Abstract

The skin is an essential part of the human body that plays a role in protection, temperature regulation, and sensation. Maintaining skin health is crucial because skin infections can arise from bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites, and often spread through direct contact. Environmental factors, such as the availability of clean water, are among the main causes of skin diseases. Unfortunately, many people consider skin diseases to be trivial, whereas if left untreated, these conditions can become fatal. A lack of understanding and information often leads to delayed treatment.To address this issue, an expert system has been developed to enable early diagnosis of skin diseases. This system uses the forward chaining method, an approach that starts from initial facts and moves toward a conclusion through a structured series of questions. One of the advantages of this method is its ability to process limited data into useful and accurate information. The expert system is designed as a web-based application to ensure broader public access.The diseases that can be diagnosed include ringworm, tinea versicolor, scabies, chickenpox, boils, dermatitis, rhinitis, and urticaria. This system is expected to help the public in recognizing symptoms of skin diseases and provide early support before consulting a doctor. Based on previous research, the lack of disease and symptom data was a challenge. Therefore, this study added 15 types of skin diseases and 20 symptom data points.For future development or further research, it is recommended to expand the system with more types of diseases, different diagnostic methods, and additional features to improve accuracy and user-friendliness in diagnosing skin diseases. Test data from 30 users showed a 90% accuracy rate, indicating that the expert system successfully helps users and provides solutions.Keywords: Expert System, Forward Chaining, Skin Disease, Early Diagnosis dini, Web

Abstract

The selection of food crops in North Central Timor Regency is based on individual experience and unstructured and unsystematic information. This process is subjective, depending on the experience or habits of farmers without the support of objective data analysis. This makes decision-making in determining the type of food crop less precise, and can hinder agricultural productivity. This study aims to build a web-based decision support system (DSS) that helps select the most appropriate food crops based on various criteria and alternatives. The system is developed using the Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and Weighted Product (WP) methods that handle uncertainty in evaluation and weighting. Fuzzy is used to accommodate linguistic qualitative data such as “sufficient”, “good”, or “very good”, reflecting real conditions in the field. Meanwhile, the Weighted Product method calculates the final score of each crop alternative based on the attribute value and weight of each criterion. The criteria in this system include planting area, harvested area, productivity, production, soil type, and market demand. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system that provides recommendations for selecting the best food crops. This system is designed with an easy-to-use interface, and can be accessed online by farmers, extension workers, and policy makers. In this system, a fuzzy and weighted product approach is used to manage uncertainty in the assessment and produce objective crop rankings. The implementation results show that lowland rice plants get the highest score, which is 0.232977225 compared to other alternatives. This value indicates the highest level of feasibility of all the alternative crops analyzed, so lowland rice is the most recommended choice. Abstract

The problem in searching for boarding houses in the Kefamenanu (BTN) area is the many choices with different variations in price, facilities, distance, and comfort levels, making it difficult for prospective residents to determine a boarding house that suits their personal preferences. This study aims to build a web-based decision-making system that can help users choose a boarding house according to their interests quickly and accurately. The method used is the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic method, which is able to accommodate uncertainty and subjectivity in the assessment process of boarding house selection criteria. The system is designed with several fuzzy variables such as price, distance, facilities, and comfort, which are processed through fuzzy rules in the form of IF-THEN to produce the best boarding house recommendations. The novelty of this study lies in the application of the Tsukamoto method in the context of selecting boarding houses in Kefamenanu, which has not previously been widely developed using a fuzzy logic approach. The contribution of this study is to produce a web-based platform that is able to accelerate the process of searching for boarding houses that suit user needs, while increasing accuracy and satisfaction in decision making. The results of the study showed that the system was able to recommend boarding house options with a level of user preference matching reaching 90%, based on the results of trials on 30 respondents in the BTN Kefamenanu area.Keywords: Web-Based Application, Fuzzy Logic, Tsukamoto Method, Boarding House Selection, Decision Support System

Abstract

This study develops a web-based employee performance evaluation system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to overcome the problem of inaccuracy and unfairness in reward giving at PT Transcosmos Commerce. The system is designed using an Agile approach with the Django framework and SQLite database. The AHP method is applied to calculate the weight of the assessment criteria (discipline, responsibility, productivity, work quality, and cooperation) through pairwise comparisons, resulting in a consistency ratio (CR) value of 0.08 less than 0.1, which indicates acceptable consistency. The results of the AHP calculation show that the highest criterion weight is Productivity (0.32), followed by Work Quality (0.25), Responsibility (0.18), Cooperation (0.15), and Discipline (0.10). The final employee score is obtained by combining the criteria weight and alternative values, with the highest scores obtained by employees A1 (Dani) of 0.42, A2 (Farhan) of 0.35, and A3 (Freya) of 0.23. System testing has proven an increase in evaluation time efficiency of 60 percent compared to manual methods, as well as reducing the subjectivity of assessments. The system also provides visualization of results in the form of graphs and automatic reports, facilitating managerial decision-making.Keywords: AHP, criteria weighting, evaluation of performence, employee reward, Web Based System.

