influence in teachers competition of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. (2) To analist and to describe the head master’s leadership that has an influence at teacher compention in SMK Negeri in Pati Regency, (3) To analist and to describe the influence of motivation at teacher’s carreer of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency, (4) To analist and to describe the influence of head master’s leadership at teacher’s carreer at SMK  Negeri in Pati Regency, (5) To analist and describe the influence of Teacher’s competention in carreer at SMK Negeri in Pati Regency.   This kind of research is the field research and use kuantitatif approach. The population in this research are the teacher of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency (265 teachers) with use purposive sampling method with caracteristic the lowest grade is D3 and they have worked at least 5 years. These objects is taken with Slovin Method that get 159 teachers as the objects of the research. Date analist tehnic uses doble linier analisys system, R2 analisys, F analisys, research inatrument analisys uses Validation Analisys, Reliabilitation Analisys, Clasic Asumtion Analisys, .hipotesis analisys uses t analisys and path analisys.   The result of the research show that : (1) Motivation has a positive influence to teacher competition of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency.(2) Head master Leadership has a positive influence to teacher competition of SMK Negeri in Pati Negeri in Pati Regency. (4) Headmaster Leadership has a positive influence to teacher carreer of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. (5) Teacher competention has a positive influence to teacher carreer of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. (6) Motivation influence is more efective toward teacher competention mediation than influence direct to the carreer. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the effect of: 1) organizational climate on Career Plateau, 2) motivation toward career plateau, 3) organizational climate on Job Satisfaction, 4) Motivation to Job Satisfaction, and 5) Career Plateau on Job Satisfaction. This research, carried out with the object of Pegawai Negeri Sipil at the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pati and a sample of 111 people by using purposive sampling. Data collection distributing questionnaires, using a questionnaire with Likert scale model modification 7 scale and descriptive analysis technique, partial correlation and linear regression at a significance level of 5%. The research results of linear regression line equation model 1 is Y1 = - 0.138 X1 - 0.487 X2. Linear regression line equation model 2 is Y2 = 0.170 X1 + 0.373X2 - 0.255 Y1. Based on the calculation of test data analysis through mediation concluded that career plateau can not mediate (direct effect) on the variables of organizational climate and work motivation on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze effect of career development and motivation on job satisfaction and the influence of career development, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance.. What research is at Kendal Regional Secretariat, the study sample totaled 101 respondents, using purposive sampling method, with a minimum of high school education criteria and years> 5 years. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. The results of the regression analysis for the first model produced coefficient of determination equal to 0679, which means that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the variation in the dependent variable (the variable job satisfaction) of 67.9%, the remaining 32.1% is explained by other variables outside the model. As for the second model in the coefficient of determination equal to 0530, which means that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the variation in the dependent variable (the variable performance of employees) by 53%, the remaining 47% is explained by other variables outside the model. This study demonstrates (1) career development and employee motivation positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) career development has positive effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction has positive effect on employee performance, while (4) does not affect employee motivation employee performance . The results also showed that career development, employee motivation and job satisfaction are jointly positive effect. Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the effect of Professional Competence, Discipline and Motivation on the Performance of State Yunior High School teachers in Kudus Sampling was done by using Simple Random Sampling Proportional. Of samples used in this study amounted to 229 people. Engineering test data used in this study include test validity with factor analysis the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO), reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, Classical Assumption Test (Test Normality, Multicollinearity Test, Test Glejser) and Test Model Fit  The results showed that the professional competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance .. Discipline has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the influence of discipline, work ethic on the performance of job satisfaction with mediation that takes teachers of public Junior High School in Kudus Regency as the object. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. From the results of purposive sampling, the samples used in this study are 204 people. Data testing techniques used in the study are test validity with factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, the multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis and test mediation. The results shows that the variable of headmaster leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on performance. Abstract

This aim of this study to identify and examine the influence of principal leadership, organizational climate of teachers performance in junior high school by using moderation comitment organizational, the object of this study is SMP teachers in Kudus regency. The technique of sampling used Proportional Random Sampling. From the results of the Proportional random sampling are 229 teacchers as sample. The mechanical examination data used analysis factor of validity test,  reliability test by using Cronbach alpha formula, regression analysis, and significance test determination coefficient is used to prove the hypothesis and moderation test. The study showed that: variable organizational commitment gave good influence in moderating the principal leadership and organizational climate of teachers performance . The leadership of principal and organizational climate give positive and significant influence teachers performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality and organizational culture on performance mediated by the Organizational Commitment Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling method and implemented in Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. Tested the validity of data collected by viewing at the magnitude of the KMO values above 0.5 and the loading factors above 0.4 could be declared valid. The results demonstrate the validity of the KMO test for personality is 0.870, KMO test for organizational culture is 0.847. KMO test for Organizational commitment is 0.822 and KMO test for the performance is 0.922. It can be said that all variables declared valid. Its reliability test showed the 0.899 for personality, 0.947 for organizational culture, 0,872 for organizational commitment and 0.905 for performance. These show that all variables are reliable. From the analysis and discussion show that a significant positive influence personality on organizational commitment, significantly positive effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, personality is a significant positive effect on performance, organizational culture significantly positive effect on performance and organizational commitment significantly positive effect on performance. Strong influence of personality is directly compared to the performance through the mediation of organizational commitment. Moreover of Organizational culture has strong directly influence compared toward the performance through the mediation of organizational commitment.
