Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Compensation, Motivation and Discipline Work Against Employee Performance on the Central Archives and Central Java Provincial Office. In this study, independent variables affecting employee performance are limited to compensation, motivation and work discipline.The population in this research is the entire employees of Central Filing and Tax Service of Central Java Province which amounted to 74 respondents who used as sample. Data testing techniques used include the validity test, reliability test with alpha cronbach, multiple regression analysis, and test the significance of coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis.The result of the research shows that the ability of the model to explain correctly the effect of compensation, motivation, and work discipline is 62,4% to the employee performance. While the other by 37.6% influenced by other variables. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, price perception and product quality on wifi.id vouchers purchasing decisions at PT. Telkom Regional IV & DIY, both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the original source. While the technique used for data collection uses a questionnaire by asking a number of written questions that are used to obtain information from respondents. The sample in this researcher is consumers who have made wifi.id vouchers purchasing decisions at PT. Telkom Regional IV Central Java & DIY Semarang City sales area of ​​100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely sampling conducted in accordance with the research objectives that have been established, namely the criteria of wifi.id vouchers users at PT. Telkom Regional IV Central Java & DIY, in the sales area of ​​Semarang City. The test tool in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The better the quality of service, the purchasing decision will increase. Price perception has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The better the price, the purchasing decision will increase. Product Quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The better the quality of the product, the purchasing decision will increase. Service Quality, Price Perception and Product Quality have a positive positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Leverage Ratio to share price at manufacturing companies listed on BEI 2014-2016. In this study take the population of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period Year 2014-2016 with the sampling using purposive sampling method as many as 143 samples. The results showed that partially ROA, EPS, DPR, and Leverage variables are significant and significant to stock prices while Leverage variable has no significant positive effect on stock prices. Simultaneously all independent variables ROA, EPS, DPR, and Leverage affect stock prices. Keywords: ROA, EPS, DPR, Leverage, and Stock prices

Abstract

This study examines the effect of capital structure, dividend policy, profitability and firm size on company value. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the BEI periode 2014-2016. The sampling method used purposive sampling with some predetermined criteria, the sample is 100 manufacturing companies and relationship between variable explained by using multiple regression analysis. The result of research indicate that capital structure have a no significant negative, dividend policy have a significant positive, profitability have a no significant positive, and firm size have a significant positive effect to company value. R Square value of 0,156 can describe effect independent variable on company value. Keywords: Capital structure, Dividend policy, Profitability, Firm size and Company Value

Abstract

the value of the company is the perception of investor toward the company, which is often linked to the share price. The high share price makes the value of a company is also high.the stock price is the price that occurs when stock in trade in the market, this study only examined four variable, which are institutional ownership, capital structure, profitability and firm size. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of institutional ownership, capital structure (DER), profitability (ROA) and firm size (Total Aset) on value of company. The sampel was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on period of 2014-2016 as much as 36 companies by using purposive sampling method. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The result showed the institutional ownership and profitability affect the value of the company, while the capital structure and firm size does not affect the falue of company. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, trust, and brand image on customer satisfaction and the impact of Pizza Hut Semarang repurchase intention. The sample in this study were Pizza Hut Semarang customers as many as 100 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample criteria used in this study are Pizza Hut Semarang customers, at least 17 years of age, and have made purchases 3 times in the last 3 months. Data collection method in this study is using a questionnaire filled by respondents, namely Pizza Hut Semarang customers. The analysis used in this study includes factor analysis to test the validity, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to test the effect of the partial effect of each independent variable tested with the determination coefficient and model fit test to test and prove the effect partially each independent variable. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Service Quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction Pizza Hut Semarang. Trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction Pizza Hut Semarang. Brand image negatively influence insignificant to Customer Satisfaction Pizza Hut Semarang. Customer Satisfaction has no significant positive effect on the intention to buy back Pizza Hut Semarang Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction and Retaliation Purposes

Abstract

This research to analyzed the effect of work conflict, work stress, and job satisfaction on performation. The sample technical used random sampling with 113 responden. Data analysed by multiple regression linier by spss. .The results of the study showed that simultaneously variable independent together influential dependent on variables. Parsial variable work conflict has not been affecting the employee performance, work stress have a positively effect significantly effect on of employee performance, job satisfaction have a positively effect significantly effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of perceptions of price, promotion, and service quality on the decision to purchase mobile phones in Sinarmas 1, Simpang Lima Plaza Semarang. In this study independent variables that influence purchasing decisions are limited to variable perception of price, promotion and service quality. The population in this study were consumers who had bought a cellphone at the Sinarmas 1 counter, Simpang Lima Semarang Plaza. And as many as 96 respondents were selected as samples. Data testing techniques used include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing which includes F test and t test. The test results obtained that partially variable price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

TujuanPenelitian ini adalah menganalisis tentang pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor PT. PLN (PERSERO) CABANG PEMUDA (Studi Pada Area Pelayanan dan Jaringan). Obyek penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah PT. PLN CABANG PEMUDA. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunkan Simpel Random Sampling berjumlah 56 responden.Analisis data yang digunkan meliputi uji validitas dengan product moment, Uji reliabilitas dengan koefisien alpha ( Alpha Cronbrach), analisis regresi berganda, uji t untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai , semakin baik kepemimpinan maka akan memberikan dampak yang baik bagi kinerja pegawai. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin sering memberikan motivasi pegawai maka akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. (3) Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin sering melatih disiplin maka semakin meningkat tingkat disiplin pegawai. Abstract

Performance is defined as the result of a person's efforts achieved by the ability and deed in certain situations. Another opinion of performance is a result achieved by the worker in his work according to certain criteria applicable to a job. As for the population is Soto Mba Lin as many as 92 employees. the sample used is 92 respondents. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression The result of the research shows that job skill has positive and significant effect to employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work attitude has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
