Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, perception of price, advertising, and brand image on the purchase decision of Yamaha motorbike in Yamaha Agung Motor Kajen Dealer in Pekalongan Regency. The population in this study were consumers of Yamaha motorcycles. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire distributed directly to the research sample as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, model testing with F test, test coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing (t test).The results showed that product quality, price perception, and advertising partially had a significant positive effect on Yamaha motorcycle purchasing decisions, while brand image had a negative and significant influence on the purchase decision of Yamaha motorbikes. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, price perception is the most dominant variable in influencing the purchase decision of Yamaha motorbikes. Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality, brand image and price perception on the purchasing decision process. This research is a quantitative research, which uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all consumers who bought a Toyota Avanza Veloz car at PT. Chandra Pratama Motor Pekalongan in 2013 - 2017 with a total of 692 people and the number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Sampling is done by using probability sampling (random sample) method. Instrument collection techniques using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The results of this study indicate that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision process while the perception of price does not affect the purchase decision process. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work stress, motivation and work environment on employee performance. The object of research in this writing is the Office of the Governor of Central Java. The sampling technique in this study was using simple random sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, where previously Validity and Reliability were tested. The results of the research are (1) work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, the higher the level of work stress in the employee, it will reduce employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the motivation in the employee, the employee's performance is also increasing. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the better and more conducive the work environment conditions are to provide a comfortable sense of security and enable employees to work optimally because the work environment directly affects employee performance in completing work responsibilities, then employee performance more increasing. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction at the Central Java & DIY BPJS Regional Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Java & DIY BPJS Regional Office which amounted to 50 respondents with their spread using saturated census or sampling methods. In the data analysis using this validity test measured by Pearson correlation which states all valid variables, reliability testing using Cronbach alpha which states all variables are reliable, test the coefficient of determination using the adjusted R Square which shows the independent variable is able to explain variations in changes to the independent variables of 45 , 4%, F test using a 5% significance level which states that there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression test using standardized coefficients which shows leadership influence on job satisfaction by 0.244, work discipline affects job satisfaction by 0.305 and the work environment has an effect on job satisfaction of 0.318, and the t test by using a significance level of 5%, which shows leadership with a significance of 0.046 which proves the hypothesis is accepted, work discipline with significance amounting to 0.0024 which proves the hypothesis is accepted, and the work environment with a significance of 0.026 which proves the hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that the variables of leadership, work discipline, and work environment affect job satisfaction. Keyword : leadership, work discipline, work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. For testing hypotheses, it is used t test. Data collection are through questionnaires with measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. The object of research is employees of PT. Telkom Witel Semarang. The number of samples in this study was 115 respondents. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling. The results showed that (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Motivation has no effect on employee performance, (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and compensation of the employee performance in the PT. Astra Honda Motor Gajah Mada Semarang. Respondents from the study consist of 98 people in the PT. Astra Honda Motor Gajah Mada Semarang. Model analysis the data used test validity by product moment, reliability test with cronbach alpha and analysis linear regression multiple as using software JBM SPSS version 20,0 to examine and prove a hypothesis research. The data collected after conducted testing the results all data expressed valid and reliable. The result of analysis and discussion shown that: ( 1 ) leadership have a positive and significant effect on of employee performance, ( 2 ) motivation have a positive and significant effect on of employee performance, and ( 3 ) compensation have a positive and significant effect on of employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation, motivation, and leadership style on job satisfaction in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Semarang. Respondents of this research consisted of 75 people Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Semarang. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that Compensation has positive and not significant influence to job satisfaction, motivation has positive and significant influence to job satisfaction, leadership style has positive and significant influence to job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership , motivation , and workplace environment against employee performance in Hotel Horizon Semarang. Respondents this research consist of 97 employees. Model of the data analysis that is used is product moment, with reliability test cronbach alpha and linear regression analysis spss 20,0 version to examine and prove a research hypothesis .The data collected following the completion of testing the results all data expressed valid and reliable .The result of research that: ( 1 ) leadership has a positive and significant effects on employee performance , ( 2 ) motivation has a positive and significant effects on employee performance , and ( 3 ) work environment has a positive e and significant effects on employee performance . Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of brand image, price, and product quality toward buying decision of smartphone Lenovo on people at Demak city. The population in this research is the people in Demak who make purchases and use Lenono smartphones. Sampling using Purposive Sampling technique and the questionnaires are distributed to 97 respondent. Data analysis techniques used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multikoliniarity test, heteroskedastisity test and multiple linier regression. The result of this research showed that brand image and quality of product has significant and positive influence toward buying decision. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Compensation, Motivation and Discipline Work Against Employee Performance on the Central Archives and Central Java Provincial Office. In this study, independent variables affecting employee performance are limited to compensation, motivation and work discipline.The population in this research is the entire employees of Central Filing and Tax Service of Central Java Province which amounted to 74 respondents who used as sample. Data testing techniques used include the validity test, reliability test with alpha cronbach, multiple regression analysis, and test the significance of coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis.The result of the research shows that the ability of the model to explain correctly the effect of compensation, motivation, and work discipline is 62,4% to the employee performance. While the other by 37.6% influenced by other variables. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.
