Abstract

This research was motivated by the number of high school students who can not make their own decisions in choosing majors , one reason is the lack of independence of the students so easily influenced by lingkungan.tujuan of this study was to determine the relationship of independence and the role of parents of students with decision x1 grade students in select majors type of research used in this research is ex post facto correlational approach and methods used quantitative methods . The place of research in SMA N 1 Mount Tuleh districts Tuleh Mountain West Pasaman district . As the informant or informants in this study were high school students N 1 Mount Tuleh many as 90 people . Data collection tool used was through a questionnaire , with a sampling Probability sampling techniques . There results showed that the positive and significant relationship between students independence and the role of parents and students in choosing a major decision at SMAN 1 Mount Tuleh . It is evident from the sig < α ( 0.000 < 0.05 ) Based on these results , it is recommended that students should be able to be independent , as well as the parents as the people closest to the child should be able to direct and guide the child when the child found it difficult to make decisions.Keywords : selecting majors, student’s, parent

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of services Marketing Mix Decision Against Customer For Saving Simpedes PT . BRI (Persero) Tbk Branch Painan Cotton Trunk UnitThe population in this study are all customers who save Simpedes in PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Branch Painan Cotton Trunk Unit, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is porposive Sampling. The type of data used are primary and secondary data. To analyze the effect of services Marketing Mix Influence Customer Decision Against For Saving Simpedes PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Cotton Trunk Branch Unit Painan using multiple linear regression models with SPSS V.16.0 analysis tools .Based on the results of the hypothesis test is carried out partially can be seen that price, promotion, and process, does not have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to save Simpedes in PT. BRI (Perser ) Tbk Branch Painan Cotton Trunk Unit. Meanwhile, product, location, people and physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on the customers decision to save Simpedes in PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Branch Painan Cotton Trunk Unit. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low economic learning outcomes eighth grade students of SMP N 10 Champaign Academic Year 2013/2014 . This is caused by the lack of activity of students in the learning process . This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes economics students use active learning strategies information search with conventional learning method in class VIII SMP N 10 Padang .This research is an experimental study .                The study population was eighth grade students of SMP N 10 Champaign Academic Year 2013/2014 . Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique , VIIIB class was selected as the experimental class and the control class as a class VIIIE . The instrument used was a test of student learning outcomes . Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis is test – zBased on the analysis of data obtained by the average value of the experimental class 72.8 and class average of 63.00 controls . From the analysis of the data found zhitung value = 2.9156 is greater than the value ztabel = 1.960 at significance level α = 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted .              This suggests that there are significant differences between students learning outcomes using active learning strategies information search with conventional learning methods . That is economics student learning outcomes using active learning strategies information search better than economics student learning outcomes learning process using conventional teaching methods in class VIII SMP N 10 Padang

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe issues that examined in this research is whether there are significant of liquidities, rentabilities, and leverage toward in the dividend per share of value in manufacture company which registered to effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. This research have purpose for determine: 1) The liquidities have in fluence toward the dividend per share value in the manufacture company which registered in effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. 2) The rentabilities have in fluence toward the dividend per share value in the manufacture company which registered in effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. 3) The leverage have in fluence toward the dividend per share value in the manufacture company which registered in effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. 4) The liquidities, rentabilities, and leverage togerher toward et dividend per share value in manufacture company which that registered in effect of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. This kind of research is descriptive research and associative. The selecting of method sample is purposive sampling, so that can get the result 9 manufacture company that registered in effect indonesia of stock excange during the period 2005-2011.  The result indicate that: 1) The liquidities have negative influence and significant to the dividend per share value with value sig 0,035 < α 0,1, it is mean that H01 is reject and Ha1 is accept. 2) The rentabilities has positive influence and significant toward the dividend per share value with value sig 0,000 < α 0,1, it is mean that H02 is reject Ha2 is accept. 3) The leverage have negative influence and significant toward dividend per share value with value sig 0,087 < α 0,1, it is mean that H03 is reject Ha3 is accept. 4) The liquidities, rentabilities, and leverage by do together have positive in fluence  and significant toward dividend per share value with value sig 0,000 < α 0,1, it is mean that H04 is reject Ha4 is accept.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine ( 1 ) the influence of the discipline of learning on learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 13 economic Sijunjung ( 2 ) the effect of the use of libraries on learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 13 economic Sijunjung ( 3 ) the influence of the discipline of learning and use of the library together to results SMP students studying economics Sijunjung 13 .The population in this study were students Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 13 Sijunjung . Determination of sample size using the formula Slovin with a total sample of 87 students . While the retrieval technique used is proportional random sampling . Data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests of significance using the t test and F test while using the classical assumption normality test , test Heterokedastitas , Multikoloneritas test and autocorrelation test .These results indicate that ( 1 ) the discipline of learning significantly affect the economics student learning outcomes SMP 13 Sijunjung . It can be seen from the sig value of 0.001 < α = 0.05 and regression coefficient b = X1 ( 0.272 ) , ( 2 ) use of the library significantly affect the economics student learning outcomes SMP 13 Sijunjung because it has a sig of 0000 < α = 0.05 , and the coefficient of linear regersi b = X2 ( 0.881 ) ( 3 ) discipline of learning and use of the library together significantly influence the results of the economic study of students of SMP Negeri 13 Sijunjung with sig 0 , 000 < α = 0.05 .Based on the results of this study concluded that there is a significant relationship between the discipline of learning and use of the library on learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 13 economic Sijunjung . For the next researchers who are interested in researching the same topic , it is advisable to pay attention to other variables that allegedly played a role and menpengaruhi student learning outcomes .

