Abstract

This study to determine the Effect of Career Development on Employee Productivity through Motivation at PPPPTK in the Automotive and Electronics Sector in Malang. The method in this research is an explanatory research method using quantitative research type. Population in this research is the whole of the employees in PPPPTK in Automotive and Electronics Sector Malang with 96 employees, the type and nature of the population are heterogeneous and limited. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that career development variables affect employee productivity in PPPPTK BOE Malang, career development variables affect motivation in PPPPTK BOE Malang, and motivation as a mediating variable effectively mediates the effect of career development on employee productivity..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of sales growth variables, firm size, return on asset and capital structure partially on firm value. This type of research is quantitative research and uses purposive sampling method in determining samples with several predetermined criteria and samples obtained by 13 companies from 18 food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The analytical method used in testing the research hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable of sales growth had no effect on firm value, firm size had no effect on firm value, return on asset had an effect on firm value and capital structure had influence on firm value.

Abstract

This studyto determine the effect of financial ratios on non-performing loans (NPLs) on conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017 totaling 42 banks. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. According to Sugiyono (2010) purposive sampling is a sample taken based on certain considerations or criteria. The number of samples to be used in this study were 25 conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously CAR, LDR, LAR, and BOPO variables have a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL). While partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) does not affect the Non Performing Loan (NPL), the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and significant effect on the Non Performing Loan (NPL), the Loan to Assets Ratio (LAR) has no effect on the Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) have a significant and positive effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL).

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of profitability, dividend policy and capital structure decisions on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2018 period. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies in various industry sectors which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The results showed that profitability has a significant effect on firm value, dividend policy and capital structure decisions have no influence on firm value.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out whether Experiential Marketing opposed the Study of Visitor Satisfaction (Study on Milkindo Berka Abadi Visitors Kepanjen Malang). The independent variable in this study is Experiential Marketing which consists of (sense, feel, think, act, andrelate), while the variables obtained in this study are Visitor Satisfaction. This research was conducted in Kepanjen Regency of Malang and by using a sample of 102 perpetual Indonesian milk collectors. The sampling technique in this study is to used accidental sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Experiential Marketing which consists of (sense, feel, think, act, andrelate), arranged partially or simultaneously on Visitor Satisfaction.

Abstract

The study is determine the effect of career development and employee commitment on employee performance at Radar Malang. This research was conducted at Radar Malnag. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees using saturated sample techniques. This research uses descriptive and explanatory research, this type of research is quantitative research. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource planning and organizational culture on organizational performance in the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Malang City Government. The research data was obtained from the results of data processing of respondents' responses with 22 questionnaire statements, the data used were primary data from the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Malang City Government. The method used is quantitative on the instrument declared valid and reliable so that it is feasible to use the number of respondents used by 48 respondents with a total statement of 22 statements. The technique used is multiple linear regression analysis calculated using SPSS Version 16 for Windows. The results of the study use multiple regression analysis which shows that human resource planning has no effect on organizational performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational performance. Simultaneously human resource planning and organizational culture significantly influence organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resources competence, career development and employee commitment to the performance of employees in the research hall of various nuts and tuber (Balitkabi) Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in the study was all employees of the existing Balitkabi Malang. The samples used in this study were officers in Balikabi Malang. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study showed that the variable of HR competency, Career development and employee commitment simultaneously positively influence the performance of employees at Balitkabi Malang. As well as a parcial HR competency influential insignificant to the employee's performance. While career advancement and employee commitment significantly influence the performance of employees at Balitkabi Malang.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of location and credit procedures on credit decision making on customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Kabupaten. Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri. The sample used from this study is that some customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the location variables and credit procedures simultaneously have a positive effect on credit decision-making for customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Kab. Poor. And partially credit procedures do not have a significant effect on credit decision making, while location has a significant effect on credit decision making on customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Malang District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, leverage and earnings quality on firm value. The population in this study was taken from companies with basic and chemical industries in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2018. The sampling technique in this study used purposive judgment sampling and obtained 28 company samples. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) managerial ownership influences company value. (2) leverage has no effect on firm value. (3) earnings quality has no effect on firm value.
