This study uses a learning culture study approach. The type of research method used is qualitative-descriptive. The techniques used in data collection are: 1) observation. 2) Interview. 3) Documentation or records. The conclusion of this research is there is a character education innovation program at SMP Unismuh Makassar, the name of the program is The Nine Golden Habits, where every habit has implications, namely Habit 1: The habit of praying must be on time at the beginning of time and in congregation has implications for the mental of obedient students and love to Allah's orders. Habit 2: The habit of fasting sunnah Monday-Thursday, imposes an impact on the honesty and self-control of students. Habit 3: The habit of giving and giving alms has implications for the change of an attitude of social concern and empathy for others. Habit 4: The habit of reading the Al-Qur'an, it has implications for the tradition of reciting the Koran and self-reflection in improving the laws of reading. Habit 5: Islamic habitation, this habit implies the growth of the habit of being polite and courteous to teachers and other students. Habit 6: Scheduled reading habits, implicating students' habits to actively seek knowledge and broad horizons. Habit 7: The habit of following recitation and study has implications for students' habits to deepen their religious knowledge and enjoy being in recitation sessions. Habit 8: Habitual organization, which implies that students are accustomed to collaborating, are responsible and having leadership skills. 9: Habit of positive thinking, this habit has implication for the habit of prejudice.

Universitas Islam Indonesia is the first and oldest university in Indonesia. Its existence as a university that represents Islamic values that carry out the mission of Rahmatan Lil Alamin to form students has a profile Ulil Albab through the process of coaching Islamic Religious Education carried out comprehensive This research method uses a qualitative naturalistic approach because the author is directly involved in the development activities of Islamic Religious Education at the Islamic University of Indonesia. The research subjects here are the Directorate of Islamic Religious Education (DPPAI) and lecturers of The Compulsory Uumum Lecture (MKWU) of Islamic Religious Education with research objects of PAI coaching activities. As for data analysts by reducing, presenting the data, and concluding. The results in this study found that the history of the establishment of the Ithe Islamic University of Indonesia is to bring together science and religion. Islamic Education development strategies include the establishment of Islamic personality through the planting of Islamic Basic Values (PNDI) and prophetic leadership through Basic Islamic Leadership Training (LKID) while learning strategies include transformative skills and integrative learning. This strategy needs to be revitalized because the Islamic University of Indonesia has the mind as a scientific center, Islamic center, an innovation center to spread the treatise of Islam Rahmatan Lil Alamin.

This article aims to determine the correlation of the extracurricular activities of the al-Quran workshop with the results of learning the Qur'an hadith in MAN 4 Pasaman Barat, regency of West Pasaman. These types of research are quantitative descriptive and field research. Method of research that authors use the documentation of the value of subjects Qur'anic hadith. Secondary data source is, the value of the workshop obtained from the results of extracurricular activities of the Qur'an in MAN 4 Pasaman Barat, namely data obtained from the poll is poured in SPSS. The results showed that in MAN 4 Pasaman Barat, regency of West Pasaman, programmatic in the form of extracurricular activities of the Qur'anic religious workshop consisting of Tilawatil Qur'an, Fahmil Qur'an, Syahril Qur'an, Khottil Qur'an, Qur'anic poeisation, Nasheed. Results of analysis of the correlation between activities of the workshop al-Quran with the results of learning al-Quran Hadith is concluded that the extracurricular al-Quran workshop has a close relation with the results of learning al-Quran Hadith, the implications of this research is the need to increase extracurricular instensities in support of the intrurricular success.

The some studies generally explored the meaning and wisdom of prayer and the benefits of zakat, infaq and sadaqah Muslim philanthropy. This study find the relationship between the intention to pray and the responsibility philanthropic behavior of students of SMP Assyairiyah Atthahiriyah Jakarta by taking sixty recovered respondents by random sampling. From the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a very significant relationship between intention to pray and responsibility philanthropy behavior. Thus it can be concluded that building student responsibility regarding philanthropy by trying to synergize the development of a noble desire to establish prayers completely.

