Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of namely; 1). Know the village government policies in developing educational institutions, children, age, early age, in Petaling village 2). Knowing the management of educational institutions, children, age, early age, in Petaling village 3). Knowing the strategies of the village government and PAUD institutions in the development of education, children, age, early age, in Petaling village. While this type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data collection tool uses observation, interview and documentation techniques.The results of the study are; 1). That there are six village government policies in the development of the Mutiara Bangsa PAUD institution in Petaling village, namely; First, the policy in using curriculum. Second, the policy in providing education funding assistance. Third, policies in the application of cultural education and character education. Fourth, policies in providing assistance to educators to continue their education. Fifth, policies in the formation and authority of school committees, and Sixth, policies in appointing educators. 2). Then there are four types of PAUD Mutiara Bangsa management institutions in Petaling village, namely; First, management in the form of planning. Second, management in the form of organizing. Third, management in the form of implementing learning activities. Fourth, management in the form of supervision. 3). And there are four strategies of government, village and Mutiara Bangsa PAUD institutions in the development of education, children, age, early age, in Petaling village namely; First, the strategy of equal opportunity in obtaining education. Second, the policy relevance strategy. Third, strategies to improve the quality of education and the resources of educators. Fourth, education efficiency strategies.

Abstract

Pesantren Nurul Quran is an Al-Quran boarding school devoted to students. To enter this pesantren, mahasantri candidates are required to go through recruitment stages including the Quran recitation test and interviews. Students who study at the pesantren consist of students of the Al-Quran Higher Education Institute (PTIQ) and also students of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in Jakarta. This study aims to describe the implementation of tahfiz learning in Pesantren Nurul Quran. The research method in the research is qualitative descriptive with data analysis of Mile and Huberman models. The results of this study are: a) The method used in tahfiz learning is the method of talaqqi and takrir, b) Murajaah activity is carried out in four parts, namely personal murajaah, murajaah by guidance, murajaah in the tahajud, and murajaah weekly, c) Evaluation in tahfiz learning is done regularly on the last week of each month. While the difficulties faced by mahasantri in memorizing the Quran are a) the difficulty of memorizing new verses that are not understood in its meaning, b) Busyness in activities outside the pesantren, which is between preparing lectures and memorizing the Quran at the pesantren.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui para wirausahawan di Kecamatan Medan Marelan telah menerapkan kejujuran dan tanggung jawab dalam etika bisnis syariah dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Wirausaha muslim menjalankan usahanya sesuai syari’at Islam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung pada wirausaha muslim di Kecamatan Medan Marelan. Untuk mencapai hasil penelitian, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana peneliti terlibat langsung secara aktif menemui, mengamati, serta mewawancarai partisipan guna mengungkap kejujuran dan tangung jawab dalam etika bisnis berbasis syariah pada wirausaha muslim yang ada di Kecamatan Medan Marelan. Kata kunci: Etika Bisnis berbasis syariah, wirausaha muslim.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Determine the formulation of early childhood tauhid learning materials in TK Rusyda Medan, (2) To find out the strategies used in early childhood learning in TK Rusyda Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that in TK Rusyda Tauhid learning was carried out with a number of material formulations namely about the introduction of Allah, about the introduction of the religion they professed, about the consequences of a Muslim who is associated with piety and good social behavior, around Islamic symbols either in the form of images or in the form of Islamic songs. The several methods used are exemplary methods, habituation methods, singing methods, story methods, stories, advice methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik gabungan antara penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk melihat suatu variabel yaitu pengelolaan kelas pada pemahaman dan Hasil belajar siswa sebagai variabel yang menyertai variabel pengelolaan kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII1 dan VII2 di MTs Negeri 2 Medan sebanyak 40 orang siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan 40 orang siswa pada kelas kontrol, maka peneliti memperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut; 1) Siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pengelolaan kelas menunjukan pemahaman Quran Hadis secara signifikan lebih baik di bandingkan dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran secara biasa. Hal ini terlihat dari skor rata-rata pemahaman Quran Hadis di kedua kelas, walaupun keduanya dalam kualifikasi sedang; 2) Hasil Belajar siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pengelolaan kelas menunjukan secara signifikan lebih baik di bandingkan dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran secara biasa. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata kemampuan Hasil belajar siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pengelolaan kelas berada pada kualifikasi sedang, sedangkan rata-rata kemampuan Hasil belajar siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran biasa berada pada kualifikasi kurang; 3) Terdapat korelasi yang positif antara pemahaman Quran Hadis dengan kemampuan Hasil belajar siswa. Pada kelas kelompok eksperimen di peroleh hasil bahwa korelasi pemahaman Quran Hadis terhadap kemampuan Hasil belajar siswa lebih besar di bandingkan dengan kelas kelompok kontrol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus observasional dengan 9 Sektor Ekonomi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, dengan jangka waktu 5 tahun (2003-2014). Obyek penelitian terdiri dari 3 variabel, yaitu: Investasi Domestik, Investasi Asing dan Tenaga Kerja. Hipotesis, diharapkan tiga variabel yang secara kolektif mempengaruhi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Sumatera Utara. Data sekunder diperoleh dari publikasi hasil survei terkait dengan Statistik Indonesia (BPS) dengan time series 2003-2014, sehingga membentuk data neraca dikumpulkan, karena variabel data di seluruh waktu dan di berbagai tersedia dengan total 108 penampang Data. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier log dengan bantuan uji statistik program aplikasi E-views 6.0 menggunakan metode regresi  Fixed Effect Model terpilih. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga variabel diduga mempengaruhi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Sumatera Utara, dengan asumsi kondisi ceteris paribus bahwa: Investasi, Tenaga Kerja  berpengaruh positif terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Sumatera Utara. Persentase Investasi Domestik, Investasi Asing dan Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Sumatera Utara. Kata Kunci: PDRB, Investasi Domestik, Investasi Asing dan Tenaga Kerja Fixed effect Model, Provinsi Sumatera utara

