This research aims to analyze the effect of internet banking quality service and brand equity to customer satisfaction in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Medan Aksara. Sample were 40 persons and the method used is accidental sampling. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression, where Y is customer satisfaction variable, X1 is the quality service of Internet Banking and X2 is Brand equity. Hypothesis testing by t-test showed that brand equity variable influence of positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the quality service of internet banking variable influence of positive on customer satisfaction but not significant. Adjusted R2 of 0,186 indicates that 18,6% customer satisfaction can be explained by quality service of internet banking variable and brand equity. While the rest 81,40 % can be explained by other variables outside of five variables independent (X1) used in this research

Recently the local government make promotion mix through advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct sales and personal selling but in this study as the promotional mix is limited research on the topic of advertising and sales promotion. The method used in this research is descriptive research method in which data collection techniques used were through interviews, observations, questionnaires and library research. From the data processing questionnaires showed that the message contained in the form brosur, CD promotional tools (advertising) and exhibition (sales promotion) has been good, but the selection of the source of the message and not put in the proper distribution of promotional tools. Promotion mix that implemented by government of Karo is significant effect on the image of Berastagi as a cultural tourism destination in Karo District, North Sumatra Province. Then to test the coefficient of determination, showed that advertising and sales promotion influence the dependent variable that is the image of 58.80%. This means that 58.80% of Berastagi image as a cultural attraction influenced / is explained by the variables of advertising and sales promotion, while the remaining 41.20% is influenced / explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion and price to intentionto buy. Sample that observed were 100 respondent that interest and would buy theproduct. The result showed that promotion and price, partially andsimultaneously influence to intention to buy. Determinant coefficient showed that14,3% variation of intention to buy had influenced by promotion and price.

Organizational culture is a pattern of behavior developed by anorganization's employees learned when faced with problems of externaladaptation and internal integration, that has proven good enough to be approvedand taught to new members as a way to realize, think and feel. In addition,organizational culture refers to a system of shared meaning held by members thatdistinguishes the organization from other organizations. Organizational culturewithin an organization is usually associated with values, norms, attitudes andwork ethic on hold in common by each component of the organization. If theculture of the organization will be able to improve both the high performance andwill contribute to the company's success.

The objective of the research was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Performance on Motivation work in PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk Medan. The population in this study were all permanent employees in the PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara in the Public Service, Finance, and Human Resources. Data were obtained by questionnaire from 100 respondents, using sampling techniques and in test valitidity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption, Multiple Regression, T test, F test and determination.The results show that the Organizational Culture and Motivation significant or positive effect on Performance of partial employees and simultaneously significantly influence employee performance variables, and motivation variables have the most impact.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) of theEarning Per Share (EPS), the influence of Return On Equity (ROE) to EarningPer Share (EPS) and to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) andReturn on Equity (ROE) to Earning Per Share (EPS) on insurance companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that theReturn On Assets partially do not have significant effect on Earning Per Share.Same thing with Return On Equity is partially no significant effect on Earning PerShare. However, Return on Assets and Return on Equity simultaneous significanteffect on Earning Per Share.

This research aimed to find about student’s perception about street hawker / street trader availability that located around campuss. Sample that have been chosen were student, whith variables to be research were product and service quality that given by them, and perception about street trader availability. Result shown than generally students thank thant product and service quality given were good and their availability were good, thant means their availability are helping people to fulfill their needs.

The Perum Perumnas (Perusahaan Umum Pembangunan PerumahanNasional) a government company in housing development. The official name ofcompany in English is National Urban Development Company (NUDC). Themission of company is develop Low Cost Housing for the lowest and middleincome group of the peoples, specially in urban area. Perumnas must to get thebest location to develop the housing (to meet some criterias). For Medan case, wehave 3 candidates location, ie. Simalingkar about 10 km south-west of Medan,150Ha and former rubber plantation; Mandala about 8 km east Medan, 200 Ha andformer Palm Plantation and Martubung about 12 km north of Medan, 300 Ha andformer Rice Plantation.

The objective of the research was to know and to analyze the influence of servicequality on students’ word of mouth through their satisfaction in the Diploma III ofTaxation Administration Study Program, FISIP USU. The type of the researchwas descriptive quantitative and its nature was descriptive explanatory. Theresult of the research showed that 1) service quality had positive and significantinfluence on students’ word of mouth through their satisfaction, 2) satisfactionhad positive and significant influence on students’ word of mouth, and 3) therewas indirect influence of service quality on students’ word of mouth through theirsatisfaction with the value of 0.235, while there was direct influence of servicequality on students’ word of mouth with the value of 0.394 which indicated thatdirect influence was more dominant that indirect influence.
