Abstract

This research takes object at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Semarang Branch. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Career Development, Employee Empowerment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Semarang Branch. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Semarang Branch numbering165. The sampling technique used random sampling with 62 respondents. The method of data analysis is quantitative analysis consisting of: ujsidity, reliability, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing through t-test. The results showed that, Career Development has no effect on Employee Performance, Employee Empowerment have positive and significant impact on Employee Performance and Work Motivation have positive and significant impact to Employee Performance. Abstract

This study examines the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm size, and dividend policy on firm value. This research is conducted at Indonesia Stock Exchange by using a go public manufacturing company as the unit of analysis. Sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2012 to 2015. Relationship and (or) influence between variables is explained by using method of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the capital structure, profitability, and firm size have a positive effect and significant on firm value. While the de-dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value. Keyword : Capital Structure, Profitability, Firm Size, Dividend Policy, and Firm Value.

Abstract

This research is analize influence current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and earning per share to stock price manufacture company listed in BEI 2012-2014. This research is doing because inconsisten the result of previous research. This research was conducted using secondary data from the manufacturing company’s financial statements, published in 2012-2014. This population in this research are all of the company’s manufacture listed in BEI 2012-2014. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling method with sampling judgment sample selection criteria are specified in accordance with the purpose of research .Use the multiple linier regresion analysis, it can be seen that the current ratio of a significant negative effect on stock prices , debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on stock prices , return on equity significant positive effect on the stock price and earnings per share positive effect on stock price. Keyword : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, sales growth, and dividend policy on capital structure. This study was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all companies incorporated in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2015. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis. The result of this study proves that from the four variables used are firm size have positive and significant effect to capital structure, profitability have negative and significant effect to capital structure, sales growth has no significant effect to capital structure, and dividend policy has no significant effect to capital structure.Keywords: Company size, Profitability, Sales growth, Dividend policy, and Capital structure.

Abstract

Contract employees are part of the organizations that participate to achieve organizational goals. But now these contract workers have a less obvious working future. Therefore contract employess feared do not have a good organizatoinal commitment to the organization. Based on the facts even though the contract employees has an uncertain future, they have a good organizational commitment. This is a problem that needs to be researched. This study aims to determine : 1. Factors that encourage the employees of roemani hospital in Semarang to accept contract system, 2. The influence of these factors to organizational commitment, 3. The most dominant factor that effects the organizational commitment of contract employees in roemani hospital Semarang. this study is expected to contribute in the addition of reference scientific studies of organizational commitment of contract employees. Population in this research is all contract employees of hospital Roemani in Semarang amounted to 80 people. The samples in this study are total sampling, or using the entire study population as respondents. Data collection in this study using questionnaires.Before the questionnaire is used, firstly tested the validity and reliability. Test validity questionnaire using product moment correlation method. By comparing between rhitung and rtabel. If rhitung >rtabel, then the data is said valid. For reliability test used conbrach alpha. Data analysis is done by qualitative analysis (mean, median, mode). Next use multiple regression.The results showed that the majority of organizational commitment is employees contract is better. The motives that drive good organizational commitment is the insistence of the needs of the physical, the difficulty of finding an appropriate job, and the perception was appointed remains. While prestige is not a factor of the cause of good organizational commitment. Based on the results of regression known that the motives that influence the organizational commitment of employees contract for dominant is the insistence of the needs of the physical. Keywords : the Insistence of the needs of the physical, the prestige (ego), the difficulty of finding an appropriate job, perception of the lifted stay, organizational commitment and employee contracts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer buying interest back to the car Mitsubishi mirage in Semarang. This study uses three hypotheses. The population of this study is that people who buy cars Mitsubishi Mirage in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is that consumers who buy and use cars Mitsubishi Mirage at least one year. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service is positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is positive and significant impact on consumer buying interestKeywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and buying interest back.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline to employee performance financial entities kendal district. The sampling technique of this study was to use until saturated, totaling 80 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, and motivation, the performance of employees. Data collected using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Motivation.

Abstract

This research is purposed to analyze the effect of Leadership styles, Organizational Commitment, and Work Stress on employee performance at Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia Dunia. The study took 81 employees as a sample from Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia Dunia. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The Result of research indicate Leadership styles and Organizational Commitment have positive significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the companys factors to gain high loyalty from its customers. Customer satisfaction has direct relevance to product quality, brand image and price perception. Customers whose expectations are met or even exceeded will spread positive news regarding the perceived performance to others. By being a satisfied customer, the value of customer interest in the products and services offered by Nissan will also increase. This is certainly very beneficial to the Nissan as a manufacturer, because customers will remain faithful to all forms of services provided by the Nissan car manufacturer. This study aims to analyze product quality, brand image and price perceptions of customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction Nissan in Semarang City in 2017. This research is a descriptive research. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that product quality positively affects customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Price perceptions have a positive effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, brand image, price perception, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, price perceptions and attitudes of consumers toward purchasing decisions Smartfren android phone. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study is that consumers buy mobile phones brand Android phone Smartfren at the Sales Center Matahari Simpang Lima Semarang as many as 100 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples used in this study is consumers who make purchases Smartfreen Android mobile phone sales in Central Sun Semarang Simpang Lima, and consumers who are at least 17 years old. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: the quality of products had significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions Smartfren android phone. Perception price had significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions Smartfren android phone. Consumer attitudes had significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions Smartfren android phone. Keywords: product quality, price perception, consumer attitudes and purchasing decisions.
