Tabligh Journal is a scientific publication for research topics and studies on communication and da'wah. The form of publiation that we receive will be reviewed by reviewers who have a concentration in the field of Communication, specifically Da'wah and Communication.We publish this journal twice a year, in June and December. The Tabligh Journal first appeared in the printed version in 2011. This journal is managed by the Tabligh journal team under the Da'wah and Communication Faculty of Alauddin Islamic University in Makassar.

Abstract

Dalam kajian komunikasi politik, strategi pencitraan menjadi keniscayaan, sekalipun kadang berbeda dengan realitasnya, tetapi publik harus diyakinkan dengan retorika dan rekayasa pencitraan ihwal pembangunan dapat membangun opini publik keberhasilan seorang pemimpin. Bagi masyarakat Sulsel, strategi komunikasi politik Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) dan Nurdin Abdullah di Bantaeng, cukup membanggakan terkait keberhasilannya membawa citra baik masyarakat Sulsel yang berhasil melakukan inovasi-inovasi pembangunan secara berkala.            Keberhasilan membangun citra politik melalui media merupakan strategi yang digunakan SYL selaku gubernur Sulsel dan Nurdin Abdullah selaku bupati Kabupaten Bantaeng. Pemanfaatan media menjadi cara untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil pembangun yang telah dicapai. Artinya, kinerja mereka dengan berbagai capainnya dipublikasikan sehingga masyarakat luas mengetahuinya. Diaspora informasi melalui media dapat membentuk opini publik ihwal program-program pembangunan yang telah direalisasikan maupun agenda pembangunan yang sementara dalam proses penyelesaiannya.            Dalam konteks pemerintahan, diniscayakan memaksimalkan citra diri dan karya-karya pembangunan  para pemimpin melalui publikasi media sehingga masyarakat dapat menikmati hasil pembangunan serta masyarakat luas dapat mengenal sepak terjang dan kepemimpinan melaui kerja nyata.

Abstract

The problems faced by the ummah always differ both qualitatively and quantitatively. However, these people's problems need to be identified and sought for relevant and strategic solution solutions through da'wah strategy which includes systematic, smart, and professional method, approach, and technical preaching. Abah Anom as kyai or figure who has a strategic and central position in society and as self-educated. With his position, then he can provide Islamic religious knowledge to the pesantren community as a traditional educational institution which is a means to transfer knowledge to the community as an informal leader. Abah Anom's strategy of preaching emphasizes the method of dhikrullah (remembering Allah). It is based on the word of Allah swt, that the Qur'an can be a medicine.

Abstract

Companies are no longer seen as economic actors who are only concerned itself with the purpose of profit (profit) only in their business activities. Participation and social care company into an integrated strategy on economic and social practice, specialized in lifting the value and image of the company. Problems that occur between companies and communities in the Indonesian context is the conflict of ownership disputes over resource use, such as land conflicts. Corporate Social Responsibility is a commitment of the company or the business world to contribute to the sustainable economic development that is basically how to create a climate of ethical business practices. In realizing the people's welfare, required participation by all elements, including government, private (companies) and the community itself. As stated in the Limited Liability Company Act which requires the private sector to establish good relationships with stakeholders. CSR, community conditions will experience enhancing the quality of life, teranganinya social problems that become life-threatening. Furthermore, the quality of the environment remains the case, because of corporate governance by pushing the level of pollution resulting from the operation of the company.

Abstract

Epistemologically science is built on the basis of methodologies derived from the nature of reality that is believed to be true. epistemology of course determine the character of knowledge, even determine the truth What is considered acceptable and what should be rejected. When the body of knowledge which was classified, or arranged systematically with the correct method, then it can be epistemology. To further emphasize the importance of science, the Qur'an provides questions a test to them. Qur'an as a source of knowledge to justify the source of knowledge that has been discussed by philosophers such as emperisme, rationalism, intuition and revelation to note that all the sources of that knowledge to work in their respective areas. Qur'an as a book of instructions and guidelines on human life, of course covers a range of information that is scientific. Therefore, the Qur'an has a close relationship with science. Where the Qur'an provides the basics about science or the Qur’an laid the universality of science

