Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Rembang Regency. The sampling technique of this study was Accidental Sampling which amounted 120 people. Collecting data uses questionnaires (questionnaires) by distributing a list of statements to respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Data collected using factor analysis to test the validity of item statements, the Crombach Alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The research results are: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Work Discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of return on asset, return on equity, earnings per share, dividend payout ratio and capital structure to stock price. The sample of this are manufacture company listed in BEI period 2013-2015 with 468 companies using purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze by SPSS program. The results of this study prove partially that the return on asset and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while return on equity, dividend payout ratio and capital structure have no effect and not significant to stock prices. Simultaneously proves that return on asset, return on equity, earnings per share, dividend payout ratio and capital structure have significant effect to stock price. Adjusted R Square value shows the result of share price is influenced by return on asset, return on equity, earnings per share, dividend payout ratio and capital structure, while the rest is followed by other variables outside this research. Abstract

Early childhood teachers are one of the most important parts for early childhood education. But actually the salary earned by early children teachers during work can be categorized as inadequate. That inadequate salaries can trigger low motivation owned by an early childhood teachers to produce good quality work. But based on the facts that exist even though teachers have inadequate salaries, they still have a high motivation in working and teaching so that the impact on the quality of good work. This study aims to determine the motives affecting early childhood teachers in Sayung, and the most dominant motive of influence on early childhood teachers in Sayung. This research is expected to contribute in the addition of reference scientific studies on the motivation of early childhood teachers. The population in this study were all early childhood teachers in Sayung, which amounted to 163 people. The sample in this research is stratified sampling, where the respondents are used as the sample is differentiated based on education level. Data collection in this study using questionnaire. The results showed that the influence of high work motivation of an early childhood teacher is physiological motives, esteem motives, and self-actualization motives. Three of them also have a good effect on the quality of work produced by early childhood teachers. However, self-actualization motif became the most dominant motive that influenced early childhood teachers in Sayung. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership, dicipline and work motivation on the employees performance in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Respondents from the study consist of 78 people in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Model of analysis of the data used was test validity with KMO, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha and multiple linear regression as using software IBM SPSS version 20,0 to examine and prove research hypothes. Data collected after the test results all data stated is valid and reliable. The finding of the research are : (1). Leadership has no significant and effect employees performance, (2). Dicipline has a positive and significant effect employees performance, and (3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect employees performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation, motivation, and leadership style on job satisfaction in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Semarang. Respondents of this research consisted of 75 people Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Semarang. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that Compensation has positive and not significant influence to job satisfaction, motivation has positive and significant influence to job satisfaction, leadership style has positive and significant influence to job satisfaction. Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the effect of job stress, job conflict and motivation on employees performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Tegal. The independent variables in this study are job stress, job conflict and motivation. The dependent variable in this study is employees performance. The study used questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 132 respondents from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Tegal by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method in the research is multiple linear regression by SPSS 21 program. The result showed that (1) Job stress, job conflict has no effect on employee performance, (2) Motivation has positive and significant effect on employees performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Directorate General of State Treasury Semarang Central Java. The type of data used is primary data is data obtained directly from the original source of the questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of Directorate General of State Treasury Semarang Central Java. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique with 100 respondents. The data collected in the analysis using factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, reliability testing using cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact of work motivation on employee performance. keywords: Work discipline, Job satisfaction, Work motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of each independent variable of brand image, price perception and promotion to decision process of purchase of Samsung Galaxy Series mobile phone product. The population in this study were all buyers of Samsung Galaxy Series in Batang District with 100 samples. Rxesearch data is processed by using SPSS Program 24 version. The result of the data show that all the indicators are valid and all the variables are reliable. Brand image variables have a positive and significant impact on Samsung Galaxy Series's purchasing decisions. While the variable of price perception and promotion variable have positive but not significant effect to the purchasing decision of Samsung Galaxy Series mobile phone. The ability of the three variables in explaining consumer decisions to buy Samsung Galaxy Series phones is only 6,2 percent, the rest is determined by other variables such as product quality, features and design. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception and product design on the purchase decision of Korean cosmetics products (study on Economics and Business Faculty Unisbank Semarang). The independent variables in this research are product quality, price perception and product design. The dependent variable in this research is the purchase decision. The population of this research ere students of the economics and business of Unisbank Semarang which amounted to 2,162 students, using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21 program. The results showed that product quality and price perception had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This aim of this study is to know and analyze the infuence of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture to employees performance at Regional Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jateng & DIY. Population of this research are all of employees in Regional Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jateng & DIY amounted to 50 respondents by spreading using census or sampling method saturated. In the data analysis using validity test is measured by looking at KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin) and loading factor (component matrix) which states all valid variables, reliability testing using cronbach alpha which states all variables are reliable, test the coefficient of determination using adjusted R Square which shows the independent variable is able to explain the variation of changes to the independent variable by 56%, the F test by using a significance level of 5% which states that there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression test using standardized coefficients that show leadership style has no effect on employee performance by 0.076, work motivation affects employee performance by 0.349, and organizational culture affects employee performance by 0.377, and t test by using a significance level of 5%, which shows leadership style with magnitude 0.542 which proves the hypothesis is rejected, work motivation with a significance of 0.041 which proves the hypothesis is accepted, and organizational culture with a significance of 0.008 which proves the hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that leadership style variables do not affect employee performance later, work motivation and organizational culture affect employee performance.