Abstract

Universitas Islam Indonesia is the first and oldest university in Indonesia. Its existence as a university that represents Islamic values that carry out the mission of Rahmatan Lil Alamin to form students has a profile Ulil Albab through the process of coaching Islamic Religious Education carried out comprehensive This research method uses a qualitative naturalistic approach because the author is directly involved in the development activities of Islamic Religious Education at the Islamic University of Indonesia. The research subjects here are the Directorate of Islamic Religious Education (DPPAI) and lecturers of The Compulsory Uumum Lecture (MKWU) of Islamic Religious Education with research objects of PAI coaching activities. As for data analysts by reducing, presenting the data, and concluding. The results in this study found that the history of the establishment of the Ithe Islamic University of Indonesia is to bring together science and religion. Islamic Education development strategies include the establishment of Islamic personality through the planting of Islamic Basic Values (PNDI) and prophetic leadership through Basic Islamic Leadership Training (LKID) while learning strategies include transformative skills and integrative learning. This strategy needs to be revitalized because the Islamic University of Indonesia has the mind as a scientific center, Islamic center, an innovation center to spread the treatise of Islam Rahmatan Lil Alamin.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum hopes that learning will be carried out actively. One effort to activate student learning is by using a scientific approach. Conceptually, this scientific approach is expected to be effective in creating active and scientific students. But the concept is not in line with the phenomenon of learning practices in the field. Many of the students actually become stiff and have difficulty in following the learning path. This paper aims to find out: (1) Implementation of the scientific approach in Fikih learning in MTS. PAI Medan, (2) Problems in implementing the scientific approach to Fikih lessons in MTS. PAI Medan, (3) Solutions to the problems of the Scientific Approach in Fikih learning in MTS. PAI Medan. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results showed that the implementation of the scientific approach was carried out through five teaching experiences namely observing, asking, gathering information, associating, and communicating. Problems in implementing the scientific approach First, the unfamiliarity of students in thinking scientifically. Second, student difficulties in reasoning information. Third, lack of learning facilities. Fourth, the lack of learning resources available in the library. Fifth, students lack courage. Sixth, the function of the teacher as a facilitator sometimes does not work. Seventh, students have difficulty communicating the results of their scientific activities. Eighth, the occurrence of knowledge gaps between students. The solution to overcome these problems is to provide additional knowledge through training, and form teacher working groups.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility and leverage on the value of the firm in Jakarta Islamic Index in the years 2013 – 2016. Population in this research are all companies (65 companies) that listed in Jakarta Islamic Index during years 2013 – 2016. Samples are taken by using purposive sampling method. I used 8 companies during 4 years starting 2013 – 2016, so total observation in this research are 32 observations. The using of analyzing method is by multiple regression linier simultaneously and partially with significant level 5%. The result of this research, show that the corporate social responsibility and leverage, influence value of the firm simultaneously. But only Leverage that significantly influence value of the firm partially. Meanwhile, Leverage influence but do not significantly value of the firm significanly in the companies listed Jakarta Islamic Index observation period in the years 2013 – 2016. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Leverage, Firm Value

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing Finance, dan Dana Pihak Ketiga terhadap pemberian pembiayaan mudharabah. Sampel yang digunakan adalah NPF, DPK dan Mudharabah, dari bulan januari 2012 sampai Desember 2015. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda, dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada alpha 5%, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis pengaruh Non Performing Loan, dan Dana Pihak Ketiga, terhadap pembiayaan akad Mudharabah di Bank Syariah, secara bersamaan berepengaruh dengan tingkat alpha 5% dan nilai palue nya adalah 0,00. Sedangkan secara tunggal, variabel Non Performing Finance sebesar 0,570 atau 5,70%. Dan variabel Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh sebesar 0,413 atau 4,13%. Itu berarti, NPF mempunyai pengaruh secara dominan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah.Kata Kunci : Non Performing Finance (NPF), Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Pembiayaan Mudharabah.
