Abstract

Feminism is a movement that is fighting for women’s rights and for women as the most instrumental ones who enable humans to evolve and grow quantitatively. However, because in fact, their biological superiority are often neglected, they are sometimes underestimated by the opposite sex who tend to manipulate them into merely human reproduction machines, or even used as to satisfy biological needs, and were subjected to more injustice. This fact has inspired feminist to fight for the justice in order to restore the rights of women in equality. In this case, the writers have used the theory of desecration— browsing the secular nuances in feminist theology. At first, the feminism struggle does have a noble purpose. Yet, their empathy for the fate of the oppressed women have made them to be overly sensitive and tends to be secular. They assume that religion has played a role in the occurrence of inequality, such as the Verses or hadith of Misoginik which has resulted in a gender bias and the emergence of hegemony that is detrimental to women

Abstract

Child before of marriage is basicly a term which definition is rather difficult to be correlated with the term natural child (ibn al mulaanah) as stipulated in fiqh. This difficulty is triggered by the " law " that define the term in a statement which create various interpretations from many people. In relation to inheritance issues, child before marriage or natural child inherits only from their mother and relatives, istead of their father. Such it is perceived as an inequality and injustice in the gender issues of the relationship between two different sexes—male and female. Whereas both parties—parents of the child before marriage, are the accursed who make possible the innocent child born into the world.
