Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) implementation of character education strengthening programs in learning, (2) Implementation of character education strengthening programs outside of learning, (3) factors encountered in implementing character education strengthening programs in SD Rusyda medan. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive study approach. The results of the study indicate that SD Ruydda Medan has implemented the provisions of Perpres No. 87 of 2017. In character learning is packaged in the form of material that is explained in harmony with other subject matter. These character values are contained in the teacher learning tool, which is therefore not just insert material, but becomes material that has its own target achievement. Meanwhile outside program learning takes place in activities that involve physical activities such as flag ceremonies, and extracurricular activities such as scouting, arts and martial arts. Constraints faced are the lack of training from the ministry of education on character education strengthening programs, the lack of teacher and parent collaboration on character education.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of namely; 1). Know the village government policies in developing educational institutions, children, age, early age, in Petaling village 2). Knowing the management of educational institutions, children, age, early age, in Petaling village 3). Knowing the strategies of the village government and PAUD institutions in the development of education, children, age, early age, in Petaling village. While this type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data collection tool uses observation, interview and documentation techniques.The results of the study are; 1). That there are six village government policies in the development of the Mutiara Bangsa PAUD institution in Petaling village, namely; First, the policy in using curriculum. Second, the policy in providing education funding assistance. Third, policies in the application of cultural education and character education. Fourth, policies in providing assistance to educators to continue their education. Fifth, policies in the formation and authority of school committees, and Sixth, policies in appointing educators. 2). Then there are four types of PAUD Mutiara Bangsa management institutions in Petaling village, namely; First, management in the form of planning. Second, management in the form of organizing. Third, management in the form of implementing learning activities. Fourth, management in the form of supervision. 3). And there are four strategies of government, village and Mutiara Bangsa PAUD institutions in the development of education, children, age, early age, in Petaling village namely; First, the strategy of equal opportunity in obtaining education. Second, the policy relevance strategy. Third, strategies to improve the quality of education and the resources of educators. Fourth, education efficiency strategies.

Abstract

This research aimsto find and analyze the relationship of creativity with the emotional intelligence in the students MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Banten.In this study used quantitative methods.The population in this study amounted to 115 while a sample of 52 students and schoolgirls by using sampling techniquesnonprobability samplingtechnique with typepurposive sampling.In this study, data collection was conducted by sharing questionnaire pollfor creativity variables and emotional intelligence variables.The results of the research that has been donefirst, there is a relationship between the creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat.Secondly,The size of creativity of students with the emotional intelligence of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat students, obtained the correlation coefficient = 0.27, with contributions, 07.29%, with significant student creativity variables and students emotional intelligence variables of 2.25.Degrees of freedom (df) 50 are consulted with Significance of 5% by 2.00.Thus obtained ? (0.25 2.00) at a level of significance 5% then Ha accepted and Ho was rejected.This indicates there is a low relationship between the creativity of students with emotional intelligence students, in the students of class VIII MTs Islamiyyah Ciputat, Tangsel, Banten.Thusthat there is a relationship between creativity and emotional intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes using the Snowball Throwing method on the subject of the Muhammadiyah Academy in Madarasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. This research is expected to be useful for teachers, schools and future researchers. For teachers, the results of this study are expected to be useful for teachers to improve teaching skills, especially in terms of innovative learning models. The methodology in this research is field research that is obtained through classroom action research (CAR) or called classroom action research. This research method uses two cycles. In the first cycle consists of the planning phase (planning), the stage of action / implementation (action), the stage of observation (observation), and the stage of reflection. Then in the second cycle carried out after learning in the first cycle was analyzed and reflected in order to correct the deficiencies that existed in cycle I. The results showed that the Class X learning outcomes using the Snowball Throwing model were higher than those who did not use them.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the background of the emergence of school skipping behavior, (2) the collaboration pattern of social studies teachers and PAI in overcoming school skipping behavior, (3) the obstacles faced in overcoming these behaviors. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there are two underlying factors, namely internal factors, such as laziness in learning, dislike learning, feeling unimportant with learning, inability to participate in learning, mistakes in learning orientation. While external factors include the influence of friends, internet addiction, discomfort with teachers, loss of family control, neighborhood. The pattern of cooperation is to provide guidance, make a program of activities ' I'm ashamed to skip school', Working together in designing learning material formulations, applying cognitive moral strategies, engineering the environment and school relationships, limiting student relationships, establishing cooperation with parents, giving punishment. The obstacles faced are the lack of parental attention, lack of household harmony, the difficulty of providing awareness to the local community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the activities of the Ministry of Religion in Medan in order to improve and strengthen teacher competence in teaching the Koran, related to learning planning, learning methods used, obstacles encountered, and efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles in teaching the Koran in Raudhatul Athfal City of Medan. The research method used is qualitative research The data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation study. Then, data management consists of data reduction, data display / data presentation, data analysis, techniques guaranteeing the validity of research results. The results of the study revealed that the activities of the Ministry of Religion in Medan in increasing teacher competence in teaching the Koran in Raudhatul Athfal Medan City, were pursued by carrying out programs to improve teacher education qualifications, integrated competency-based training programs, educational supervision programs and teacher training empowerment programs, carried out continuously. Learning planning conducted by Raudhatul Athfal teacher in teaching Koran in Raudhatul Athfal Medan City, namely planning for compiling or organizing learning materials that will be given / taught to students consisting of (1) planning for Semester Program (PROMES), (2 ) Weekly Learning Implementation Plan (RPPM), (3) Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH), and (4) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The Koran Learning Method used by teachers in general in the city of Medan, namely using the Iqro method 'which consists of letter recognition, harakah recognition, letter connection, short length recognition, and sentence recognition, recognition of waqaf signs.

