Abstract

The emotional intelligence is one of the supporting factors in the learning process of school. The purpose of the research are: (1) description of the emotional intelligence of students, (2) Description of how learners’ learning, (3) The relationship between emotional intelligence and the way students learn. This research using quantitative descriptive correlational approach. In the entire study population of learners SMAN 2 Lengayang South Coastal District, amounting to 685 people. Sampling using stratified ramdom sampling technique. The total sample of 85 people. Data collection tools such as questionnaires. Emotional intelligence to analyze data in a way students learn using percentage analysis techniques, while hypothesis testing to see the relationship of emotional intelligence by learning if learners using correlation techniques. The results of the research of the students at SMAN 2 Lengayang South Coastal District has the emotional intelligence intelligent quite good as are ways of learning and the relationshop of emotional intelligence by learning rhitung of 0.479> of rtabel df of 0.2133 At 84 with the significant level of 0.000<0.05. So the relationship between emotional intelligence and the way students learn at SMAN 2 Lengayang South Coastal District is located at the level of the relationship is strong enough.

Abstract

The research is done based phenomenon which is happened in the field where special necessity of participant with normal participant gather knowledge in education world so that special necessity of participant is difficult to adapt oneself in life. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) The teachers’ effort of BK helps adaptation for special necessity of participant to learn, 2) The teachers’ effort of BK helps adaptation for special necessity of participant with friends. The kinds of this research is Descriptive Research that give purpose to describe real condition. The subject of the research is special necessity of participant amount 15 person. The data collection uses questionaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses percentage formula. The result of this research expresses that 1) The teachers’ effort of BK helps adaptation for special necessity of participant in learning process 60,00% in category good enough, 2) The teachers’ effort of BK helps adaptation for special necessity of participant with friends 46,67% in category least good.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the presence of some teenagers who likes orphanage neglect prayer and have poor morals against fellow residents Orphanage Aisyiyah Ampang Padang. The focus of this research are: (1) Fostering awareness of religion in adolescents who are at the Orphanage Aisyiyah Aisyiyah Ampang Padang in fostering teenage prayer (2) Development of religious awareness in young adolescents in foster morality. This study was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach which describes the symptoms, facts and reality on the ground as it is about coaching teenagers in religious awareness Orphanage Aisyiyah Ampang Padang. Research informants are: Governing homes, juvenile homes, the instrument that I use in this study were interviews and observation. Techniques used in the processing of data through data reduction , data display and conclusion. The results obtained are praying coaching teenagers who are in orphanages Aisyiyah Ampang Padang include: Board immediately put into practice in their daily lives by using the method of example, habituation and invites. While the character development among adolescents: Board directly with in their daily practice how good morals to parents, by way of politeness towards fellow residents, foster mother, nursing administrators and also provide guidance to the juvenile home against mistakes in doing it.

Abstract

The background of thos research is the students who do their homework at school, dressed unappopriate, and staying out of class when the school time still running. It is happen because the students have so many activity at school every day so they seek for the counseling teacher’s attention, so that the counseling teacher will give attention to them. There are three purposes of this research, they are: 1. The role of counseling teachers in facing individual differences, 2. The role of counseling teachers in identificating students strength and weakness, 3. The role of counseling teachers  in corporating with students parents. The research is qualitative-descriptive research which has purpose to describe systematically and factually about things from certain population. It is also describing facts in detail. This research is located in SMA N 11 Padang. The informants of this research are the counseling teachers that contain of four people. Thereare also four students that help the write as the supporting informants. Data collecting method is done by doing interview, straight survey to the field, and documentation study. Then, there are three steep of analyzing,they are: 1. Data organizing, 2. Data interprenting, 3. The summary. Result of this research are: 1. The role of counseling teacher in understanding individual differences, that has done, such as distributing creativity that they have, giving compliment, being their shoulder to cry on, and helping to solve their problem, 2. The role of counseling teacher in identificating students strength and weakness, that is not run really well, such as the explanation that makes students do not what to fill the given instrument so that makes the information not complete, 3. The role of counseling teacher in corporating with students parents, that has done such as home visit. The parents show positive attitude in solving students problem. The role of counseling teacher in solving school stress of the students has run well. It is also expected that the role of counseling teachers can be more increasing to help students in solving their school stress

Abstract

Based on the phenomena in the field that follows the guidance and counseling students not skilled in the learning organization. Guidance and counseling still concerned because the students other than the activities of the lectures. Target of this research: An Analysis a the profile of skill learn student guidance and counseling following students organization in some part, such as: 1) Remember learning material. 2) Concentration follow learning. 3) Manage or exploit time. This research is descriptive. Population in this research is total 41 people. Technique sampling in this research use saturated sampling technique that all population is sample. The result of students research skills profile guidance and counseling, in generally criterion is enough. Result of research base on sub-variable which: 1) Remember learning material is dificient. 2) Concentration follow learning is enough. 3) Manage or exploit time is enough. Based on the research results of student guidance and counseling should be able to remember the lecture material that has been studied, by repeating material that has been discussed, so that students learn the have good results.

