Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the product quality, erceived price, and promotion to purchase decision process on the buyers of products in Blacklight store Kudus. The population in this study are all consumers Blacklight store Kudus. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method and number of samples to be rocessed into research data of 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model. The results showed that perceived price and promotion significant positive effect on consumer urchase decision process for purchasing products in Blacklight store Kudus. Abstract

This study aims to compare the financial performance of the profitability risk that is ROA (Return on Assets) to other financial ratios such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), BOPO (Operational Cost / Operating Income), AND NPL (Non Performing Loan). Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression). This research is conducted from 2012-2015 period on Conventional Commercial Bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was conducted using purposive sampling method with a sample of 35 banking companies. The result of research after partial hypothesis test shows that CAR has positive and not significant effect to ROA, LDR has negative and significant effect to ROA, BOPO has negative and significant effect to ROA, NPL has positive and significant effect to ROA. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of compensation,work discipline and cempetency .object of study in this paper is the Nozz Hotel Semarang .The sampling technique in his research is to use simple random sampling (random) semple of 53 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnairen (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent inorder to obtain informasion .the research objective wash formulated to dettermine the effect of compensation ,work discipline ,and competency of employe performance.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to tast the validity of the question items ,Cronbeach alpa formula to test the reliability of each of the research are : (1) compensation has a positive and significant impact influence on employee performance. (2) work dicipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to test the influence quality product of the process decision purchase, brand image of the process decision purchase and perception price of the process decision purchase of cosmetics brand Wardah at store Elisha Beauty Semarang city. The population in this study is all consumers who buyers product Wardah cosmetics at store Elisha Beauty Semarang city and samples set as much as 100 respondents. Primary data obtained by using the questionnaire closed because of the respondents simply choose the answer is provided. The answer to use the scale likert from the number one up to five. The data is processed using SPSS version of 19.00 program. As a result is all the question valid and all variable is reliable. The result of regressing showed that all variable independent marking positive and significant. According to the test model this third variable independent only able to explain 71,3 percent about process decision purchase. Thus, then quality product have had a positive impact and significant of the process decision the purchase cosmetics brand Wardah., brand image have had a positive impact and significant of the process decision the purchase cosmetics brand Wardah and perception price have had a positive impact and significant of the process decision the purchase cosmetics brand Wardah.Keyword : Quality Product, Brand Image, Perception Price, Process Decision Purchase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct and indirect product quality, e-promotion and brand image as an intervening variable on purchase decisions. The population of this research is the consumer products The Goods Dept in Semarang city and Yogyakarta city who had been shopping throught online store www.thegoodsdept.com . The total sample 100 respondents with purposive sampling. Data obtained by the questionnaire. This research variable product quality (X1), e-promotion (X2), brand image (Z), and purchase decision (Y). Data analysis with statistical analysis descriptive and path analysis. The result of the research indicated that product quality (X1) and e-promotion (X2) directly influence purchase decision . variable product quality (X1) and e-promotion (X2) influence indirect purchase decision. The result of the path analysis show that the product quality (X1) and e-promotion (X2) impact on the purchase decision through the brand image. The conclusions from the study is the product quality, e-promotion and brand image as variable intervening influential directly and indirectly of the purchase decision. Was recommended to parties The Goods Dept to improve the quality of their products, by means of the process selection tighter. Abstract

This study examined and analyzed the influence of motivation,work discipline,and work environment to employee performance of PT .PISMA GARMENT INDO. The sampling technique in this research used the simple random sampling with the number of respondents amounted 100. Analysis of data used covered the validity by factor analysis, reliability test with koefesien alpha (cronbrach alpha), statistical analysis descriptive, regression analysis multiple, the test determination, the standard F with significant < 0,05, and t test to examine and prove a hypothesis research. The research results were (1) The motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) The work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance.The result of this research gave a theoretical and practical implication. Abstract

This research purposes to analysis leadership, discipline, and competencies influence to job performance at Institute culture and tourism Semarang city. This research uses primary data by questionnaire. Population of this research is employees Institute culture and tourism Semarang city as 26 respondents. Analysis data uses validity and reliability, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination test, t test and F test. Abstract

This study was carried out aimed to analyze the influence impressed Work Environment, impressed Compensation, and Motivation on the performance of employees PT.Kharisma Klasik Indonesian. The sampling technique used with random sampling method, taking a sample of 100 respondents. Abstract

The success of a company is strongly influenced by employee performance. Every company will always try to improve the performance of its employees to achieve company goals. Factors that can improve employee  performance are motivation, compensation and competence. The purpose of this study is, (1) To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. (2) To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. (3) To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this research is all employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero). Samples taken are all employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Branch Poncol that there are as many as 102 respondents. The independent variables and bound in this research are Motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), Competence (X3) and Performance (Y). The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument validity test using factor analysis, reliability test using Alpha Cronbach. After that the collected data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis method. The conclusion of this research are (1) motivation have positive effect to performance. (2) Compensation has no effect on performance. Abstract

This study aims to in order to understand the the influence of leadership that we are doing , much of his best work discipline and fuel compensation , in coordinated with partial or unwillingly as these pay rises on performance tens of thousands of workers. The data used in the research is the primary data was , with the questionnaire as absence of research , who after that it is processed with an amount of spss ( statistical product saw a private economic analyst said ) version 20 .Percent of the population in this research was an employee at the office of jakarta manpower and transmigration city of central java province , that the others were twice 341 workers bitter .The technique of over the withdrawal of funds by smeru within the was used in the study random sampling by using the method what is the formula slovin , so that research a significant proportion of respondents there were a total of 100 respondents in the present study .An instrument the analysis used is linear regression of multiple. The results of the study indicate that there has the influence of there had been a positive leadership that we are doing in welfare between these pay rises on performance tens of thousands of workers .There have been instances of the influence of there had been a positive much of his best work in welfare between discipline these pay rises on performance tens of thousands of workers .There have been instances of the influence of there had been a positive significant.Keyword: leadership, work discipline, compensation and of employee performance.
