Abstract

Balok beton bertulang sebagai elemen struktur yang berfungsi menahan lentur dan geser dimana parameter utama untuk menentukan kuat lentur dan geser balok beton bertulang meliputi: dimensi penampang, mutu beton, mutu baja tulangan, ukuran baja tulangan dan jumlah baja tulangan yang digunakan. Dalam konstruksi parameter tersebut umumnya memiliki batasan minimum, seperti halnya dengan jarak tulangan dan dimensi penampang kecil. Untuk mendapatkan elemen struktur dengan penampang kecil namun memiliki kekuatan yang besar, dengan jarak tulangan yang kecil karena luas tulangan yang dibutuhkan besar, maka perlu dilakukan penempatan tulangan dengan cara bundel. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai kuat lentur dan geser balok beton tulangan bundel TP 4Φ6 dan balok beton tulangan tunggal Φ12 yang memiliki proporsi luas penampang tulangan yang sama. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode analisis teoritis dengan data yang diperoleh dari hasil eksperimen terdahulu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai kuat lentur rata-rata balok tulangan bundel TP 4Φ6 = 8,53 kN.m, dan balok tulangan tunggal Φ12 = 11,31 kN.m. Nilai kuat geser rata-rata balok tulangan bundel TP 4Φ6 = 58,88 kN, dan balok tulangan tunggal Φ12 = 57,92 kN. Dari hasil eksperimen dan analisis diperoleh perbedaan kuat lentur balok tulangan bundel TP 4Φ6 sebesar (6,36%) dan balok tulangan tunggal Φ12 sebesar (48,62%). Sedangkan kuat geser balok tulangan bundel TP 4Φ6 diperoleh hasil yang sama yaitu 58,88 kN dan balok tulangan tunggal Φ12 diperoleh perbedaan sebesar (0,03%).

Abstract

Landslides are a disaster that often occurs in Ciherang Village. The high intensity of rainfall causes unstable slopes resulting in landslides in the Bandung-Garut highway area, Ciherang Village, Nagreg District, Bandung Regency. This area is a mountainous area which has medium to high potential for ground movement to occur. The aim of this research is to determine the stability of slopes using retaining wall reinforcement. Building a retaining wall in the Ciherang village area. One of its functions is to stabilize the land area around the road shoulder so that landslides or land subsidence do not occur due to natural factors (rain or flood) or the pressure factors of the loads acting on it. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Descriptive approach with observational data collection techniques in the field for measuring, observing and taking soil samples. A retaining wall is a structure built to support the surface of a slope. Permanent walls are used to withstand lateral pressure from unstable soil due to soil erosion or topographic conditions to overcome soil erosion problems and reduce the risk of road damage. Calculation of soil stress using the Rankine method and stability against failure of soil bearing capacity based on the Terzaghi equation based on characteristic parameters (c and Ø). The results of the calculation of the cantilever type retaining wall using soil data from laboratory tests with a retaining wall height of 8 m, base width (L) of 4.80 m, obtained a safety factor against overturning force of 3.2 and a safety factor for shear force of 1.73 . Both safety factors meet the minimum requirement of 1.20.

Abstract

Jalan Karangpawitan is one of the roads in Garut Regency which experiences traffic jams due to the large amount of traffic from industry, schools, roadsides and community businesses that crowd the road. The aim of this research is to determine the condition of traffic flow along Jalan Karangpawitan, analyze what influences slow down vehicle flow based on traffic performance along Jalan Karangpawitan, determine the most dominant location on the influence of slow vehicle flow along Jalan Karangpawitan. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method, direct data collection (survey), based on the 2014 Urban Road Capacity Guidelines of the Ministry of Public Works. From this research, the results obtained are the traffic flow conditions at location 1 with a degree of saturation value of 0, 96, traffic flow is unstable, sometimes vehicles stop, and the road segment is approaching capacity. Traffic flow conditions at location 2, traffic flow is unstable, speed sometimes stops, demand is approaching capacity, with a degree of saturation value of 1.27 and location 3 with a degree of saturation value of 1.28, forced traffic, low speed, low volume exceeding capacity, long queues, at location 4 with a degree of saturation value of 0.82, traffic flow is close to stable, speed can still be controlled. Traffic volume with a value of 1673.81 cur/hour, side obstacle class criteria at location 1 is low, at location 2 is very high, at location 3 is medium, at location 4 is high. For the road capacity value at location 1 it is 1526.56 cur/hour, at location 2 the road capacity value is 1282.96 cur/hour, at location 3 the road capacity value is 1494.08 cur/hour, at location 4 the road capacity value is 2378 cur/hour. The most dominant location influencing the slow flow of vehicles along Jalan Karangpawitan is location 2 or the Eyelash Factory location.

