Abstract

Pengaruh Pupuk NPK DGW Compaction Dan Pupuk Kandang Sapi Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Cabai Merah Besar Varietas Arimbi (Capsicum annum L.) Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk NPK DGW Compaction dan pupuk kandang sapi serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai merah besar varietas Arimbi.Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Agustus 2014 sampai dengan bulan Nopember 2014, di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Agrobisnis Empas, Kecamatan Melak, Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Propinsi Kalimantan Timur.Rancangan penelitian menggunakan percobaan faktorial 4x4 dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan ulangan sebanyak 4 kali. Faktor perlakuan pertama adalah Pupuk NPK DGW Compaction (D), terdiri atas 4 taraf, yaitu : (d0) tanpa pupuk NPK DGW Compaction, (dl) dosis pupuk NPK DGW Compaction 200 kg ha-1 atau 2,00 g polibag-1, (d2) dosis pupuk NPK DGW Compaction 300 kg ha-1 atau 3,00 g polibag1 dan (d3) dosis pupuk NPK DGW Compaction 400 kg ha-1 atau 4,00 g polibag -1. Faktor perlakuan kedua adalah Pupuk Kandang Sapi (K), terdiri atas 4 taraf, yaitu : tanpa pupuk kandang sapi (k0), dosis pupuk kandang sapi 5 Mg ha-1 atau 50 g polibag-1 (k1), 10 Mg Ha-1 atau 100 g polibag-1 (k2) dan 15 Mg ha-1 atau 150 g polibag-1 (d3).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pemberian pupuk NPK DGW Compaction (D) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 20, 40 dan 60 hari setelah tanam, jumlah cabang pada umur 20, 40 dan 60 hari setelah tanaman, umur tanaman saat berbunga, jumlah buah per tanaman dan berat buah per tanaman.Pemberian pupuk kandang sapi (K) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 20, 40 dan 60 hari setelah tanam, jumlah cabang pada umur 20, 40 dan 60 hari setelah tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman dan berat buah per tanaman, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap umur tanaman saat berbunga.Interaksi antara pupuk NPK DGW Compaction dengan pupuk kandang sapi berpengaruh nyata sampai sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 20, 40 dan 60 hari setelah tanam, jumlah cabang pada umur 20, 40 dan 60 hari setelah tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman dan berat buah per tanaman, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap umur tanaman saat berbunga.Pemberian kombinasi 400 kg ha-1 NPK DGW Compaction dan 15 Mg ha-1 pupuk kandang sapi (d3k3) menghasilkan berat buah per tanaman yang paling tinggi yaitu 714,50 g tanaman-1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the rate of infiltration in some land cover and soil physical properties in Sangkulirang-Mangkalihat Karst Area in Sekerat Village, Bengalon, East Kutai Regency. Infiltration rate measurements were made using Double Ring Infiltrometer with three repetitions at several land cover ie semak belukar, secondary forest and Karst area. Soil physical analysis includes bulk density, total pores,soil moisture content, soil texture and soil structure. The results showed that the average infiltration rate of 724.44 mm / hour (Very Fast), secondary forest 259.88 mm / hour (Very Fast) and karst land of 93.07 mm / hour (Fast ). The result of laboratory analysis of soil physical characteristic that is bulk density is 1.07 g / cm3, total pores 39.65%, soil moisture content 3,112%, sand soil texture and single grain ground structure; secondary forest obtained bulk density 1.26 gr / cm3, total pores 34.63%, soil moisture content 11.994%, clay soil texture and granular soil structure and in karst land obtained bulk density 1.27 gr / cm3, total pore 34, 27%, soil moisture content 18.457%, clay soil texture and granular soil structure.

