Abstract

The aim of the study was to integrate measurement of visitor satisfaction to the service given by management of Pikatan Water Park by using Kano model for identifying proper priority forward performance improvements of each questionnaire. The total which was used to measure was questionnaire consisted of functional question and dysfunctional question that was grouped into servqual dimension (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). The result of 58 respondents who did questionnaire, it was categorized Kano (one-dimensional, must-be, attractive, indifferent, reserve, and questionable). The result of the study according to the respondents, it is obtained that the highest point of tangible dimension, categorized “one dimensional” was 193, whereas other four categories included “must-be” are 63, 73, 127, and 83 res-pectively. According to management, however, tangible dimension categorized “one-dimensional”, to increase visitors, it is necessary to give good interest to each questionnaire and to add each reliability dimension in order to increase city budget.

Abstract

Interoperability between information systems is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of e-Gov in Indonesia. This is caused by the need for increasing the data multisectoral policy-making in order to solve problems involving data from the inter-related sectors. While the state government application in the current environment, are still largely sectoral, in isolation, can not communicate with each other, and heterogeneous. Interoperability between e-Gov applications become important things to be sought the solution to the problem of developing e-Gov in Indonesia are not protracted. This paper is a review of the literature reveals the development of e-Gov in Indonesia, the interoperability problems encountered, and how the model of interoperability between e-Gov built to implement a web services models.

Abstract

Sustainable CSR in SME business development within industry is as an important challenge which could not be postponed. Performance measurement method of Performance Prism used to measure the Performance of CSR on SME business development at PT.YTL Jawa Timur. Performance Prism is one of an integrated methods which consist of all aspects,i.e; stakeholder satisfaction, contribution, strategy, process and capability. Performance measurement design is also supported by several method such as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), scoring system with Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System (TLS). The design of CSR Performance measurement in SME business development at PT YTL Jawa Timur with Performance Prism resulted in 37 key Performance indicator (KPI), among others 13 KPI on stakeholder community, 10 KPI on stakeholder KLUCIL, 8 KPI on stakeholder instructur and 6 KPI on stakeholder regulator. From the calculating of Performance measurement using OMAX represent that Performance of CSR in SME business development is 6.72 which means that CSR Performance on SME business development has not optimal yet.

Abstract

Typically, composition of producer gas from biomass gasification are combustible gas (CO, H2, and CH4), and noncombustible gas (CO2 and N2). A composition of combustible gas affects a calorific value of producer gas from biomass gasification. Composition of CO, H2, CH4, CO2 and N2 in producer gas is affected by producer gas flow rate and equivalence ratio. This experimental work aims to study an effect of producer gas flow rate and equivalence ratio on composition and calorific value of producer gas from gasification of Pongamia pinnata shells. Gasification of these shells is carried out in a 20 kWe downdraft wood gasifier. Original conical grate of gasifier reactor has been replaced with smaller diameter to encounter a blocking problem in grate section of reactor. Air flow rate into a gasifier reactor is controlled using different number of air nozzle opening. Globe valve is used to control producer gas flow rate. Sample of producer gas is measured using Gas Chromatograph for different flow rate and air nozzle opening. Calorific value of producer gas is calculated from percentage of combustible gas present in producer gas. Equivalence ratio is a ratio of air/biomass theoretical to ratio of air/biomass actual. Optimum calorific value of producer gas from Pongamia pinnata shells gasification is obtained at producer gas flow rate of 9.9 g/s and at equivalence ratio of 0.5.

Abstract

Virus growth is currently very rapid and the type of virus that has circulated is also very diverse. One of those is a batch virus, a virus that uses simple commands in DOS. Batch virus did not differ with other viruses, only the manufacturing process does not require advanced programming language. With just some command line, virus of this type can be a simple virus that are simply annoying, or a virus that is quite dangerous. The process of making batch virus is quite simple, just disable, enable, and disable the facility in the operating system, and copying files. Examples of making batch virus of file extension exe by displaying one of the icons. Examples of simple batch virus has been created and tested into the Windows operating system, it can be quite successful, and targeted attacks are mostly Windows registry, but did not rule out also to attack the existing files, eg file documents , pictures, etc., which can cause the files are unusable, disappear, and so forth.

