Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that affect the performance of employees at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. These factors are motivation, work discipline and perceived organizational culture. High motivation can improve employee performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. This study uses primary data that is questionnaire. The population is 515 employees. Meanwhile the sample is 135 respondents. Prior to tha analysis, test of validity and reliability of the quesstionnaire is conducted. Furthermore, hypotheses testing use SPSS version 20. Based on the regression test, it is known that motivation, work dicipline and perceived organisational culture affect positively and significantly on employee performance. The value of r-square is 63,3%. It means that 63,3% of Y variable can be explained by the independent variables. The rest explained by other variables outside of the model. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and customer value on customer satisfaction of PT. Maybank Unit in Kudus. The population in this research was the saving customers of Maybank unit in Kudus. The sample was in this research as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The criteria of the sample in this research was the saving customers of Maybank unit in Kudus who were saving active lasted for at least 3 months. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. It can be concluded that the service quality, trust and customer value affected positive influence on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of each variable of product quality, service quality, and brand image of the purchasing decision process of Honda Matic motorcycle in Tegal City.The data used in this study is the primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed with the calculation of SPSS (StatisticalProductand Solutions) version 19. Population in this study are consumers who purchase motorcycles Honda Matic in Tegal City, which amounted to 100 respondents . Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling that is intentional sampling according to requirement of sample which needed. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of the product, the perception of price and location to the purchase decision at Mitra Padang Semarang.After examination of literature and hypothesis examination, data from distribution of questionnaire of 100 consumers of Rumah Padang Mitra Semarang were obtained by using purposive sampling, then analyzed the data obtained by using quantitative analysis and reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test And f test, and determination analysis (R²).The result of the research shows that the result of determination seen in Adjusted R Square is 0, which means 62,1% of variation of Sales decision can be explained by Product Quality, Price and Location Perception variable. . That is not included in the research. Partially based on t test result of the variables in this research is positive and significant where price level has the biggest influence in this research variable, whereas location has the least influence to decision of purchase. Based on the results of F test shows simultaneously or together variables in this study that is the product, perception of prices, and significant and significant location to the purchase decision. Therefore, to improve purchasing decisions can be done by improving product quality, competitive pricing, and strategic location selection.Keywords: Profitability, purchasing decision, product quality, price perception,Location

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of DER, ROE, NPM, CR and DPR on Stock Prices in industry manufacturing company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research wasconducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the industry manufacturing sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other.This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was industry manufacturing company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2012-2014. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There is 132 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression. The multiple regression shows that ROE and CR have positive and significant impact on stock prices , DER has negative and significant effect on stock prices, DPR have positive and not significant impact on stock prices and NPM has negative and not sigifikan impacton stock prices . Adjusted R Square is 0,353 this means 35.3% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable , while the remaining 64.7 % is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin,Current Ratio and Divident Payout Ratio.

Abstract

Newspaper is one form of media that has existed since hundreds of years. Newspapers have been attached to the soul of society as a necessity that is difficult to replace. Currently the development of the mass media increasingly stringent demands of companies should have the right competitive strategy so that their products can survive and remain in demand by customers. Through appropriate pricing strategy, the quality of high-quality products and a good brand image is the effort in maintaining customer satisfaction. The population in this study is the customers Suara Merdeka daily newspaper in Semarang in 2015 as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the product quality, price and brand image had positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction Suara Merdeka daily newspaper in Semarang. And in this study the image of the brand has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The study of the factors that affect customer satisfaction laundry service (Power Klin case study on Semarang). The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, perception of price and quality of service to customer satisfaction car air conditioner laundry service (Power Klin case study on Semarang). A sample of 100 respondents, the sampling method used was simple random sampling, by providing an equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to choose as a sample. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that (1) there are significant positive and significant correlation between price perception to customer satisfaction, (2) there are significant positive and significant correlation between the trust of the customer satisfaction and (3) there are significant positive and significant correlation between the quality of service to customer satisfaction. Keywords: price perception, trust, quality of service and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of lifestyle, brand image, and percived price to purchasing decision of fashion product in Districtside Store Semarang. The population in this study were consumers who made a purchase of fashion products at Districtside Store Semarang. The number of samples studied were as many as 100 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression to examine the effect of partially each independent variable,there were lifestyle, brand image and perceived price to dependent variable that was purchasing decesion. The results of this study showed that lifestyle, brand image, and perceived price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Districtside Store Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer motivation, perceptions of quality and consumer attitudes toward purchasing decisions of Ultrajaya Box Tea products at Boja Village, Kendal District. The sample is the partial or representative researched in the population. The sample is set to 100 subscribers. Sampling technique is done by purposive sampling is done by taking the subject is not based on strata, random or area but based on the existence of a certain purpose, of course in accordance with the consideration of the researcher so that it can represent the population. The criteria of respondents who made this sample are consumers who buy Ultrajaya Box Tea products at Boja Village, Kendal District. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. Test results obtained that there is a positive and significant effect of consumer motivation on purchasing decisions, there is a positive influence and significant quality perceptions of purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence of consumer attitudes toward purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Work Environment, and Competence on Employee Performance Social Office Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 45 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Motivation, Work Environment, and Competenceh of 57,7%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Workplace Environment, Competence and Employee Performance.