Abstract

The Effect of NPK Mutiara Fertilizer And Cow Manure on the Growth and Yield of Curly Red Chili (Capsicum annuum L.), Arimbi Variety.  Objectives of the research were to know the effect of NPK Mutiara fertilizer and cow manure as well as its interactio on the growth and yield of curly red chili varieties Arimbi.The research to start was from February 2013 to June 2013, carried out at Asa Gemuhan Village, Barong Tongkok Sub District of West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province.The research design employed was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with  factorial 3x3 and  five replications. The first factor was application of NPK Mutiara Fertilizer (M), that consisted of three sub-factors : NPK Mutiara fertilizer  150 kg per ha or equal 1.5 g per polybag (m1), 300 kg per ha or equal 3 g per polybag) (m2) and 450 kg per ha or equal 3 g per polybag (m3). And second  factor  was Cow Manure (K), consisted of three sub-faktor : no cow manure (k0), 5 ton per ha or equal 50 g per  polybag (k1) and 10 ton per  ha or equal 100 g per polybag (k2).Results of the research revealed that the application of NPK Mutiara fertilizer (M) significantly on plant height 40 days and 60 days after planting and age of plant harvested, but did not  affect significantly on age of plant height 20 days after planting, the number of branches, the age of flowering, number of fruits per crop and fruit weight per crop.The cow manure (K) did not a affected significantly on plant height at 20 days, 40 days and 60 days after planting, the number of branches, age of flowering ,age at harvested, number of fruits per  crop and fruit weight per cropThe interaction between cow manure and NPK Mutiara fertilizer did  not  affected significantly on plant height at 20 days, 40 days and 60 days after planting, the number of branches,  age of flowering, age of harvested, number of fruits per crop and fruit weight per crop.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk : (1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kompos dan POC Nasa serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil  tanaman mentimun varietas Misano F1; dan (2) memperoleh dosis pupuk kompos dan konsentrasi POC Nasa yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanamam mentimun, sehingga diperoleh hasil yang tinggi.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada akhir bulan Februari 2017 sampai bulan April 2017 di Pekarangan rumah Jalan Cut Nyak Dien RT.3 wilayah Kelurahan Barong Tongkok, Kecamatan Barong Tongkok, Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dalam percobaan faktorial 4 x 4 yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali.   Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kompos (K) yang terdiri atas 4 taraf: tanpa pupuk kompos (k0),48g polibag-1(k1). 64 g polibag-1 (k2); dan 80g polibag-1(k3).   Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi POC Nasa (D) terdiri atas 4 taraf: tanpa POC Nasa (d0), 1 ml l-1 air (d1),  2 ml l-1 air (d2), dan 3 ml l-1 air (d3).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perlakuan pupuk kompos berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat satu buah dan berat buah per tanaman; berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang tanaman pada umur 15 dan 30 hari setelah tanam, dan diameter buah, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah buah per tanaman.  Buah yang paling berat dihasilkan pada perlakuan 48 g polibag-1 (k1) yaitu 3,77 kg tanaman-1, sedangkan yang paling ringan dihasilkan pada perlakuan 80 g polibag-1 (k3) yaitu 3,06 kg tanaman-1; (2) perlakuan POC Nasa berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat satu buah; dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang tanaman pada umur 30 hari setelah tanam dan diameter buah, tetapi berpengruh tidak nyata terhadap panjang tanaman pada umur 15 hari setelah tanam, jumlah buah dan berat buah per tanaman; dan (3) perlakuan interaksi antara pupuk kompos dan POC Nasa berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat satu buah dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter buah, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap panjang tanaman pada umur 15 dan 30 hari setelah tanam, jumlah buah dan berat buah per tanaman.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyzed rainfall trends from 6 rainfall stations Kajoran, Mendut, Muntilan, Ngablak, Salaman and Tempuran rainfall station in different time scales (monthly, 3-months periodicityand annual). Identification homogenity of the rainfall data period 1986-2016 for Magelang district using Rescaled Adjusted Partial Sums (RAPS) methode. The three non-parametric tests, Mann-Kendall (MK), modified Mann-Kendall (MMK), trend free prewhitening Mann-Kendall (TFPW-MK) and Sen’s slope wereemployed to assess significance of trends and detecting magnitude of trends.The results shows that monthly rainfall have no significant trend using MK, MMK, and TFPW-MK test at 0.05 level significance. Rainfall 3-month based January-February-March (JFM) period Kajoran station have negative significant trend with magnitude 19.4 mm/3-month. Mendut station have positive trend for April-May-June (AMJ) period with magnitude 6.75 mm/3-month. No significant trends at 0.05 level significance using MK trend test were detected in annual rainfall for 6 rainfall stations.

