Abstract

This study discusses about the background of a transition of Umaiyah dynasty to Abbasiyah dynasty, The project role of Abbsiyah khalifah to get eventually the highest achievement in its time, and the things make Abbasiyah dynasty is ruined. This study is aimed to know the background of a transition from Umaiyah dynasty to Abbasiyah dynasty, to ascertain the project role of Abbsiyah khalifah to get the highest achievement in its time at last, and to find out the things make Abbasiyah dynasty is falled apart. The type of the research is a descriptive qualitative done through a documentation study. Data collected through documentation, using library research. Sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. The data obtained are then processed with an inductive method by clarifying the formal object of the research from general to specific.The outcome of this study points out that The transition of Bani Umayyah to Abbsiyah dynasty takes place as political movements when Bani Hasyim demands the Islam leader must be in their hands which is due to they are the closed prophet Muhammad’s relatives. The era of Daulah Abbasiyah is the golden age of Islam where the sovereignity of Islam is about in the top either in wealth, advancement, or authority. In the era of Abbasiyah, there is a lesson that can be learned which is Islam people do not to be distracted by the world power because that thing and luxury living cause a part from Allah swt’s teachings.

Abstract

Humans are organizational beings. Since entering the world, a person is always in the organization. Either the smallest organization such as family or Neighborhood Association (RT) until the greatest of organization is countries. Organization is a medium-to-life interdependence of goals. In order for the organization to run effectively it is necessary. Organizational communication can be either vertical or horizontal communication. In the current era of communication and information technology, every organization is required to use electronic technology. The electronic technology, both hardware, software, and networking, help organization can be more effective and efficient in achieving its goals. In addition, through electronic networks, the organization can serve the public without being limited by time and place, so that organizational goals can be more easily realized.

Abstract

There is a view in society that science and religion collide with each other so as to trigger the turmoil in society. Though both have a very significant role in human life. Science gives a lot of knowledge for humans. With the development of science, will promote the world with a variety of brilliant discoveries and provide convenience facilities were very supportive of human survival. Science and religion is said to be something different, because they have a different paradigm. Science and religion have in common, which aims to give peace. Religion provides peace of mind in terms because there is the promise of life after death, while science (science) give peace and at the same time for the ease of life in the world.

Abstract

Facebook is a social media with the number of users in the world has created a new virtual space, in which everyone easily access anytime and anywhere can communicate with each other. The information can be spread freely through social media is certainly positive and negative impacts, hence the need for preachers to come pouring message of Islam in it for the creation of goodness and benefit. For those who possess a lot of friends and followers, have the opportunity to preach effectively and efficiently. Social media facebook has a full-featured and accessible so that effective and efficient if it is used as a medium of propaganda by leveraging the strengths. This is evidenced by the status of Islamic motivation and able to bring a positive response to its readers. A style that is good, decent and gentle as well as how to pack the words by presenting the words of the parable, the stories of the Prophet, character and personal experience to make writing into readable, easily understood, and is able to avoid feeling offended readers as well as avoid the debate. Among the preachers who use social media facebook this is Habib Muhammad Lutfi bin Yahya, KH. Abdullah Gymnastiar, CakNun.com, Gus Mus, Yusuf Mansur (Official), Ustadz M. Nur Maulana, Ustadz Felix Siauw, Pearl of Wisdom Ustadz Zaki (Dai TPI), Ustadz Ahmad Al-Ethiopia, Buya Yahya, Ustadz Wijayanto, Ustaz Nasir Bachtiar , Ustadzah Mamah Dedeh, Ustadz Muhammad Riza, Ary Gina Agustian, and others. Although not always the status on facebook can be understood by the reader, because the form of written language is not spoken, it could lead to interpretations that vary from readers, especially if you use words that are not public or mixed language (Indonesian, Javanese, Arabic) without given a detailed explanation. And clear, facebook has brought a lot of positive value for readers, and raises social effects that the birth of Islamic communities.

