Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship of brand equity and trust in repurchase intention.The population in this study were consumers of users of Yamalube Oli products in the city of Semarang, with a total sample of 100 respondents who were taken by taking the technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression.The results obtained brand equity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, brand equity has a positive effect on repurchase intention, trust has a positive effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention, the findings of the first mediation effect are obtained that consumer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand equity on repurchase intention. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of product quality, price and quality of service to customer satisfaction on Waroeng Special Sambal branch Sampangan. Analyzer used multiple regression, as for to test hypothesis using t test. Data collection through questionnaires with measurements using Likert scale 5 (five) alternative answers. The object of research on Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" branch Sampangan, with the number of samples 100 respondents by using sampling technique non probability sampling with purposive sampling collection method. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Subjects in this study are employees who work at the Office of Research and Development of Perhutani Cepu. Sampling was done by using the sampling method and the number of samples was 80 respondents and only processed as much as 71. The retrieval method was primary data using questionnaire method by distributing questionnaires addressed by respondents at the Research and Development Center of Perhutani Cepu to obtain information. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Along with the growth of the culinery business in Temanggung, causing the increasingly high level of competition faced by Cangkir House of Coffee and Tea. This research tests there independent variables they are product quality, service quality and perceived price that can affect variable dependent it is consumer satisfaction. Population of this research are consumers of Cangkir House Of Coffee and Tea. Samples were taken of 100 respondents by using non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling approach. Data was collected by using a survey method through quetionnaires which were filled out by consumers. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that the variables product quality, service quality and price perception had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Abstract

A study of purchasing decisions is very important to be done by business people who market their products online. Online marketing is not easy, marketers must be smart in perceiving prices and promoting their sales through social media, namely through Instagram. The purpose of this promotion is so that consumers can be interested and decide to buy products at Dita Shop Semarang, besides that there is a purpose in this process that is to prove the influence of trust, price perception and sales promotion on online purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases at Dita Shop Semarang. The sample used was 100 respondents, using non-probability sampling technique with the sampling method used was purposive sampling, namely sampling with criteria, namely respondents were adults, domiciled in the city of Semarang, people who had made purchases, who used ATMs . Research data analysis method uses linear regression. The results of this test show: (1) Prices affect the purchase decision. (2) Price Perception influences purchasing decisions. (3) Sales Promotion influences purchasing decisions. Keyword: trust, price perception, sales promotion and decisionpurchase.

Abstract

The research object was conducted at the Sate Bu Tris Restaurant in Banyuputih Batang. This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of price perception, product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Sate Bu Tris Restaurant in Banyuputih Batang. Research samples were 100 respondents. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling, which is a sample determination technique with certain considerations. The criteria used in sampling with purposive sampling method are consumers who buy food and drinks at least 3 times at Sate Bu Tris Batang Restaurant. Data analysis method uses multiple regression. The results of testing the first hypothesis shows that partially (individuals) there is a positive and significant influence between Price Perception on consumer satisfaction; Partially (individuals) there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on consumer satisfaction and partially (individuals) there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of thos study was to determine the effect of Development Training, Leadership style, and Motivation on Emplolyee Performance at the Sports and Tourism Youth Office in Central Java. This study also aims to collectively determine the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable and to find out which variable is the most dominant influence between the three independent variables on the dependent variable, this type of research uses qualitative research, with a population of 110 employees. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that Development Training had a significant positive effect on performance. Leadership style has a positive not significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research takes object at UMKM Batik Gayatri Polandak village Pancur district Rembang district. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work motivation, and job training on work productivity of UMKM Batik Gayatri village Pancur district Rembang district.Population in this reseacrh is all employess at UMKM Batik Gayatri Polandak village Pancur district Rembang district numbering 150. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 130 respondents. The methode of data anaylisis is validity test, reliability test, coefficent of determination, test f, multipleregression analysis and hypotesis testing troughtt-test.The result showed that, self-efficacy have positive and significant impact on work productivity, work motivation have positive and significant impact on work productivity, and job training have positive and significant impact on work productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image, and customer value on satisfaction and its impact on loyalty. The population in this study are all depositors who deposit funds in the form of demand deposits, savings and time deposits in Bank BNI KarangTuri Semarang Cash Office. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling, because in determining sample based on certain criterion, that is: active customer at least 3 times in 1 year that transact and save fund in the form of demand deposit, saving and deposit at Bank BNI KarangTuri Cash Office Semarang . The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The result of the fit model test shows that the three variables have influence to customer satisfaction and loyalty together, while the partial test shows that there is influence of service quality to satisfaction and loyalty, the influence of corporate image to customer satisfaction and loyalty, the influence of customer value to satisfaction and customer loyalty and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the BPJS Employment Office in Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region and BPJS Employment Semarang Youth Branch. The population of this study is all employees of BPJS Employment in the Central Java Region and Yogyakarta Special Region and the BPJS Employment Semarang Branch of Youth which amounted 100 people by taking a sample using the census method. The method of analysis used in this study is to use regression analysis method, which uses the values of Standardized Beta Coeficients and Significant Levels. The result of the research shows that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation does not significantly influence employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
