Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Swarangya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Technique the sample of the research is using “accidental sampling” were 100 respondents as samples with the collecting data which use a questionnaire (survey) by means of spreading questionnaire to respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of this research to know the influence of motivation, work environment and job satisfaction for employee performance. Data collected analysis using a correlation coefficient for testing validity, the formula cronbach alpha to test reabilitas instrument, regression analysis to test how major for a partial for free variable tested with regression analysis. The results showed that motivation influential positive and significantly to the employee performance, work environment influential positive and significantly to the employee performance, job satisfaction influential positive and significantly to the employee performance Keywords: Motivation, work environment, job satisfaction and the employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and to examine the influence of leadership style, motivation, and compensation to the employees performance on PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Pekalongan. The population is the employees on PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Pekalongan and tha smples are 100 respondents.The multiple linear regressions analysis to test variable influence leadership style, motivation, and compensation to partial on performance employees.Test hypothesis suggest that leadership style has positive effect and significant against employees performance. Motivation has positive effect and significant against employees performance. Compensation has positive effect and significant against employees performance PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Pekalongan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, bank image on satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty of Bank BNI Taplus Tembalang Semarang Branch. The population in this study are customers who conduct transaction activities using BNI Taplus products at BNI Bank Tembalang Branch Semarang. The number of samples studied was as many as 100 people selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires filled in by respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to examine the partial effect of each independent variable, namely product quality and bank image on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of this study indicate that product quality and bank image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, followed by product quality, bank image and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Bank BNI Taplus Tembalang Branch Semarang. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, nutrient perceptions, product quality to customer satisfaction cafe Punkgonane Pati.The population of this study is Punkgonane Pati cafe visitors. The sample 96 respondents with purposive sampling sampling method. Data were obtained by questionnaire. The variables of this study are service quality (X1), price perception (X2), product quality (X3), consumer satisfaction (Y).The results of this study indicate that the quality of service (X1), price perceptions (X2) and product quality (X3) indicate a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y)The conclusion of this research is quality of service (X1), perception of price (X2) and product quality (X3) shows positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction (Y). It is suggested to the chairman of the cafe Punkgonane Pati to improve the quality of service by providing training to employees. On the perception of the price should be the price of food and beverages offered at Punkgonane Pati cafe affordable to all consumers and the quality of Punkgonane Pati cafe products improve the delicious taste in every food and beverage served. Abstract

The research object was conducted at the Sate Bu Tris Restaurant in Banyuputih Batang. This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of price perception, product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Sate Bu Tris Restaurant in Banyuputih Batang. Research samples were 100 respondents. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling, which is a sample determination technique with certain considerations. The criteria used in sampling with purposive sampling method are consumers who buy food and drinks at least 3 times at Sate Bu Tris Batang Restaurant. Data analysis method uses multiple regression. The results of testing the first hypothesis shows that partially (individuals) there is a positive and significant influence between Price Perception on consumer satisfaction; Partially (individuals) there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on consumer satisfaction and partially (individuals) there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of each independent variable: the product quity, brand image, price perception and promotion toward decision making in the process of purchasing Ines cosmetic powdery product. The population of this research was the buyer of Inez cosmetic powdery product, meanwhile 100 people was taken as the sample. The primary data was processed using SPSS 19. The result showed that all the indicators were valid and all the variable were reliable. Each of the variable positively and significantly influenced to the customer’s decision making in the process of purchasing Ines cosmetic powdery product. Those four variables influence 85,3 percent of the customer’s decision making in the process of purchasing Inez cosmetic powdery product. Another variable which influences the customer’s decision making is product design, product, brand loyality, and location. Abstract

The purpose of this research is described and analyze the influence of the product quality ,Price Perceptionand specific economic campaign to promote bos program against customer satisfaction in drinking water nutrition club marriane in the holy city .In this research variables reaches as high as free that affects a decision which was made of the eye is lined on the variables of pt indofood acquired misp shares the product quality , Price Perception, and promotion . Percent of the population in this research is the customer nutrition club marriane in the holy city.And that we have been selected as many as 100 the number of respondents who he sets up as a sample.The technique of the examination of that is used in a working meeting with the practical teaching exam participants from the analysis factors other than a fuel , reliability test with cronbach alpha , it is anticipated that analysis linear regression of multiple , and test it significance of the koefesien of determination to attest the truth of a hypothesis . The results of the testing obtained that there is significant influence variables reaches as high as the product quality against customer satisfaction in drinking water.There are significant influence variables reaches as high as Price Perception has customer satisfaction in drinking water.There are significant impact variables reaches as high as campaign to promote bos program against customer satisfaction in drinking water . Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, interest rate perception and promotion of customer decision making process in credit taking at Bank Mandiri Pamularsih Branch Office. The sample in this study used population research techniques or census studies or saturated samples where all respondents were taken all as respondents ie as many as 97 respondents. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. From the research result can be taken some conclusion that service quality have positive and significant effect to customer decision in credit taking at Bank Mandiri KCP Semarang Pamularsih. The interest rate perception of the bank has a positive and significant impact on the decision of the customer in the credit taking at Bank Mandiri KCP Semarang Pamularsih. And promotions have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions in credit taking at Bank Mandiri KCP Semarang Pamularsih.. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of product quality, price perception, and brand image on consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were users of Honda Scoopy scooter motorcycle in Semarang with a sample of 100 people. Primary data is processed with the help of the SPSS version 19 application program. The test results show that there is a positive and significant influence on product quality variables on consumer satisfaction and price perception on consumer aging, while brand image does not affect consumer satisfaction, because the positive is not significant. The ability of the three variables in explaining the customer satisfaction of users of Honda Scoopy scooter motorcycle is only 10.6 percent, the rest is determined by other variables such as service quality, trust, etc. Keyword : product qulality, price perception, brand image, and consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Competence Tehadap Employee Performance KPRI Bhakti Praja Semarang.The population in this study is the total number of employees, amounting to 52 respondents. The data used is the primary data, the data obtained directly from the source. Data collection techniques were conducted with questionnaires. The method of analysis used is data feasibility test, model feasibility test, test using multiple linear regression.The research result proves that the ability of model in explaining correctly influence of leadership, motivation and competence is 97,7% to employee performance. While the other by 02.3% influenced by other variables. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Competence and employee performance