Abstract

The development of technology that continues to grow makes it easier for everyone to learn. Likewise with learning the Quran especially memorizing the Quran. Busyness experienced is not a reason not to memorize the Qura. Various online tools and applications can be used to memorize the Quran, one of which is the tahfiz onlineprogram. Tahfiz Online is one of the means by which someone memorizes the Quran online by using whatsapp media. This study aims to describe the process of learning memorizing Quran which is carried out by the tahfiz online program which starts from the process of recruiting new students, the learning process, and evaluating the learning which is carried out by the Tahfiz Online program. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection methods of observation and interviews. The results of this study describe that new student recruitment activities carried out by the online tahfiz program are carried out with Alquran reading tests conducted by students by sending voice notes to the teacher (musyrif). Furthermore, in tahfiz learning activities, each student carries out two activities namely ziyadah (adding new memorize) and murajaah (repetition). Ziyadah activities are carried out every Monday to Friday by sending voice notes in the group that will be corrected by each musyrif. Whereas the deliberate activities carried out on Saturdays and Sundays are carried out in pairs. Evaluation of learning are carried out every week with aspects of assessment including daily memorization values, activeness in groups, etiquette, and ending with a final exam with the term IMTAK (Imtihan Akbar).

Abstract

An organization that takes the right procedures and implementation mechanisms on target (strategic), will produce encouraging results. Likewise, an educational institution such as dayah, in an effort to develop a complete human being, of course, must go through a reliable educational process. For this reason, neat strategies and implementation techniques need to be developed, managerial readiness for this is the first priority, provision of facilities as a place for activities that can support the educational process is an inseparable part, recruiting competent teachers or teaching staff, preparing curriculum learning and roster or a schedule of various activities both in the fields of education, worship, skills, everything must be well coordinated. To find out the level of success, evaluation must be held so that it can be anticipated and corrected for weaknesses or deficiencies so as not to be repeated back. Strategic educational objectives in such a way as to achieve encouraging outputs for both institutional managers and stakeholders.

Abstract

Ibnu Khaldun was the greatest Muslim scientist of his time. His thoughts are futuristic and still be used for today. As a recognized scientist both in the West and in the East, we should take the wisdom points of his thinking in the field of education. Ibnu Khaldun set educational goals that are free from materialistic elements, an integrated curriculum and even holistic teaching and learning methods. Khaldun's view later in the 20th century, along with the development of contemporary learning psychology, we know him with the term gestalt psychology which was introduced by Wolfgang Kohler in 1912 in Germany. Khaldun's three steps in the delivery of teaching material are also in accordance with the theory issued by Kohlerberg about the maturity of one's cognition affecting one's ability to receive things. Therefore, to make closer to the true concept of Ibn Khaldun's education, the writer uses the method of content research which is to make Ibn Khaldun's monumental work: The Muqaddimah as the main reference and several other supporting books. So with this effort we can know that Ibn Khaldun was truly "the great Muslim thinker" whose idea in the field of education is very inspiring and even continue to be used for today. Another idea that is even used as a trend in the world of education today is the study tour learning method (rihlah) and homeschooling (sekolah rumah) and its curriculum. Nowadays, Khaldun's bright ideas in the world of education, along with the methods he offered that were global and holistic, are still being used. Thats becoming clear evidence that Ibn Khaldun was a great thinker throughout history
