Abstract

The research objective was to identify the factors that lead to career plateau, to analyze the influence of these factors on career plateau and to analyze the influence of career plateau on employee performance Pengadilan Negeri Semarang Population is used as the object of all employees at the Pengadilan Negeri Semarang was done by purposive sampling techniques, criteria respondents were employees were civil servants in the State Court / Commercial / Industrial Relations / Semarang Corruption Court. Judge and Judge Candidates not meeting criteria for the respondents as their career path is clear. Likewise, temporary employees are not included because they do not qualify for the civil responders. So the number of samples in this study were 111 respondents. Analysis tools used in this study using linear regression. Results from the study include: (1). Supervisor support negatively affect the career plateau, meaning the better the support the boss, it will lower the career plateau. (2). Job involvement negatively affect the career plateau, job involvement means the better, it will lower the career plateau. (3) Planning careers negatively affect the career plateau, meaning the better career planning, it will lower the career plateau. (4) Career opportunities negatively affect the career plateau, meaning the better career opportunities, it will lower the career plateau. (5) Career plateau negatively affect employee performance, meaning that the lower the career plateau, the more it will improve employee performance Keywords: supervisor support, job involvement, career planning, career opportunities, career plateau and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the employee performance of Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. This research uses the variables of organizational culture and motivation to analyze the influence of employee performance. This study also used organizational commitment as the intervening variables to analyze the influence of the level of employee commitment to the organization. The population of this research are all the employees Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati, amounting to 221. While the sample taken in this research were as many as 126 people drawn from the population. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis, The Analysis data techniques in this study use software computer program SPSS versi.16.00. program After it has been processed by this program, get the result from validity and reliability test. All variable are valid by the score of KMO and Bartlett’s Test > 0,5 and also matrix component fulfill loading factor > 0,4. All variable are reliable by the score of cronbach alpha > 0,6. The results of the first hypotheses test can be proved that the  show that the organization culture variables have a positive influence on the organizational commitment. The second hypotheses test variable  motivation have a positive influence  on the organizational commitment. The third hypotheses test organization culture variable positive influence on the performance. The fourth hypotheses test  motivation  variable positive influence  on the performance.  And The five hypotheses test  organizational commitment  variables did not effect  for performance.  Strong influence of organization culture is directly compared to the performance through the mediation of organizational commitment. Moreover of motivation has strong directly influence compared toward the performance through the mediation of organizational commitment.   Keywords : Organization culture,  Motivation, Organizational commitment,   Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh iklim organisasional  dan pemberdayaan  terhadap kinerja guru dengan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi statistik. Untuk memperoleh data, penulis menggunakan kuesioner, yang disebar kepada para guru yang ada di Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri di Batang Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  komitmen organisasional, tetapi  ditemukan pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan dari  iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja. Dalam penelitian ini juga disajikan hasil bahwa  pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, namun tidak signifikan terhadap komitment organisasional. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh  positif dan signifikan terjadi antara komitmen organisasional dengan kinerja. Di sisi lain ditunjukkan juga bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja.   Kata Kunci : Iklim Organisasional, Pemberdayaan, Guru, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, kinerja.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Influence of Competence and Motivation to the Teachers Performance with the Organisational Climate as moderate variable at SMK negeri in Pati Regency. This study belongs to the type of quantitative research using a survey method of descriptive analysis approach. Population of this study are 134 teacher, while the samples taken as many as 100 teacher as respondent and using a Slovin method and purposive sampling. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answer. Test instruments used are the validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis testing used in this study used regression analysis. The results of the first model showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0,566, the meaning of the result is that the Competence and Motivation together have a 56,6% impact to the Techers Performance and the rest are influenced by others variables. Based on the research result can be summarized as follows: (i) Competence is positive and significant effect to the Teachers Performance, (ii) ) Motivation is positive and not significant effect to the Teachers Performance, (iii) the Organisational Climate is positive and significant effect to the Teachers Performance (iv) Organisational Climate is not moderating to the effect of Competence to Teacher Performance, (v) Organisational Climate is not moderating to the effect of Motivation to Teacher Performance Keywords :      Competence, motivation, Organisational Climate, Teachers Performance