Abstract

ABSTRAKE-commerce berbasis web gacor slot merupakan salah satu media yang efektif dalam jual beli. Banyak usaha yang telah memanfaatkan fasilitas ini. Salah satunya adalah bidang jasa persewaan alat-alat pesta. Untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih baik, e-commerce dilengkapi dengan fitur lain antara lain sistem rekomendasi. Sistem ini memudahkan konsumen menentukan barang untuk dibeli dengan cara menampilkan produk yang terkait dengan salah satu produk lain yang dibeli atau dilihat konsumen. Salah satu mekanisme untuk membangun sistem ini adalah collaborative filtering. Cara kerja collaborative filtering adalah dengan membangun sebuah basis data yang menyimpan produk-produk yang disukai konsumen. Transaksi baru yang dibuat oleh seorang konsumen akan dicocokkan dengan basis data tersebut untuk mengetahui data historis mana yang paling sesuai dengan data baru tersebut. Data historis yang paling sesuai akan ditampilkan sebagai rekomendasi bagi konsumen yang melakukan transaksi tersebut.Salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan adalah penggalian aturan asosiasi menggunakan Algoritma Apriori. Pada penelitian ini, dibuat sebuah website persewaan alat-alat pesta dengan menerapkan sistem rekomendasi. Sistem rekomendasi dibangun menggunakan aturan-aturan yang dihasilkan oleh Algoritma Apriori. Untuk dapat menampilkan barang rekomendasi digunakan nilai support 20, sedangkan nilai confidence digunakan gacor slot untuk menentukan N-teratas barang untuk direkomendasikan.Kata kunci : sistem rekomendasi, collaborative filtering, algoritma apriori. ABSTRACTWeb-based e-commerce is an effective media for buying and selling. Many businesses have taken the advantages of this facility. One of them is the party tools rental services. To provide better service, e-commerce is equipped with other features such as a recommendation mechanism. Thismechanism allows consumers specify the goods to be purchased by displaying products that are related to another purchased product or customer visits. One mechanism for establishing this system is collaborative filtering. Collaborative filtering works by building a database that stores the products which are preferred by consumers. New transactions made by a consumer will be matched with the database to find out which data are related the most. The most appropriate historical data to be displayed as a recommendation for consumers who conduct such transactions. One technique that can be used is extracting association rules using Apriori Algorithm. In this study, a website of party tools rental service is created to implement the recommendation system. A recommendation system built using rules generated by Apriori Algorithm. To be able to display items used on the value of the support 20, while the confidence value is used to determine the N-top items to be recommended.Keywords: recommender system, collaborative filtering, apriori algorithm.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem web hosting modern, di dalam setiap servernya, mengelola banyakaplikasi web. Teknologi virtual machine dimanfaatkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah heterogenitas (perbedaan versi library atau tool dari beberapa aplikasi web). Peningkatan jumlah aplikasi web yang harus dihosting harus diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas ataupun kuantitas sumber daya, terlebih saat hadirnya kebutuhan high availability dari layanan web tersebut. Teknik kontainerisasi (virtualisasi berbasis container) hadir sebagai solusi dan menjadi trend saat ini. Docker adalah salah satu software yang slot777 mengadopsi teknik kontainerisasi dan semakin banyak diterapkan di dalam lingkungan web hosting. Tulisan ini mencoba untuk melakukan kajian literatur terhadap teknologi virtualisasi di atas, baik virtual machine maupun container dan kemudian merangkum perbandingannya. Arsitektur container di dalam Docker merupakan fokus dari tulisan ini, termasuk perkembangan dan keunggulan dari Docker yang sudah diteliti dan diimplementasikan dalam dua tahun terakhir. Review ini dirasakan sangat penting bagi pengembang dan system administrator yang mengelola banyak aplikasi web, terutama aplikasi-aplikasi yang memiliki heterogenitas tinggi dan berjalan di dalam satu mesin server fisik yang sama.Kata kunci: mesin virtual, container, web hosting, pengelolaan aplikasi web, docker.ABSTRACTModern web hosting system manages many web applications in each of its servers. Virtual machine technology have been used as a solution to software heterogeneity. An increased number of hosted web application must be balanced by enhancement in resources quality or quantity, especially if high availability must be met. Container based virtualization is now becoming a trend. Docker is a platform that implements container based virtualization, and many web hosting services are starting use it. This paper reviews and compares the two virtualization technology, virtual machine and container based virtualization. This paper focused on the architecture of Docker's container, the advantages of Docker, and the development of Docker in the last two years. The review will be useful for software developers and system administrators who maintain many web applications which have high heterogeneity and runs on the same physical server.Keyword: virtual machine, container, web hosting, web application management, docker.