Cultivating the values of tolerance towards adolescents, especially through the celebration of Islamic and Christian holidays together, is one of the dominant factors in preserving the culture of tolerance among the people of Salatiga City. This type of naturalistic qualitative research, using a critical analytical descriptive approach, makes the people of Pengilon Village as its material objects. This research found that the celebration of Islamic and Christian holidays in Pengilon turned out to have a different function compared to other regions. Apart from functioning as a religious ritual, the Christmas and Halal-Bihalal Celebration "together" also means a medium for tolerance education for children and adolescents in Salatiga City.

This study aims to determine the dominant factors that cause learning difficulties of students in participating in the Islamic Education (PAI) program at students of grade XI and XII at Laksamana Martadinata High School, Medan, North Sumatra. The research method used is descriptive research. This research was conducted in January to February 2020. 236 students of class XI and XII of Laksamana Martadinata Senior High School in Medan, North Sumatra were sampled in this study. Data collection techniques used in this study were by giving a questionnaire to the factors of student learning difficulties in following the Islamic Education subjects. The results showed that the internal factors causing the highest learning difficulties were health indicators with 70.68% and the external factors causing the highest learning difficulties were family indicators with 55.01%.

Therefore, Islam requires all adherents and adherents, both men and women to study. In addition to being an obligation, it is an obligation to seek knowledge, it turns out that Islam provides and prepares great rewards for those who are diligent and sincere in pursuing this knowledge. The virtue of knowledge and experts is very clear in this glorious Islamic religion, that knowledge is the cause of the easy path for a person to go to heaven.Truly all the friends ra. are teachers, because this noble religion came to us thanks to their tenacity and sincerity in conveying and teaching Islam to humans. The companions of the Prophet Muhammad are the best teachers in Islam after the Prophet Muhammad, because they have very good, praiseworthy and noble traits, character and characteristics. Therefore, every Muslim and Muslim educator should be able to follow, imitate and emulate the characteristics in their daily educational activities, even though sometimes there are some educators who are unable to make it happen optimally, but of course they still have to try their hardest to emulate the characteristics of these friends.

The research was backed by researchers ' interest to examine the guiding principles of guidance and counseling in North Sumatera regional Police School. This research aims to find out how the role of guidance and counseling in Mental development activities in North Sumatera regional Police School. Mental view of students who are studying police schools in North Sumatera regional Police School. The method used in this research is qualitative in the narrative approaches, That is, the research procedure that produces the detailed data of the written or oral words of the observed behaviour. The research of guidance and counseling principles in North Sumatera regional Police School: First, the role of caregiver in the motivation of the state Police school students by applying the principles in guidance and counseling, so it is achieved a good and mental healthy learning. This can be seen from the student's success to complete the learning process at the state Police School. Secondly, students ' mental assessment is reviewed from the issue that students have restrictions and obligations. This is included in the final aspect of this diploma in: Academic values, physical value and the most important mental value of personality are mental values of personality.

The local government has the authority to take policy, as has the Regent of West Pasaman period 2007 has taken policies related to improving the reading ability of the Qur'an for every child in the government area he leads. This research will trace how the regent responded in enforcing perda No. 9 year 2007 so as to give birth to a generation that is able to read the Qur'an well and have sufficient religious understanding. The design of this study is qualitative, while the data sources that researchers use are nagari guardians, purposively selected citizens, community leaders, according to the desired data then in this study used data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study prove that: first, Wali Nagari has a positive response, the indicator is the instruction of the guardian agari to all citizens to submit their children to the mosque and mushalla to get a reading education writing the Qur'an, renovate the mosque and mushalla to be worthy as a place to learn to read the Qur'an, complete the necessary facilities, give appreciation to the teachers paying in every mosque and mushalla that is in Talu nagari. Second, children's understanding of Islamic religious education has increased since the regulation of the area was established.