Abstract

Effect of  Seed Weight and Growing Media on the Vegetative of  Durian Seedling (Durio zibethinus Murr).  The research aimed at knowing the effect seed weight and growing media on the vegetative growth of Durian seedling.  It lasted for about four months, from February to May 2013, and carried out at Ujoh Village of Long Bagun Sub District, Mahakam Ulu Regency. The Completely Randomized Design was employed for the research with repetitions.  The first factor was seed weight (B) that consisted of 3 sub-factor 7-12 g (b1), 14-17 g (b2), and 18-20 g (b3).  Whereas the second factor was growing media (M) : entirely top soil (m1), equal mix 1:1 between top soil and sand (m2), equal mix 1:1 between top soil and cow dung (m3), and equal mix 1:1 between top soil and paddy straw (m4).  Result of the research revealed that : (1) the seed weight affected very significantly on the seedling height at 30, 60 and 90 days, leave number at 60 and 90 days and stem diameter at 30, 60 and 90 days.  But it did not affect significantly on the leave number 30 days.  (2) the growing media affected very significantly on seedling stem diameter at 90 days, affected significantly on seedling height at 90 days, but did not affect significantly on seedling height at 30 and 60 days, leave number at 30, 60 and 90 days, and stem diameter at 30 and 60 days, and (3) the interaction between the two above factors did not affect significantly on all parameters observed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk urea dan pupuk kompos serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi dan untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk urea dan dosis pupuk kompos yang tepat untuk menghasilkan tanaman sawi yang tinggi.Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dalam percobaan faktorial 3 x 3, dengan 4 ulangan. Terdiri atas 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor I adalah dosis pupuk urea (N). Faktor II adalah dosis pupuk kompos (K).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk urea tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 20 hari setelah tanam. Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 10 hari dan umur 30 hari setelah tanaman, jumlah daun umur 10 hari, umur 20 hari dan umur 30 hari setelah tanam, serta berat basah per tanaman.  Berat basah per tanaman terberat terdapat pada perlakuan n2 (dosis pupuk urea 300 kg/ha setara 4,8 g/tanaman), yaitu 41,42 g/tanaman, sedangkan berat basah teringan terdapat pada perlakuan n0 (tanpa pupuk urea), yaitu 35,33 g/tanaman).Perlakuan pupuk kompos tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 10 hari setelah tanam, jumlah daun umur 10 hari dan umur 20 hari setelah tanam dan berat basah per tanaman. Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 20 hari dan umur 30 hari setelah tanam dan jumlah daun umur 30 hari seteah tanam. Berat basah per tanaman terberat terdapat pada perlakuan k2 (dosis pupuk kompos 20 ton/ha setara 320 g/tanaman), yaitu 38,33 g/tanaman), sedangkan berat basah teringan terdapat pada perlakuan k0 (tanpa pupuk kompos), yaitu 30,17 g/tanaman).Interaksi perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 10 hari dan umur 20 hari setelah tanam, jumlah daun umur 10 hari, umur 20 hari dan umur 30 hari setelah tanam, serta berat basah per tanaman. Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30 hari setelah tanam.