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the differences in economic learning out comes of students with garning methods taught genius learning and simulated learning in class XI IPS 1 Linggo Sari Baganti southern coastal counties. This research is an experimental study, the study population was all students in class XI social SMA N 1 Linggo Sari Baganti southern coastal districts, which the 2013-2014, school year. The secont sample was selected using a sampling technigue puposive, the type of date in this study is primary date, date analysis is deskriptive analysis and inductive analysis performend by the 2 test by first doing a test for normality and variance bamog enitas bath samples. Based on the analysis of date abtained average laerning out comes experimental class 1 at 77,06. Lhit = 0,1450 < Ltabel = 0,15 of hypothesisi testing results obtained Zhitung = 1,929 and Ztabel = 1,64. So that Ho is rejected, then there are different methods of teaching and learning methods genius laerning simulation. Of the expected results of this study will provide a way out of a problem of lack of student learning out comes. Expecially in the economic subjects, finally, in order to increase economic student learning out comes, and provide a variety of learning skills which can be made active in the learning process.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang diajar dengan metode pembelajaran genius learning dan pembelajaran simulasi di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013-2014. Kedua sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Puposive Sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif yang dilakukan melalui uji Z dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas varians kedua sampel.Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen I sebesar 77,06, Lhit = 0,1450 lebih kecil dari Ltabel = 0,16 dan eksperimen II nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,75 berarti Lhit = 0,1185 lebih kecil dari Ltabel = 0,15. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperolah Zhitung = 1,924 dan Ztabel = 1,64 sehingga Ho ditolak, maka terdapat perbedaan metode pembelajaran genius Learning dan metode pembelajaran simulasi.Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan jalan keluar bagi suatu permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa khususnya dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi. Akhirnya, untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa, dan memberikan berbagai keterampilan belajar, yang bisa membuat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Dina Amaluis[1], Alfatthory Rheza Syahrul[2]ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of satisfaction on loyalty and cost swiching users TIKI Padang . The population in this study is the city of Padang TIKI customer service is still active until 2013 with a total sample of 100 respondents . The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Based on the results of the hypothesis test is carried out partially can be seen that the satisfaction and cost swiching has a positive and significant influence on user loyalty TIKI Padang where significant levels < 0.05 alpha . Then simultaneously and swiching cos satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on user loyalty TIKI Padang with the calculated F value significant at 43.381 and 0.000 < 0.05 . From the research , it was found that satisfaction and cost swiching only 77.3 % had an influence on user loyalty TIKI Padang , while 22.3 % is determined by factors other than satisfaction and cost swiching in this study . This result is known from the R Square value of 0.773 ( 77.3 % ).

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low economic learning outcomes of students of class X SMA N 11 Champaign Academic Year 2013/2014. This is caused by the lack of activity of students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the differences in economic activity and the learning outcomes of students with implementation strategies accompanied Speed Test Brain Storming with conventional learning in class X SMAN 11 Padang .This research is an experimental study. The study population is a student of class X SMA N 11 Champaign school year 2013/2014. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, was chosen as the experimental class X8 class and class X2 as the control class. The instrument used is the observation sheet student activity and achievement test. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis is to test Z.Based on the analysis of data obtained an average value of 83.87 experimental class and control class average of 75.88. The results of data analysis known Z count value is greater than 3.038 price 1.960 Z table which means the hypothesis is accepted at significance level α=0.05. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students with the application of economic strategy with Speed Test Brain Storming better than economics student learning outcomes in the conventional learning process in class X SMA N 11 Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the factors that influence the Farmers Income in KUD LingkungAur II Pasaman District of West Pasaman " . The variables of this study is the Cost of Production (X1 ) and the Sale Price of Fresh Fruit Bunches ( X2 ) as independent variables and Farmer Income ( Y ) as the dependent variable .The type of research is used  a quantitative approach by  using time series data of 2011-2012 in the form of monthly data obtained directly from KUD LingkungAur II Pasaman District of West Pasaman . Data analysis tools are Ekometrika approachby  using multiple regression equation in the form of Double Log.The result of study found that in partial cost of production is significant influence toward the Farmers’ Income by α = 10 % , while the variable selling price partially is significant effect on Farmers Income with α = 5 % . Simultaneously, the variable cost of production and selling price are significant influence toward Farmers’Income .From the results of the study is suggested that further strengthen the network of cooperatives and market information in order to determine the price that can increase farmers income.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in the District Sijunjung regarding training & development , motivation on employee performance at PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district . The purpose of this study was to obtain evidence of the effect of training & development , motivation on employee performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district .The method used in this research is descriptive and associative . This research is a field , where the use of secondary data . Training & development ( X1 ) , motivation ( X2 ) and job performance ( Y ) is obtained from documentation PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district . Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of classical assumption test , multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing .Based on multiple linear regression equation it can be seen that the regression coefficient of training & development ( X1 ) obtained a value of 0.366 with a positive coefficient sign ( + ) , motivation ( X2 ) obtained a value of 0.156 . This means that the training & development , motivation can increase job performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung . Significance value of the variable value of the training and development of 0.000 < 0.05 , and the value of the variable motivational significance of 0.043 < 0.05 It can be concluded that the training & development , motivation jointly affect performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district .Based on these results , it is suggested that employees of PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district to be more active in running training & development , and motivation of employees so that performance can be increased .Keywords : Training & Development and Motivation , Job Performance