Abstract

The background of this study, by the members of the group who presence did not understand the principle of confidentiality, considers the principle of confidentiality rules and not merely to understand the impact on group counseling. The purpose of the study described: 1) an understanding of the meaning is the principle members of a group of confidentiality in counseling group services. 2) understanding of the principles of group members about the impact of confidentiality for group members. This type of research is descriptive. The population learners Public High Schools 14 Padang the group ever counseling services totaling 32 people, with a sampling technique is saturated samples. Source of data is the primary data and secondary data. The research instrument is a questionnaire, analysis using the criterion formula Sturgess. Results of the study revealed: 1) an understanding principles of the group members in order content section principle of confidentiality category quite well. 2) understanding of the principles group members about the impact confidentiality for members of the group: a) the positive impact category is quite well. b) the negative impact category is quite well

Abstract

The background of this reserach is teenagers that break from the school, and there are teenagers which decide to stop from the school before they pass it. The purpose of this research is to describe internal and external factors that cause teenagers break the school. This research is done with Qualitative Aprroach that is Descriptive Characteristic. Informants of the research are breaking teenagers, parents and friends. The data is collected toward interview. Determining informants are done using Snow Ball Procedure which informants are known from research subject with determining key informants. The result of the research explains that: 1). Internal factors cause teenagers breaking from the school such as: a). Wanted from theirself to get low education. b). Doubt with their ability. c). The school is assumpted that is not interesting, because there are assignment and role from the school. d). Learning ability is low level. 2). External factors cause teenagers breaking the school alike: a). Economic of family is so difficult. b). least attention from parents. c). Playing field or friends. d). Roles and dicipline from school make teenagers are confusing and decide to stop going school.

Abstract

Many problem that is researched based on phenomenan in the field by the researcher is about sex digression. This research  for having a goal: 1) Interpersonal communication of teenagers together parents, 2) Sex attitude for teenagers, 3) The relationship of interpersonal communication for girls’ teenager together with parents and sex attitude.This research uses Qualitative Correlational Approach. The population of the research is all of girls’ teenager that live one home with parents amount 101. The technique gets sample which is Purposive Sampling. Sum of sample is 68 girls’ teenager.The result of this research gets that: 1) The relationship of interpersonal communication for girls’ teenager together with parents in level 64.24%. 2) Attitude sex of girls’ teenager in level 61.03%. 3) The result of analysis Pearson Correlation where get correlation coefisien value 0,965. In summary, the relationship of interpersonal communication for girls’ teenager together with parents that have correlation with sex attitude with power relation 96,5%. So, the result of this research is got that the significant gives relation between the relationship of interpersonal communication for girls’ teenager together with parents and sex attitud.

Abstract

Cooperative between Guidance and Counseling teacher and Aqeedah Morals teacher to develop students religious life, but this case don not implemented fully in MTsN Model Padang. We can see because some problems happen about studens religious life. Actually this problem can be solved by Guidance and Counseling teacher and Aqeedah Morals teacher if they work team. That’s reason why researcher do research with purpose for identity. 1) Description form of collaboration between Guidance and Counseling teacher and Aqeedah Morals teacher in indentify students who need the guidance religious of life. 2) Description form of collaboration between Guidance and Counseling teacher and Aqeedah Morals teacher in using tools (mosque and counseling teacher). 3) Description form of collaboration between Guidance and Counseling teacher and Aqeedah Morals teacher in give guidance about students religious life is limited by Akidah Akhlak teacher in Models MTsN Model Padang. This research is about descriptive kuantitative research with population consist of 1360 people are sample. Researcher use a stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used at this reseach is quetionaire. For analysis data use presentaqe formula. Result of research show: 1)s Description  form of collaboration between Guidance and Counseling teacher with Aqeedah Morals teacher in indentiying students who require the guidance of religious life are good. 2) Description form of collaboration between Guidance and Counseling teacher and with Aqeedah Morals teacher in in use tools (mosque and counseling room) are good. 3) Description form of collaborative between Guidance and Counseling teacher and with Aqeedah Morals teacher in give guidance religious life is limited in category good. Baset on the resulti of research analysis. So we can make a conclusion that collaborative between Akhlak teacher in develop. Students religious life in MTsN  Guidance and Counseling teacher and  Aqidah Padang, commonly in good good category.

Abstract

The background of this study is the pupils still can not control and manage well the emotion yet, such as anger, hate, revenge, piqued, sadness, depression and weeping. This study aims at discovering the effectiveness of group coaching in improving the pupils’ emotion perspicacity. The methodology of the study is descriptive quantitative by implementing Quasi Experiment Design. The pupils of science at grade eleventh is the population in total number 152 pupils and the sample is about 20 by purposive random sampling technic then they are divided into two: 1) experiment group is 10 pupils, 2) control group is 10 pupils. Questionnare is used as instrument. The data is analyzed by using t-test correlation.  The product indicates that 1) The different description of emotion perspicacity between experiment group and control group before treatment shows that there is no significant differences, 2) The different description of emotion perspicacity between experiment group and control group before and after treatment points out it has no significant differences, 3) The different description of emotion perspicacity between experiment group and control group before and after treatment pinpoints that it has significant differences, 4) The different description of emotion perspicacity between experiment group and control after treatment results that there is significant differences