Abstract

The results of the first model showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0,541, the meaning of the result is that the Competence and Motivation together have a 54,1% impact to the Techers Performance and the rest are influenced by others variables. Based on the research result can be summarized as follows: (i) Competence is positive and significant effect to the Teachers Performance, (ii) ) Motivation is positive and significant effect to the Teachers Performance, (iii) Principal Leadership is not moderating to the effect of Competence to Teacher Performance, (iv) Principal Leadership is not moderating to the effect of Motivation to Teacher Performance Key words :      Competence, motivation, Principal Leadership, Teachers Performance

Abstract

This study examinesthe effect of compesation on job satisfaction of employees, examine the effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction of employees, examine the effect of Compesation on Performance, examine job characteristics on Performance and examine Job Satisfaction to Performance. The results showed that the first hypothesis which states that  compesation  have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction of employees, received. The second hypothesis which states that the job characteristics have positive  and a significant influence to job satisfaction of employees, received. The third hypothesis states that compesation is don’t have a significant  relationship of the nurse performance ,rejected .The fourth  hypothesis which states that job characteristics have a positive and significant impact on Nurse Performance, were rejected. The fifth hypothesis which stated that job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on nurse performance. This research also showed that job satisfaction as a mediated variable that effect between compesation to nurse  performance Keywords : compensation, job characteristic , job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse, experimentally, the relationships between principal leadership and work motivation to teacher performance with organizational commitments as intervening variable. Participants compriseed 150 teachers having educational certificate from the whole Kawedanan Tayu Pati region. With characteristics: min 30 years old, min S1 degree, and work duration min 5 years. The results are the first hypothesis (H1) “Principal leadership has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, it means the better principal leadership will increase organizational commitment”. The second hypothesis (H2) “Work motivation doesn’t influence organizational commitment, it means the motivation given by teachers doesn’t increase organizational commitment”. The third hypothesis (H3) “Principal leadership has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, it means the better principal leadership will increase teacher performance”. The fourth hypothesis (H4) “Work motivation has positive and significant on teacher performance, it means the better work motivation will increase  teacher performance”. The fifth hypothesis (H5) “Organizational commitment has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, it means the better organizational commitment will increase teacher performance”. Abstract

The study was conducted on  employees at the District Office and Village Tegal in order to test and analyze whether influence of personality and organizational climate on Job Satisfaction with organizational commitment as mediation. Sampling method with purposive sampling . Data is were collected by questionnaires and tests conducted by the research instrument validity and reliability testing, while the statistical test used was multiple regression analysis . The research results showed that personality had no effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Organizational Climate has positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction Organizational commitment as a mediating variable based on the study was not able to explain the indirect effects of personality and organizational climate on job satisfaction in the Office of the District and Sub-District in the city of Tegal. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of the product that has a positive effect on the creation of customer satisfaction, to analyze the image of the product that has a positive effect on the creation of customer satisfaction, to analyze the quality of the product that has positive influence on customer commitment, to analyze the image of the product that has positive influence on customer commitment and to analyze that the creation of customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer commitments. Object of this study is the companys customers in the District of Pekalongan Batik Kaibon with research methods using purposive sampling technique. Customers here are all Kaibon Batik enterprise customers with the criteria already made a purchase more than 2 times that used either alone or given to someone else as a gift. Regression analysis equations I know the coefficient of determination or ajusted R square of 0.665. This means that the influence of the independent variable is the quality of the product and the image of the product to customer satisfaction is of 66.5% or in other words the variation changes in customer satisfaction able to be explained by the quality of the product and the image of the product by 66.5%, while the remaining 33,5% is influenced by other variables not examined. The regression analysis equation II is known coefficient of determination or ajusted R square of 0.712. This means that the influence of the independent variable is the quality of the product, the product image and customer satisfaction to customer commitments amounted to 71,2% or in other words the variation changes in customer commitment that can be explained by the variable quality of the product, the product image and customer satisfaction by 71,2%, while the remaining 28,8% is influenced by other variables not examined. The results were analyzed variable product quality, brand image, customer satisfaction and customer commitment showed that the quality of the product, the product image and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer commitment variables, This shows that the higher the effect of each independent variable is product quality, product image and customer satisfaction, the customer will be higher commitment.
