Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of students perceptions of parental attention on student achievement XI IPS on economic subjects in high school Padang PGRI 1, 2) The effect of parental education on student achievement XI IPS on economic subjects The SMA PGRI 1 Padang, 3) The effect of student interest on student achievement XI IPS on economic subjects at SMA PGRI 1 Padang, 4) the effect of students perceptions of parental supervision, parental education level and interest in learning on student achievement XI IPS on economic subjects at SMA PGRI 1 Padang. This type of research used in this research is descriptive and associative form of causal relationships. The study population was all students in class XI IPS SMA 1 Padang PGRI numbered 128 people. Sampling technique with Simple random sampling with a sample size of 97 people. Data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, multiple regression with SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect between students perception of parental attention to the learning achievement of economic class XI IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Where the values obtained thitung 9.550> 1.661 ttable of significant value 0.000 <= 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant impact of parental education on the learning achievement of economic class XI IPS PGRI SMA 1 Padang. Where was obtained for 2,595 tcount> ttable of 1.661 with significant value of 0.011 <= 0.05. 3) There is a positive and significant effect between interest in learning the learning achievement of economic class XI IPS PGRI SMA 1 Padang. Obtained tcount for 2,754> ttable of 1.661 with significant value of 0.007 <= 0.05. 4) There is a positive and significant impact jointly between students perceptions of parental supervision, parental education level and interest in learning the learning achievement of economic class XI IPS PGRI SMA 1 Padang. Where Fhitung obtained at 104.086> Ftable significant value of 2.70 and 0.000 <= 0.05.

Abstract

This research aim to to know Factors influencing difficulty learn economic subject of Class student of XII IPS SMAN 2 Sijunjung. Population is class student of XII IPS SMAN 2 Sijunjung School year 2014 / 2015 a number of 139 student. Sampel the taken a number of 103 student. Intake of sampel use technique of purposive sample. In this research of researcher study factors influencing difficulty learn economic subject of Class student of XII IPS SMAN 2 Sijunjung. Appliance data collecting which is used in this research is enquette. Data which is corps analysed with method analyse factor by using SPSS softwere.Result of research that there are seven ( 7) factor having an effect on to difficulty learn economic subject. Seventh of the factor is: ( 1) factor of afektif ( 2) school factor ( 3) educative participant factor ( 4) psychology factor ( 5) physiology factor ( 6) family factor ( 7) mass media factor and social environment. Seventh of this factor have big influence to difficulty learn economic subject of Class student of XII IPS SMAN 2 Sijunjung. This Matter of ditujunjukkan with variant coefficient equal to 66,747%. In this case told factors bearti in a tight place learn economic subject equal to 66,747% while the rest 33,253% representing other factors which do not be laid open in this research.Pursuant to result of research above there are level of influence of existing factors shall earn to race all related/relevant [party/ side] for the mengoptimalisasikan of benefit and existence from various existing factor.

Abstract

Pendapatan pedagang dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini dilakukanuntuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh faktor modal, jam kerja dan pengalaman terhadappendapatan pedagang kaki lima di Pasar Raya Padang. teknik Analisis menggunakan uji regresilinear berganda, uji koefesien determinasi, uji t statistik, dan uji F statistik. Dari hasil penelitianyang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa: (1). variabel modal berpengaruh terhadap pendapatanpedagang kaki lima yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefesien sebesar 0,433. Nilai koefesien inisignifikan karena nilai  (7,028) lebih besar dari  (1,290).(2). variabel jam kerjaberpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefesien sebesar0,477. Nilai koefesien ini signifikan karena nilai  (2,657) lebih besar dari  (1,290).(3).variabel pengalaman usaha berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima yang ditunjukkanoleh nilai koefesien sebesar 0,282. Nilai koefesien ini signifikan karena nilai  (4,584) lebihbesar dari  (1,290), 4).variabel modal, jam kerja, pengalaman usaha secara simultanberpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefesien sebesar1,583. Nilai koefesien ini signifikan karena nilai  (74,857) lebih besar dari   (2,14).Sedagkan nilai koefesien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,709.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan, pendapatan orang tua dan penyediaan fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XII IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif berbentuk hubungan kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 orang. Teknik analisis data: analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif, regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan orang tua siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XII IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Dimana diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,042 > ttabel sebesar 1,663 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < = 0,05. 2) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara jumlah tanggungan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XII IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Dimana diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,854 > ttabel sebesar 1,663 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < = 0,05. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendapatan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XII IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Dimana diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 1,995 > ttabel sebesar 1,663 dengan nilai signifikan 0,049 < = 0,05. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penyediaan fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XII IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Dimana diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,191 > ttabel sebesar 1,663 dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < = 0,05. 5) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama antara tingkat pendidikan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan, pendapatan orang tua dan fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XII IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Dimana diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 75,149> Ftabel sebesar 2,70 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < = 0,05.

