Abstract

Arterial roads Slamet Riyadi - Samarinda is one of the roads that have the characteristics of road users undisipline . One form of indiscipline that is driving the vehicle at high speed while on the road , so the traffic accidents often occur on these roads . This scientific article aims to evaluate the ratio between the average speed of vehicles in free flow speed . Analysis of the average speed of vehicles using the comparative approach between distance and time , and the results obtained 47.94 km / h , free flow speed analysis using the formula FV = ( FVO + FVW ) x FFVSF x FFVCS and the results obtained 47.97 km / h . The analysis showed that the speed of the motorcycle is at its highest proportion among the other vehicle speed , the amount of 70.37 km / h , with the difference in the speed of MKJI 1997 ( 40.42 km / h ) at 10.21  km / jam.Perbandingan results of the analysis showed that the velocity average - average > free flow speed to the increment speed of 1.78 km / h , so that the necessary repairs around traffic management to reduce road accidents .

Abstract

Struktur adalah susunan atau pengaturan bagian – bagian gedung yang menerima beban atau konstruksi utama dari gedung tanpa memperhatikan apakah struktur tersebut terlihat atau tidak terlihat . Struktur dalam hubungannya dengan bangunan adalah bahwa struktur merupakan sarana untuk menyalurkan bebang yang diakibatkan penggunaan dan kehadiran bangunan diatas tanah, struktur yang meliputi struktur atas.Dalam merencanakan struktur suatu bangunan bertingkat, digunakan struktur yang mampu mendukung berat sendiri, gaya angin, beban hidup maupun beban khusus yang bekerja pada struktur bangunan tersebut Beban-beban yang bekerja pada struktur dihitung menurut Peraturan Pembebanan Indonesia Untuk Gedung 1983 (PPIUG1983).Jenis Pembebanan Gedung yang digunakan yaitu Beban Mati ,Beban Hidup,Beban Angin.Perhitungan pembebanan dilakukan dengan, asumsi bahwa struktur yang ditinjau harus dapat menahan semua beban yang bekerja pada struktur, sesuai dengan keadaan dan kondisi lapangan dimana struktur tersebut akan dibangun.Analisis Struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SAP 2000,untuk  mendapatkan momen desain , pelat lantai, balok dan kolom beton bertulang.

Abstract

Usaha untuk meminimalisir permasalahan pergerakan Lalu lintas, khususnya terhadap keamanan dan kenyamanan pada ruas jalan dapat dilakukan dengan pembuatan median. Median sebagai bagian dari geometrik jalan adalah suatu pemisah fisik jalur lalu lintas yang berfungsi untuk menghilangkan konflik lalu lintas dari arah yang berlawanan, sehingga pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas. Dalam perencanaan median disediakan pula bukaan median yang memungkinkan kendaraan merubah arah perjalanan berupa gerakan putar balik arah atau diistilahkan sebagai gerakan u – turn. Gerakan u – turn Jauh lebih rumit dengan gerakan belok kanan atau belok kiri, karena kemampuan manuver kendaraan umumnya dibatasi oleh lebar badan jalur, lebar median dan bukaannya, serta arus lalu lintas yang ada pada jalur yang searah maupun jalur berlawanan arah yang menjadi tujuan dari kendaraan u – turn. Salah satu pengaruh ketika melakukan gerak u – turn yaitu terhadap kecepatan kendaraan dimana kendaraan akan melambat atau berhenti. Perlambatan ini akan mempengaruhi arus lalu lintas pada arah yang sama. Pada kendaraan tertentu, untuk melakukan gerak u – turn tidak bias secara langsung melakukan perputaran dikarenakan kondisi kendaraan yang tidak memiliki radius perputaran yang cukup, sehingga akan menyebabkan kendaraan lain akan terganggu bahkan berhenti baik dari arah yang sama maupun dari arah yang berlawanan yang akan dilalui.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menghitung struktur atas jembatan dananalisa resiko management pada jembatan rangka bentang 40 meter pada jembatanbungkuk palaran. Dimana beban - beban yang dipakai untuk menghitung jembatan iniakan mengacu pada peraturan RSNI T-02-2005. Pada perhitungan struktur atasjembatan mengacu pada peraturan LRFD dan analisa resiko management padapekerjaan struktur atas jembatan rangka pada jembatan bungkuk palaran yangmengacu pada metode PMBOK.Dari hasil perhitungan, didapat pekerjaan gelagar dan pekerjaan strukturrangka menggunakan rangka baja profil WF yang sesuai dengan perhitungan.Sedangkan, pekerjaan pipa sandaran dan tiang sandaran menggunakan profil bajabulat. Pada analisa resiko management yang mengacu pada metode PMBOK, didapatresiko – resiko yang dinilai dari tiga macam level resiko, yaitu ekstrim, moderate danlow risk.

Abstract

Margomulyo Vilage area, District Loa Janan, a vilage located in theDistrict Loa Jana ,but in the vilage is an area that is prone to landslides, this isdue to topographical conditons in the area in the form of hily areas, mining andagricultural region. Lack of suporting vegetation bufer zones rainwater andmake this area very prone to landslides in the event of rain, so at some pointalong the river have sen the potential for erosion and landslide potential, whichrequires extra care and handling of fast, responsive and acurate prior to theocurence of landslides as a whole in cros section of the riverbank.Handling avalanches due to erosion of the river banks, of course, requirethe existence of analysis and technical studie ,detailed and comprehensive, so itcan produce a design that is apropriate and efective in order to conform withthe original purpose of the handling of the avalanche can be achieved From thecalculation results can be concluded that ,dimensional wal pehanan high groundis 3 meters and a width of 1 meter, 1 meter thick plate with a length of 10 metersper segment review. Secure the stabilty of a retaining wal to bolster howeverafect he shear, so that he necesary foundation piles with aditonal bracing tothe pile group to rigidify the structure of the wals and the pile.

Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia akan air bersih terus meningkat setiap tahunmya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan penduduk pada setiap daerah atau kota. Air merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia untuk berbagai keperluan. Prioritas pemakaian air yang utama adalah untuk pemakaian domestic seperti air minum dan keperluan rumah tangga, serta digunakan pula untuk keperluan industri, pertanian, perikanan, dll. Pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih dibeberapa tempat di wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, merupakan masalah yang tidak mudah untuk diselesaikan, hal ini berkaitan dengan Jumlah atau ketersediaan sumber air yang sangat terbatas, cara pendistribusian air bersih ke daerah tempat tinggal penduduk, kebutuhan biaya serta teknologi pengolahan air .Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah penduduk dan kebutuhan air bersih di Desa Purwajaya Kec. Loa Janan pada tahun 2022 serta mengetahui dimensi pipa yang diperlukan untuk pendistribusian air bersih ke rumah warga dan fasilitas umum yang berada di Desa Purwajaya Kec. Loa Janan. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapat jumlah penduduk pada tahun 2022 sebesar 4544 jiwa dengan kebutuhan air bersih sebesar 12.5 lt/dtk. Dengan besarnya kebutuhan air bersih maka didapat dimensi pipa distribusi berdiameter 200 mm untuk pipa induk dan diameter 150 mm untuk pipa sekunder.

Abstract

Transportation in the city of Samarinda is an important factor that will affect the development of the region , which will support the potential of natural resources , human resources , and other economic potential . Samarinda City has a high level of congestion , congestion is caused by the increase in population triggered the ownership of the vehicle is not balanced by the roads .. Traffic problems often encountered in the cities that are growing , such as the city of Samarinda , the problem of traffic congestion and kesemberautan often occur at a crossroads , especially not signalized intersection , the intersection of 3 ( three ) JL.DIPanjaitan - JL.Pangeran Muhammad Noor - JL.Mayjend Panjaitan In Samarinda .. it is influenced by several factors , including the increasing volume of traffic and road infrastructure supporting factors . The results of the analysis obtained by using the form usig - I and - II usig Guidelines Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual ( MKJI ) 1997 capacity ( C ) initial conditions (existing ) intersection of  2667 smp / hour and the traffic flow ( Q ) of  4487 smp / h by entering the formula : DS = Q / C and the ratio of the total intersection of 0.5 included the importance of the DS of 1.70 > 0.85 ( DS which hinted ) . From the calculation results in a very high degree of saturation intersection experiencing conflicts and interlocking . From the calculation of initial conditions (existing ) then do some improvement alternatives

Abstract

This study used a mixed design (American Concrete Institute) ACI 211.1 That is done in the laboratory by using artificial coarse aggregate size is the size of coarse aggregate uniform artificial 10 and 40 mm. The sample used for each size of coarse aggregate uniforms made in numbered 30 samples.  The results of the overall test that the clay ex. Bengalon have a fairly high abrasion value is 60,08% in aggregate categories that can not be used as coarse aggregate for concrete structural class II and quality of K-125, K-175 and K-225 with abrasion condition (27-40%), a very high absorption values ranged 20,223% that control water demand in the concrete mix is relatively difficult, and low yields an average compressive strength of 28 days produced by the method ACI 211 for ukaran coarse aggregate 10 mm and 40 mm is 9,851 and 9,991 MPa of compressive strength of concrete were targeted (f'cr) = 25,7 MPa.

Abstract

Evaluation of road intersection Elang – Hasan Basri Road – way Road Priest S.Parman Road – Cendrawasih in Samarinda City Supervisor I : Ir . Yayuk Sri Sundari , MT , and Advisor II : Rosa Agustaniah , ST , MT .               Several intersections in the city of Samarinda in particular crossroads Elang – Hasan Basri Road – way Road Priest S.Parman Road – Cendrawasih , necessary to evaluate the performance of traffic lights , because the area is adjacent to the office , school and shops . So at peak hours ( peak hours ) often experience congestion and delays .               The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of traffic lights using Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997 ( MKJI'97 ) at the crossroads Elang – Hasan Basri Road – way Road Priest S.Parman Road – Cendrawasih.The purpose of this study is as follows :1.      Knowing the initial conditions of the performance analysis of signalized intersections at peak hours and the service level ( the level of service / LOS )2.      Knowing the initial conditions of the performance analysis of signalized intersections at the average and the service level ( the level of service / LOS ) .3.      Knowing the analysis of changes in traffic light timing on the performance of signalized intersections at peak hours and service levels ( the level of service / LOS ) .               From the analysis of signalized intersections on roads Elang – Hasan Basri Road – way Road Priest S.Parman Road – Cendrawasih in the can ; baseline performance on peak hour intersection level of service ( the level of service / LOS ) initial conditions averaged intersection v / c = 1.208 > 0.85 have a level of service ( LOS ) = F and initial conditions intersection performance at average obtained - service levels ( the level of service / LOS ) initial conditions averaged intersection v / c = 0.913 > 0.85 have a level of service ( LOS ) = E. By the time the change made calculations on the traffic lights at the intersection of performance the level of peak hour services ( level of service / LOS ) initial conditions averaged intersection v / c = 0.741 < 0.85 have this level of service ( LOS ) = C and the change in time of traffic lights at the intersection of the performance of the average rate services ( level of service / LOS ) initial conditions averaged intersection v / c = 0.558 < 0.85 have this level of service ( LOS ) = C.
