<![CDATA[Implementation of effective learning strategies in education, particularly in higher education, so that the communication strategy necessitates a learning process effective and communicative. This is done in line with the development of technology is always quite good effect in the world of education, especially in the teaching and learning process innovation efforts. Use of this technology in the communication process of teaching by faculty and student readiness in using these technologies provide multiple benefits, the students listened to the lecture material easier. In addition, the teaching process needs innovation more practical, especially the strengthening of the material as well as comprehensive search material particulars and rich enough through a network of material on the internet, has been used optimally. Meanwhile, the campus of the State University of Makassar (UNM) demanding technology-based learning, both the lecture to test and deposit of the final grade. Hence the course required to adopt the learning strategy and effective communication, is also in the process value input have made use of technological tools. So in the context of learning communication, then the presence of technology is helpful lectures comunicative and effective. This paper specifically to review the communication strategy of learning subjects of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the Faculty of Education, University of Makassar (UNM-FIP).]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discusses methods of propaganda Qur'anic perspectives. In Surat an-Nahl verse 125 mentioned three methods of propaganda that is bilhikmah, walmauidzah al-Hasanah, wa hiya jadilhum billaty ahsan. The division is directed to a method of object mapping propaganda that can be categorized into three major groups of intellectuals, ordinary people and the people are against the teachings of Islam. ). If preaching to the laity (beginner), do not ever force, do not convey the problems can not be understood or considered difficult by them. Because in accordance temperament, nafs will flee if objections and will oppose and antagonize goodness then search (justification) for his actions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses about te study of the ethics of religious and Dakwah of Islam from some perspectives of Islam’s law. Then, the objective of this research is to ascertain the study of the ethics of religious and Dakwah of Islam from some perspectives of Islam’s law. The type of the research is a descriptive qualitative done through literatures study. Data collected through documentation, using library research. A sources of the data obtained through primary data and secondary data. The data obtained are then processed with a content analysis method by clarifying the formal object of the research from general to specific. The study’s result represents that the ethics of Dakwah strongly stands up for a freedom of choice because if the God’s will, everybody can be faith all around the world. God provides a freedom of choice as human beings are being equipped the important thing by God that is mind. Indeed, in ethics of Dakwah, Islam people have to salute other people whatever their religions are as humans created by God.]]>

<![CDATA[This research concentrates with the function and the role of mass communication which has a significant contribution toward people’s life. The objective of this research is to figure out the role and the function of mass communcation. The use of method is qualitative and the technique analysis is about descriptive analysis. The data collected by exploring all literatures related to mass communication. The result of this clarifies that the role and the function of mass communciation are still sticking with their function and role that are live experiencing, communicator, information taker, interactive network, and road mapping. The function is qualified by providing information, education, influencing, and entertainment.]]>

<![CDATA[Da'wah is an invitation to a life that is more graceful form of life that is able to actualize Islamic moral values in various forms, are also able to appreciate the whole meaning to the reality of life more humane. By him that every missionary activity should be designed and carried out as well as possible by taking into account various situations and conditions encountered. Furthermore, how the propaganda should be done, of course, using the methodology of da’wa which is one aspect that is very important in the process of da’wa.Methodology da’wa no less important than da’wa material itself. In speaking of this da’wa methodology includes at least three main topics namely; general rule the da’wa of Islam, the principles of the methodology of da’wa and proselytizing movement system. All three of the above are interrelated to one another. And need to be translated into a system of da’wa movement that is more technical and operational. To achieve success dai in activities teachings, then they must be necessary to establish an organization that serves as an institution or the container will collect and menytukan potential and power of the people to be exploited and empowered for progress and success dai, meaning that missionary activity is no longer seen as a task individual duty, but it is a collective duty and obligation of all Muslims, because the problem is so severe da’wa, the da’wa collective dikooordinasi by an institution that is strong and solid preaching, is seen as an absolute requirement for success preaching the da’i.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of the Elderly Association in South Sulawesi is an organization that concentrates on empowering aumlansia, as a forum for the elderly to stay in touch and contribute to advance South Sulawesi. The research method used is field research, prioritizing da'wah based on the image of Da'i based on research and using science of dakwah communication that synergize with multi disciplinary approach. The implication of this research is the urgency to empower the elderly who are incorporated in the organization of the Association of Elderly Mother of South Sulawesi, whose mission is to empower the elderly. For that, in the future strived to realize the mission of jama'ah for the elderly for empowerment evenly.]]>

Dakwah sebagai suatu kegiatan komunikasi keagamaan dihadapkan kepada perkembangan dan kemajuan teknlogi komunikasi yang semakin canggih, memerlukan suatu adapasi terhadap kemajuan itu. Artinya dakwah dituntut untuk dikemas dengan terapan media komunikasi sesuai dengan aneka mad’u (komunikan) yang dihadapi. Salah satu unsur keberhasilan dalam berdakwah adalah kepandaian seorang da’i dalam memilih dan menggunakan sarana atau media yang ada. Quite the reverse, use of science and technology geared to specific interests, descriptive and endangering humanity. it is very necessary to build an awareness that science and technology as part of the verses of Allah and a mandate that can not be separated from the responsibility of the creator of the science. With this awareness will bring a commitment to address all forms of science and technology in the area thought that in accordance with Islamic teachings. One key to success is the enthusiasm of Islamic scholarship and counter criticism among Islamic scholars. Of course, criticizing spirit is indispensable for the progress and development of science anywhere. Utilization of science and technology geared to specific interests, descriptive and endangering humanity. Scientific criticism not just throw the spotlight, as a statement of dissatisfaction or stuck on the territory of like or dislike, but must be based on some ethics.]]>