STUDI TENTANG PENGARUH INTENSITAS HUJAN DAN KERAPATAN VEGETASI TERHADAP SEDIMENTASI DANAU BUATAN DAN JARINGAN SUNGAINYA DI KEBUN RAYA UNMUL SAMARINDA The effects of rainfall intensity and vegetation density on sedimentation of artificial lake and it’s up-stream channel in Kebun Raya  Unmul SamarindaMuhammad SyafrudinLaboratorium Klimatologi Hutan, Jurusan Manajemen Hutan,Fakultas Kehutanan Universitas MulawarmanSamarinda ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in Kebun Raya Unmul Samarinda, an educational forest of Mulawarman University, It aimed to figure out the effect of rainfall intensity and vegetation, as well as estimated the amount of accumulated sediment in the lake and its up-stream channel. Statistically, this study revealed that two parameters (rainfall and vegetation) has contribute to the discharge flow and discharge suspended load sediment  and respectively it represented by its correlation coefficient which are 0.89-0.97 and 0.86-0.94. The values tend to closed to 1 and it indicate a positive correlation between parameters and discharge flow, as well as discharge suspended load sediment. Discharge flow and discharge suspended load sediment also related each other. The increases of discharge flow will lead to the increases of discharge suspended load sediment. Discharge suspended load sediment will increase whenever a lot of sediment from erosion flow to the river body. Discharge suspended load sediment increase in the river number 2, 4 and 5 because landuse changing occurred in the upper of the rivers outside of the forest. Potential sediment volume in a year at the each sampling points are 895.38 ton at River 1,464.23 ton at river 2,889.04 ton at river 3,336.76 ton at river 4,173.68 ton at river 5 and 335.56 ton at the lake.Key words : rainfall intensity, discharge flow, suspended load sediment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam dan dosis ZPT terhadap produksi alur sadap tanaman karet.  Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Maret sampai bulan April 2014, di kampung Sakaq Lotoq, Kecamatan Mook Manaar Bulatn, Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur.Rancangan Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua Faktor yaitu, faktor pertama adalah macam (M) ZPT yang terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu m1= BETTER dan m2= KARET PLUS, dan yang kedua adalah dosis (D) ZPT yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu d0= tanpa ZPT, d1= 0.5 ml/pohon, d2= 1 ml/pohon, d3= 1,5 ml/pohon, sehingga secara keseluruhan terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan.Berdasarkan hasil sidik ragam dapat diketahui bahwa: (1) Perlakuan macam ZPT berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produksi lump setelah perlakuan I, III, dan V, tetapi berpengaruh nyata setelah perlakuan II, IV dan VI.  (2) Perlakuan dosis pemberian ZPT berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produksi lump pada perlakuan I, II, III, IV dan V, tetapi berpengaruh beda nyata pada perlakuan VI.;  (3) Interaksi perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produksi lump setelah perlakuan I, III, IV, V dan VI, tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata setelah perlakuan II.

Abstract

Research purposes to determine the effect of foliar fertilizer and manure Bayfolan SP-36 on the growth and yield of melon. The experiment was conducted in the village of Muang Benanga In Lempake Village District North Samarinda, East Kalimantan, for 5 months starting from January to May 2011. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design (RBD) with a 4x4 factorial experiment was repeated 3 times. The first factor is Bayfolan leaf manure (B) consisting of 4 levels of concentration, ie B0 (without fertilization), B1 (1.5 ml / L of water), B2 (3 ml / L of water). While the second factor is the SP-36 (S) consisting of 4 dose levels, ie S0 (without fertilization), S1 (450 Kg / Ha), S2 (900 Kg / Ha), S3 (1350 Kg / ha). Results of analysis of variance showed that the influence of leaf manure Bayfolan (B) was not significantly different for plant height ages 2 and 4 weeks after planting, the number of leaf age 2 weeks after planting, age of the plant during flowering, fruit weight and yield fruit crop per hectare, but significantly different to the number of leaf age 4 weeks after planting. Most likely the number of leaves found on the treatment concentration of 3 ml / L of water. Effect of SP-36 (S) was not significantly different for plant height ages 2 and 4 weeks after planting, the number of leaf age 2 and 4 weeks after planting, planting fruit weight, fruit set per hectare, but significantly different to the age of the plant during flowering. Fastest time of flowering plant age at treatment doses are 900 Kg / Ha. Interaction effect between leaf manure and fertilizer Bayfolan SP-36 does not give a real difference.