Abstract

Building structures must be in good condition and meet technical feasibility criteria. Ziadat-ul-Abror Floating Mosque on Pagatan Beach, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, which was initiated and built by PT. It is hoped that Borneo Indobara will become an attraction for religious tourism in Tanah Bumbu. Apart from the security aspect, the comfort aspect for users must be a concern. Inspection of compliance with vibration standards is one of the parts that must be carried out to ensure that worshipers feel safe and comfortable when worshiping in the mosque. This is in line with what was decided in the Decree of the Minister of the Environment No. 49 of 1996 and regulated by ISO 2631-2 1989 which requires vibrations that do not damage buildings, disturb human comfort and health. From the results of the vibration test it is known that vibration in operational conditions is still within the permissible limits with a frequency between 5.66-15.86 Hz, peak vibration acceleration 0.36-1.94 %g, peak vibration velocity 0.10-1.99 mm/ det and dynamic deflection 1.22-67.37 mm.

Abstract

Road infrastructure is one of the most strategic transportation infrastructure facilities. This is supported by road stability which is supported by road maintenance and repairs. Handling road repairs cannot be separated from funding from the budget of each region, especially in the district. Budget limitations affect road repairs, so there needs to be priority handling. The aim of the research is to determine the criteria that are the basis for prioritizing road maintenance and to develop a priority order for district road maintenance based on the availability of budget allocations in Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency. The research methodology uses a descriptive evaluative method, analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results of respondents' assessments of road maintenance handling show that the priority criteria consisting of the type of road damage factor have an influence of 31.9%; policy factors influence 31.7%; traffic condition factors influence 23%; and the service condition factor has an influence of 13%. The priority order for handling Regency road maintenance is based on the availability of budget allocations in Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency, for the Pasirmuncang - Cipicung, Tanjung - Maleer, Cipicung - Wanaraja, Cibudug - Cipicung, Bojongsalam - Menger, Jager - Jolok/Cipicung, and Warungpeuteuy - Kiaralawang roads.

Abstract

The amount of waste thrown away by the community in Garut Regency reaches thousands of tons per day, on the other hand, the capacity at the Pasir Bajing landfill is very limited. Various types of waste, including plastic waste, can be utilized and processed so that they have useful value. The Regional Government of Garut Regency has innovated by using waste in the form of plastic as aggregate mixed with asphalt called plastic asphalt as a flexible road construction material. This is an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of road construction in the Garut Regency area. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the preferences of service providers, both contractors and supervisory consultants, regarding the implementation of the policy of using plastic asphalt as a road construction material in Garut Regency. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sample consisted of 100 people consisting of contractors and supervisory consultants involved in the implementation of plastic asphalt in Garut Regency. The results of the analysis of product quality, satisfaction with use, and implementation of policies on the use of plastic asphalt are good and need to be maintained.

Abstract

Limited land and high land prices in areas designated for commercial activities in the city center have resulted in the invasion of commercial functions into residential areas, one of which is the area around housing in Cibodas Baru Village. The aim of this study is to identify the factors that cause changes in residential land use to trade and commercial services in Cibodas Baru Village Housing, Cibodas District, Tangerang City. The trade and services population is 621 using the Slovin formula sampling method. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative and superimpose (overlay), based on drone observations of existing land use in 2021 with the suitability of the Tangerang City Regional Spatial Plan for 2012-2032, there is a difference between housing and trade and services of 56,919.33 m2 (5 .65 Ha) or 9.27%. The trend of land change from 1998 to 2023 means the change per year is 0.44% per year. Analysis of factors changing residential land use to trade and services in Cibodas Baru Housing using SPSS software by entering several variables, the variable is the degree of land accessibility with a significant relationship accepted with an Asymptotic Significance (2-sided) value of 0.000004 < 0.05 then there is a strong relationship with chi-square = 21.190, therefore the higher the land accessibility, the higher the change in the function of residential land use.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that Mattunru Tunrue Village is one of the villages in Cempa District, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. In this village there are marine tourism attractions, namely Harapan Ammani Beach and Dewata Wakka Beach and the Karasa industrial center with sufficient accessibility. both via the Cempa II road, which is currently experiencing damage, which is a concern for the people of Mattunru Tunrue Village and of course road users. The aim of the research is to determine the type of road damage found on Cempa Road, Mattunru Tunrue Village, Pinrang Regency, as well as the level of damage that occurs and determine the appropriate type of road maintenance. Knowing the methods used in concrete road rehabilitation work on Jalan Cempa, Mattunru Tunrue Village, Pinrang Regency. The research method for data analysis uses the Bina Marga Method. To achieve this goal, primary data is needed that can be surveyed in the field regarding the type of road damage, level of road damage and traffic volume surveys. The results of this research show that the road conditions experienced damage such as holes, raveling, delamination and wear. The LHR value of the Cempa road section, Mattunru Tunrue Village, Pinrang Regency on weekdays is 3635 pcu/day and on holidays it is 3336 pcu/day so the road class value on Cempa road is class 5. The rehabilitation method used on Cempa II road namely using a type of continuous cement concrete pavement with reinforcement. The width of the road being made is wider than the previous construction, namely according to the work drawings, namely 5 meters using concrete construction with a road height of 20cm.
