Abstract

Job satisfaction has a very important role in the organization. With a high degree of job satisfaction will be able to achieve the objectives of the organization. The purpose of this study was to review and analyze the effect of Work Involvement and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction with the Job Content plateauing mediated by the object of research in a Village Employees at  Sub District Kandangan of Temanggung Regency. The results of multiple regression test can be seen that Work Involvement and Empowerment Variables significantly and negatively related to the Job Content plateauing. Variable Work Involvement and Empowerment positive effect on Job Satisfaction Job Content plateauing while variable significantly and negatively related to Job Satisfaction. From the test results it can be seen that the mediation Job Content plateauing effect has not been proven to mediate Work Involvement and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction Keywords: Job Involvement, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, and Job Content plateauing

Abstract

This study to examine and analisys whether the role of headmaster leadership moderated influence commitment and competence on teacher performance. The study population was a primary school teacher of Batang Regency many as 3.330 people and a sample of 420 respondents. The research data is the primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 16. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results of this study shows an interesting empirical conditions to be further investigated as follows: the original partially committed no significant effect on teachers performance, but after interacting with the headmaster leadership, the role of headmaster leadership to strengthen the influence of  commitment on teacher performance. Contrary, the original partially competence significant and positive effect on teacher performance, but after interacting with the headmaster leadership, the role of headmaster leadership to weaken influence of competence on teacher performance.   Keywords: commitment, competence, headmaster leadership, teacher performance

Abstract

This study was investigated about the role of organizational culture moderated influence headmaster supervision and motivation on teacher performance. Specifically, this study to examine and analisys whether the role of organizational culture moderated influence headmaster supervision and motivation on teacher performance. The contribution of this study is explain and explore the previous research about the influence organizational culture, headmaster supervision, and motivation on teacher performance . Population and study sample was a junior high school teacher Taman District Regency Pemalang as much as 145 people. The research data is the primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 16. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed organizational culture to weaken the effects of headmaster supervision on teacher performance, and the organizational culture does not moderate the effects of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture and leadership of school principals on teacher performance with the mediation of job satisfaction in the high schools in Pati regency. The research was conducted for teachers in high schools in Pati many as 150 people, using a data collection techniques populations. Statistical technique used is the component matrix validity, reliability test by Cronbach alpha, multiple regression analysis, t test and the test with the adjusted r ² r square. The results showed that job satisfaction variables proved to mediate the influence of organizational culture and leadership of school principals on teacher performance. Organizational culture and leadership of school principals have a positive and significant effect on performance. Variable organizational culture school, the principals leadership and job satisfaction affects the performance of 80.1%. The remaining 19.9% ​​is influenced by other variables not included in the study. Keywords: Organizational Culture School, Principal Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation and competency on teacher’s performance moderated by the transformational leadership style. This research was conducted with a sensus method and implemented in the sub-district Jakenan Pati. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. Tested the validity of data collected by viewing at the magnitude of the KMO values above 0.5 could be declared valid. The results demonstrate the validity of the KMO test for work motivation is 0.619, KMO test for competency is 0.837. KMO test for transformational leadership style is 0.816 and KMO test for the performance is 0.894. It can be said that all variables declared valid. Its reliability test showed the 0.663 for work motivation, 0.927 for competency, 0,891 for transformational leadership style and 0.881 for performance. These show that all variables are reliable. From the analysis and discussion show that a significant positive influence work motivation on performance, significantly positive effect of competency on performance. transformational leadership style has not moderating the influence of work motivation on the performance of teachers. transformational leadership style has not moderating the influence of competency on the performance of teachers.   Keywords: Work Motivation, Competency, Transformational Leadership Style and Performance

Abstract

The study is intended examine and analyze the influence of work discipline and work stress toward the teacher performance by mediation of organization commitment at Pharmasy vocational High School in Semarang. Sampling  technique are non probability sampling, purposive sampling  with 120 teachers ,technique data test are validity test, reliability test, double linear regression and partial hypothesis with t- test, simultant test with F test and mediation test by Sobel test. The research proves that work discipline, is significant and has positive influence toward the teacher performance, whilework stress has negative influence toward teacher performance from mediation test by using sobel testis shows that organization commitment dnot mediate work discipline toward Teacher Performance.while organization commitment can mediate work stress  toword teacher performance at vocational high school in Semarang It means work dicipline is more efective in influencing directly toward teacher performance than by  controlling organization commitment. Abstract

The study is intend to test and analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation toward teacher performance with mediation job satisfaction at goverment yunior high school in district of Ulujami, residence of Pemalang Central Java; Sampling technique are non probability quota sampling, purposive sampling with 131 goverment teachers, technique of data test are validity test, reliability test, double linier regresion test, partial hypothesis test with t test, simultan hypothesis test with F test, and mediation analysis with Sobel test. The result of mediation test with Sobel test are job satisfaction does not mediate work discipline toward teachers performance, but job satisfaction proves to mediate work motivation toward teachers performance; It means work discipline is more effective influencing directly toward teachers performance than by controlling job satisfaction and work motivation effective in direct or indirect influencing toward teachers performance at goverment yunior high school in district of Ulujami, residence of Pemalang Central Java. Abstract

This study examines the question of how the influence of teacher competence and discipline of work on teacher performance is moderated by the school culture in the teachers in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Kabupaten Jepara. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze a). influence on the performance of teacher competence, b). disciplinary effect on kinerjaguru, c). the influence of school culture on teacher performance, d). moderating role of school culture on teacher performance competencies, and e). moderating role of school culture on teacher performance discipline. The population in this study were all teachers status as a civil servant (PNS) who works at SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Kabupaten Jepara totaled 239 teachers, using stratifiet proportional random sampling technique. Number of respondents surveyed was 149 teachers. Method of data collection using a questionnaire given to the respondents with a Likert scale in the range 1-5. Tests on instrument validity study conducted with factor analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability test, test for normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, test and test Multicollinearity Heteroskidastity are statistical tool used is multiple regression analysis, simultaneous significance test (test statistic F) and t statistical test to prove the hypothesis of the proposed research. Results of data analysis showed that the positive and significant effect of competence on teacher performance, school culture positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, work discipline does not affect the performance of teachers and school culture on teacher performance competency moderate but not moderate disciplined school culture of work on teacher performance. Abstract

The research was carried out to examine the effect of competence and motivation of the Teacher Performance Moderated Leadership Principal of Senior High School in distric Jepara. The population of this research are State Senior High School Teachers in Jepara Regency with the 191 respondences by proportional random sampling technique. In order to examine this hypothesis, we use the linear regression empirical model quasi moderation with independent variables: Competence, Motivation, Principal’s Leadership and Teacher’s Performance as dependent variable. The results of the research show that all of the three independent variables: Competence, Motivation, Principal’s Leadership influence Teacher’s Performance simultaneously. The results of the data analysis show: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between teacher’s competence and performance, (2) there is no correlation between teacher’s motivation and performance, (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between Principal’s Leadership and Teacher’s performance,(4) The Principal’s Leadership can’t moderate the influence of the competence on Teacher’s Performance, (5) The Principal’s Leadership can’t  moderate the influence of the motivation on Teacher’s Performance. Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of discipline work, headmaster supervision and motivation to elementary school teacher performance. The result of research refer to discipline work, headmaster supervision and together motivation influenced to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara. And in test, point to Sig all value under 0,05. Sp the result can be conclude such as : Discipline work influenced positive and significally to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara. Headmaster supervision positive influence and significally to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara. And Motivation is positive influence and significally to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepar.