Abstract

Potency of Merapi lahars in Putih River, Magelang Regency, is described in terms of management of material deposition. The methode is carried out with the description of material, determination of lahars forming factors, and the geology environmental. Merapi eruption on 2010 has producted volcanic materials about 130 million metre cubic, spread in the upper river of Merapi Volcano as Gendol River, Apu River, Trising River, Senowo River, Lamat River, Putih River, Bebeng River, Krasak River, Bedog River, Boyong River, Kuning River, Opak River and Woro River. One of the rivers in Magelang regency known Putih River, has material volcanic as much as 8,2 million metre cubic. Lahars which to is grouped materials clasification like sands and rocks varying in size. While impact of lahars which must to beware are debris avalanche, over topping, and flood. Therefore in order to minimize the abuse authority, disaster management covers prevention, emergency response, and rehabilitation after disaster is necessary.

Abstract

The use of food as an alternative feedstock fuels, bioethanol, can threaten food security if not done wisely in its management. To cope with that then developed the fermentation of food waste that still contain carbohydrates, in this study used pineapple rinds juice as raw material for bioethanol. Ethanol produced still contains a little ethanol, despite the rise of distilled ethanol does not increase levels of purification process that takes another alternative, namely adsorption. Adsorbent used is a synthetic zeolite. From the results showed that the adsorption process can be increased ethanol content.

Abstract

This study aims to find the algorithms for designing a distributed database architecture with replication method that will be implemented on an academic database. From this study it is hoped that will get a distributed database architecture that can cope with the availability of data on academic information system. By using a distributed database an application can provide information to its end users to retrieve data from the sources closest to the network from the end user transactions.This design was developed and built using the MySQL database type InnoDB. The design was focused in managing a distributed database using the replication method. Transaction processing was only done to the master, while the slave was only a mirror. Data that has been transacted by the slave will be synchronized with the two methods of automatic and manual by following the pattern of events in the academic system. Master was put on the intranet so that the area will ensure the safety of its data, while the slave was spread to multiple database servers, both intranet and public. Web applications that use the data base was placed disuatu domains on the Internet. The results of this study indicate that by doing the exact distribution of the database. With this method an information system is not necessarily connected to a database, but sufficiently connected to the nearest slave database of network users, so in addition to reducing the server load will also further increase the speed in obtaining data and will impact on the confidence level stack holder.

Abstract

PT. Jaya Pulau Bintan, Bangka is a company that produces rubber in the form of semi-finished materials. Companies experiencing difficulties in meeting consumer demand is continuous, because the rubber product manufacturing process is very complicated and time consuming. The research method used in addressing the problems the company is the method of scheduling a flow shop with the approach of theory of constraint in repetitive manufacturing systems make to order. The result of data processing by using 2 production scheduling system, namely FCFS scheduling with makespan yield of 18.96 days. While the TOC scheduling with makespan obtained by 16.02 days in order to obtain savings of 2.94 days. Scheduling production with the TOC proposed because it has a greater throughput and successfully utilize the resources constraints, especially at work stations more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In oil drilling process, the application of pressure measurements in in space between formation borehole and drill pipe (annulus) is very important. The correlation of predicted and measured annulus pressures is a very complex. The engineer’s knowledge of oil drilling process is very important to understand annulus pressure change and their effects will influence the accuracy of annulus pressure predictions. Factors that should be considered include the monitoring and collection of rig-site information such as density, viscosity of mud, drilling depth, flow rate, and drill pipe rotation. The author collects the data and made the analysis with supporting documents. The research concludes that there are differences between predicted and measured annulus pressure. The most dominant factor is mud density that measured on surface and the one in the bore hole. The mud density in the borehole is influences by another material from rubbish and cutting. The equation is not corrected by the influences of that another material. The higher of percentage of rubbish in the bore hole will be caused the higher of mud density; hence the ECD and annulus pressure will be higher also. The amount of rubbish also influenced by viscosity, flow rate, and drill pipe rotation.
