Abstract

This study aimed to examines the influence of the debt, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on dividend policy and its consequences to firm value. This research was conducted at Indonesia by using analysis unit manufacturing company that have gone public. The population of this research is manufacturing company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the study period of 2014 until 2016 and obtained as many as 85 companies. The technique of data analysis is used multiple regression analysis with documentation method. The results of this study shows that debt and liquidity negatively insignificant affect dividend policy. Profitability and firm size have a significant positive effect on dividend policy. While dividend policy has significant positive effect on firm value.Keyword: Debt, profitability, liquidity, firm size, dividend policy and firm value

Abstract

The research had an intention to examine the influences of brand image, price perception and the quality of product toward the customer’s satisfaction that affecting the loyalty of using the product. The population of this research are the user of Kartika syrup in Gubug, Grobogan with the total sample of 100 correspondents that has been taken by purposive sampling technique. The research study of this final project proposes seven hypothesis that been tested using linier regression with data processing program spss. Based on that statistical experimentation, I got a result that:brand image has a positive effect and has a significance relation with the satisfaction, price perception has a positive effect and has a significance relation with the satisfaction, and quality of product have a positive effect and significance relation with the satisfaction. The satisfaction it self has a positive impact and significance in loyalty of the customers, the brand image has a positive effect and significance in loyalty of the customers, and price perception has a positive effect and significance in loyalty of the customers. In conclusion, Kartika enterprise ought to raise and keep the brand image, price perception and the quality of product in order to gain the customers loyalty toward Karika’s products and always giving a satisfaction to the customers.

Abstract

This study aims to example and analyze the effect of motivation, career development and discipline to work on the performance of employees of Balai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran Industri (BBTPPI). The best data used in this study include the product moment test validity, realiability testing with Cronbach Alpha multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis.Data collected was tested for validity by the methods of analysis and tested reliabilitas with product moment coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha), where the results of all data is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis and discussion demonstrate that: (1). Motivation and significant positive effect on employee performance, the stronger the influence of the motivation, then the performance employee’s are also increasing; (2). Career development positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of the working career development, then the performance employee’s are also increasing; (3). Discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of the working discipline, then the performance employee’s in the company are also increasing. Abstract

Their competition is very tight with the rise of each cooperative and the emergence of cooperative service products with different attributes, making customers choose to get the best services from the bank by giving satisfaction to customers. This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and customer confidence in the customer satisfaction Karya Utama KSP Jepara. The population in this study is the work of Jepara Top KSP customers from January to December 2015 that bejumlah many as 267 customers. Based on the calculation Slovin obtained a sample of 73 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is using purposive sampling method, the sampling based on certain criteria. The criteria set out in this sampling is customer Top KSP Jepara work for 2 years. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the companys image a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the image of the company, customer satisfaction will increase. Customer confidence in a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the trust of customers, then customeer satisfaction will increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance PT. Industri Jamu and Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk Semarang. Sampling technique from this research is using Accidental Sampling which amounts to 100 people. Data collection by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by way of spread list of statement to respondent to get information. The purpose of the study formulated to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Data were collected using factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, Crombach Alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression analysis to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of the study are: (1) leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) the working environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Transformational Leadership On Performance Employees At Perum LPPNPI (Airnav Indonesia) Branch Pratama Semarang. This research uses qualitative research, with the employee population is 85 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. The research uses sampling The result showed that the Work Stress not affect on Employee Performance, Motivation not effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Employee Performance. From resul tresearch showed Transformational Leadership very strong and effect can explain the variable employee performance.Keywords: Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The population used in this research is the employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang and the number of samples in this study were 118 respondents. Data collection methods used in this study is using questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to respondents to obtain information. The purpose of this study formulated to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS19 program. The results of this research indicate that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, work environment and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. And jointly leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees. Keywords: leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance

Abstract

This study axamined the effect of liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvability ratio and firm size to profitability at manufacturing business in Indonesian stock axchange period 2013-2015. Population in this research ic company of manufacture sector with enlist in Indonesian stock exchange. Sample research with criterion wich have been determained to be obtained by counted 71 manufacturing company which public`s company in indonesian stock exchange, with data pooled method or panel data during year 2013-2015, so that the amount of sample ( n )= 71 x 3 = 213, while use by method is multiple linier regression. The test result variable liquidity significant positif to profitability, aktivity significant positif to profitability, solvability significant negatif to profitability and firm size significant positif to profitability. Keyword : profitability, liquidity, activity, solvability and firm size.

Abstract

With so many retail companies in Indonesia, then consumers will be more selective in choosing a shopping center that will be used as a place to buy their needs. The problem in this research is "whether the variable quality of service, price, and beliefs influence on customer satisfaction in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable quality of service, price, confidence in the customer satisfaction in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. The number of samples in this study of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling in which respondents are consumers who buy in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. Collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed that the variables of service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, price positive effect on customer satisfaction, and trust positively affects customer satisfaction d Hypermat Jogja City Mall. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, profitability, and firm size on capital structure. This research also examines the influence of capital structure on the value of listed companies in IDX period 2012-2016. The data used are Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2015 and Financial Report as of December 31, 2016 that are sampled. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method with 33 companies listed in IDX. Data types used are secondary data which is panel data, because it is a combination of time series and cross section data. The analysis method used is fixed effect model estimation method and random effect model. The selection of estimation method was based on hausman test. The result of research showed that DPR, CR, ROE, and SIZE had a negative effect on DER. DPR and SIZE variables have no significant effect while CR and ROE are significant. DER has a negative effect not significantly on PBV. This study found no influence on capital structure of its independent variables.