Abstract

This research on the background of the background by the Environmental Effects of Leadership Style and Physical Work Performance Against Employees In Education Office Mentawai Islands, the type of research is descriptive and verification methods, research was conducted at the District Education Office Mentawai Islands. The population in the study were all employees of the Mentawai Islands Department of Education totaling 49 employees. The sampling technique using census method ie the number of samples is the entire population so that the sample was obtained by 49 respondents. Instrument research using questionnaires and documentation. While the analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. From the analysis of the data showed that a significant effect of leadership style on employee performance where tcount of 5.828> 1.657 with significant ttable 0.000 <0.05. There is significant influence of the physical work environment on employee performance where tcount for 2,993> ttable of 1.657 with significant value of 0.004 <0.05. There is significant influence between leadership style and the physical work environment on employee performance in which the value of F at 22 553> Ftable of 3.07 with significant value 0.000 <0.05. Based on these results we can conclude that the leadership style and physical work environment are two factors that can influence the performance of employees in the Mentawai Islands District Education Office. Thus it is suggested to the head of the Mentawai islands in order to focus on factors increase employee performance, and encouraging or uplifting in a way paying attention and a comfortable environment in order to improve the performance better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pendapatan DanPendidikan Orang Tua Masyarakat Transmigrasi Dan Motivasi Anak Terhadap Keputusan Anakmelanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Teknik Analisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, ujikoefesien determinasi, uji t statistik, dan uji F statistik. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan,diketahui bahwa: Pertama Pendapatan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadapkeputusan anak, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien sebesar 1,301E-8 dan nilai ini signifikan,dapat dilihat dari uji t bahwa 2,101 > 1,984. Kedua Pendidikan orang tua berpengaruhsignifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan anak, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,021dan nilai ini signifikan, dapat dilihat dari uji t bahwa 2,158 > 1,984. Ketiga motivasianak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan melanjutkan keperguruan tinggi. Hal iniditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien 0,729, dan nilai ini signifikan, dapat dilihat dari t uji bahwasebesar 23,103 > sebesar 1,984. Keempat Pendapatan orang tua, Pendidikan Orang Tua danMotivasi Anak berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan anak, hal ini ditunjukkan olehnilai koefisien uji bahwa 2,70. Nilai koefisien determinasi ( ) sebesar 0,878 berarti 87,7% prediksi keputusan anak dapat dijelaskan ketiga variabel independen pendapatanorang tua, pendidikan orang tua dan motivasi anak, sedangkan sisanya 12,3% dipengaruhi variabellain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the study program of economic education STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, on the effect of student creativity and interpersonal communication with faculty on student achievement education department of economics. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the effect of creativity of students on student achievement education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. (2) To determine the effect of interpersonal communication with faculty on student learning achievement of the education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. (3) To determine the effect of students creativity and interpersonal communication with faculty on student learning achievement of the education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra.The results of data analysis showed that (1) There is a positive and significant impact of student creativity on student achievement education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, this is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.560, with a value of 4,927 t count> t table 1.6622 seen from sig 0.000 <α = 0.05 with a sig of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant impact anatara interpersonal communication with faculty on student achievement education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, this is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.528, with a value of 3,352 t count> t table 0.000 1.6622 seen from the sig <. α = 0.05 (3) There is a significant effect between students creativity and interpersonal communication with faculty on student achievement education department of economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, this is evidenced by the regression coefficient of F 105.146 sebeser> F table value of 3.10 and a significant of 0.002. Sig value <α, namely (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh Minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 1 Bayang Utara 2) Waktu Belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 1 Bayang Utara 3) Persepsi Siswa Tentang Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Di Sman 1 Bayang Utara. 4) pengaruh minat dan waktu belajar serta persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 1 Bayang Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IPS SMAN 1 Bayang Utara yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015, berjumlah 224 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 orang siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) variabel Minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 1 Bayang Utara ditunjukan nilai koofisien sebesar 0.461. nilai koofisien ini signifikan karena nilai thitung sebesar 7.459> ttabel sebesar 1,65870 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < = 0,05 berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Artinya apabila minat belajar naik satu persen, maka hasil belajar ekonomi akan naik sebesar 0.461. 2) Waktu belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 1 Bayang Utara. ditunjukan nilai koofisien sebesar 1.046 nilai koofisien ini signifikan karena nilai thitung 3.247 > ttabel 1,65870 dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < = 0,05 berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Artinya apabila waktu belajar naik satu persen, maka hasil belajar ekonomi akan naik sebesar 1.046. 3) kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 1 Bayang Utara. ditunjukan nilai koofisien sebesar 0.781 nilai koofisien ini signifikan karena nilai thitung sebesar 0.781 > ttabel sebesar 1,65870 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000< = 0,05 berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Artinya apabila persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru naik satu persen, maka hasil belajar ekonomi akan naik sebesar 0.781 4) variable minat, waktu belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA N 1 Bayang Utara. Dimana Fhitung 106,821 > Ftabel 2,30 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < = 0,05. maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya minat belajar, waktu belajar persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru mampu mempengaruhi varian hasil belajar sebesar 75.3% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This reseach aimed to examine the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) , Rate of Return (RR), Dividend Growth (G) dan Return on Asset (ROA) of Price Earning Ratio (PER) on companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009-2012. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis. Prior to the statistical t test and F test (ANOVA) for multiple regression equation, performed first classical assumption test consisting of data normality, autocorrelation, multicolinearity and heterocedastisity. The samples in this study were 19 companies in IDX period 2009-2012. The results showed that the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a significant influence on Price Eraning Ratio (PER) are shown with t value (0.000) which is less than α (0.05 ). Meanwhile, the Rate of Return (RR), Dividend Growth (G) and Return on Asset (ROA) had no significant effect Price Earning Ratio (PER) for t value Shows a value greater than α (0.05). The coefficient of determination is 0.574 which shows that only 57.4% change in the Price Earning Ratio (PER) is determined by the independent variables in the model used in this study.