Abstract

Media is a tool used in marketing the products of capitalist society culture and create a lifestyle materialistic, pragmatic, hedonist and consumerist even. Although on the other hand the presence of the media to bring a positive influence in digging the ideas of human thought that can support the formation of critical mass. One program or event that is very loved by society today is that many infotainments publish personal lives and careers of celebrities. Therefore, it is a tremendous business advantage, even will be aired every day because mumpung public interest. While morality is an event impressed ignored. Among the negative effects of infotainment serving them is, tends to accustom the public to see the mistakes of others, and spent a lot of time audience (people). Propaganda strategy in balancing the infotainment program include; made the Prophet. as a role model as a whole, delivering propaganda through mass media, especially television and unearth the religious teachings in everyday life with consistent and istiqamah.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to go into the impact of business communication toward organisation performance in a company. In business, there is a message communicated through some communication channels such as Internet, print media, radio, television, and so forth. It is whether to be reached or not the significant change of organisation performance as an outcome of business communication. This research is done to investigate the relation business communication and organisation performance in the company by applying literatures as research instrument based on a context and to quantify the implication “Construction” which is studied. Applying a survey method, this study collects 100 manufacture companies and services which operate in Makassar. The research instrument shows that reliability and validity are valid. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistic, percent, and examination analysis of ‘t’. This research found out that effective business communication is highlighted on the fair level in the companies which are surveyed. It  is also found that there is an effective business communication in the practice level which is related to business categories and its dimensions.

Abstract

This research focuses on the realization of reconciliation and democratization of peace in Indonesia through religious literacy. The problem of society lately involves many elements of religion as a reference for society to react to an issue. Religion is used as a reference in taking policy, so that it is quite enough to look at religion as the only way in meeting the interests of a group or group. Therefore, this study is aimed to find out the realization of reconciliation and democratization through religion in creating a harmonious and peaceful life. The research applies qualitative method with descriptive analysis model. The data collection is done through documentation study, it means that the data are found out in library sources. The results of this study indicates that it is needed to build a holistic awareness on the reconciliation and democratization of Pancasilais in order to realize a safe and peaceful nation and state in accordance with the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Confidence is still one important theme that is timeless and continues to be discussed as a very broad spectrum. Especially in establishing critical communication about the existence of God and relate it to the phenomena in the world of science. The origin of the belief in God seems to be from a business menjelaskan human experience of new things and events that are beyond the natural habits (eg natural disasters). God exists as a gap filler on matters excluded and abnormal in nature. Jevons mentions that God begins to attempt to explain the irregularities and accidental events. In the form of this shift, the Lord reconciled with science. The gaps being filled only strengthen the evidence of God, rather than get rid of it.

Abstract

This study discusses the efforts GUPPI in the reform of Islamic education and the contribution GUPPI in education reform effort Islam.The eimed this study was to determine the effort GUPPI in Islamic education reform effort and to determine the contribution GUPPI in the reform of Islamic education. This type of research is a field research (field research) are implemented in Gowa. This research is descriptive qualitative, using the sociological approach, historical and anthropological. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. The data obtained are then processed in a deductive, inductive and comparative then presented, is reduced and verified as well as the conclusion. The results showed that, GUPPI efforts in the improvement of education is to adapt the curriculum with the curriculum in force at the National Education Ministry, improve infrastructure, and to add teachers and improve the welfare of teachers' honorarium. Contributions GUPPI in an attempt to reform Islam is to develop the organization as a means of improving and developing faith and righteous deeds, GUPPI increasing role in the implementation of Law Number. 20 of 2003 on National Education System. Realizing the social value system that is capable of filtering and National anticipate cultural values of national and global as well as seek advice and guidance facilities and  mosque in vocational schools and general principles of spontaneous and self-help.

Abstract

This writing focuses on Ulil Abshar Abdallah's thoughts on the relation of freedom and Islam. The purpose of this paper is to find out how Ulil Abshar Abdallah regards the freedom that is related to the Islamic’s perpective which has been seen as the alien with the view of freedom. This method of writing is done by using a qualitative approach and the analysis model is descriptive analysis. The existing data is collected by library research by reading the literatures related to Ulil Abshar Abdalla’s thoughts. The results of this paper explains that the freedom for Indonesian society is contrary to the teachings of Islam because they still interpret the teachings are limited to the text. the worship of Islamic texts is still very strong in the life of Indonesian society in general. This outward attitude of dogmatism can be pursued by recontextualizing interpretations that are in line with the real development of humanity today.