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengenai Aktualisasi Dakwah Di Era Globalisasi Dalam Menegakkan Syariat Islam. Globalisasi komunikasi dan informasi membawa pengaruh yang cukup signifikan bagi masyarakat dunia termasuk umat Islam. Sebagai suatu kondisi yang sebenarnya juga merupakan hasil kreasi manusia, globalisasi membawa banyak kemudahan hidup tapi juga menyisakan tidak sedikit kegetiran hidup. Setidaknya ada tiga respon umat Islam terhadap globalisasi. Pertama, menolak sepenuhnya, lalu membangun komunitas eksklusif sendiri. Kedua, menerima tanpa selektifitas yang memadai. Ketiga, menapis, memilah dan memilih pengaruh globalisasi yang positif.Menghadapi tantangan yang demikian berat ini, kerja dakwah jelas dan harus terus dikembangkan dan dimodifikasi. Umat Islam harus terus mengupayakan agar infromasi mengenai agama Islam bisa diakses oleh sebanyak mungkin masyarakat. Hal ini bisa dengan syarat umat Islam dapat menguasai dan mengembangkan informasi yang efektif. Kalau tidak, dakwah hanya tinggal sekedar rutinitas religius yang stagnan. Kemasan pesan, metode dakwah yang variatif, pengelolaan data obyek dakwah yang akurat, sinergi positif semua pekerja dakwah harus dinyatakan dalam bentuk aksi yang terkoordinir, terpadu dan sistematis. Tidak sekedar retorika yang utopis. Sebagai sebuah panggilan agama, dakwah juga harus terus ditafsirkan secara lebih terbuka. Prinsip ajakan kepada kebaikan dalam persfektif agama menjadi titik berangkatnya. Ini penting agar dakwah bisa lebih meluas. Tidak hanya dalam lingkup perbincangan agama dalam maknanya yang sempit.Kesadaran akan posisi umat Islam di tengah globalisasi kini, diharapkan bisa mendorong umat Islam untuk terus berbenah diri. Kesadaran itu bisa dipacu lewat kerja dakwah yang intensif dan komprehensif. Harapan dari adanya aktualisasi dakwah yang terus dikembangkan ialah terciptanya masyarakat islami. Masyarakat yang mempunyai kesadaran keagamaan (religious consciousness) yang mantap. Kesadaran keagamaan seperti ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk merajut kembali komitmen keilahian, kemanusiaan dan keumatan, serta membangun kembali fondasi moralitas yang semakin pudar. Dengan demikian, khaira ummat, ummatan wasathan, umat yang bisa menjadi saksi kebaikan-kebaikan, bisa direalisasikan. Insya Allah.

Abstract

On the stage of history, propagation of the Prophet is divided into two periodisations namely the period of Mecca and Medina. Both of these periods have their own character and strategy, this can be seen from the extent to which the results achieved by the Prophet in the period of Mecca and Medina. Historians give categorization that Prophet's propagation in Mecca is characterized by aqidah planting mission to the ummah, while in Madinah it is more inclined towards social and legal development. In Medina, the Prophet Muhammad. Continue broadcasting Islam to the inhabitants of the unbelieving Madinah. He invited the Jews and Christians to believe in him. Some of them were converts to Islam, but most of them held their religion firmly.

Abstract

Growing climate of democracy in Indonesia since the reform era has opened up opportunities for the various political parties to evolve. Political practice in Indonesia alone has grown so rapidly with applications utilizing various management disciplines such as marketing. Examples of the most obvious application of marketing in Indonesia is positioning in political campaigns. Given the diversity of the people of Indonesia, the positioning of a candidate or a political party should be done differently for each different segments of society. Relationship marketing and the media is very urgent, because the mass media is the type of media addressed to a number of audiences dispersed, heterogeneous and anonymous so that the same message can be received simultaneously and immediately.

Abstract

Today the advancement of information and communication technology has brought an enormous impact in many aspects of life, especially the business sector. One of the new concepts on offer is an e-business or electronic business. This business model emphasizes the exchange of information and business transactions are paperless, through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), e-mail, electronic bulletin boards, electronic fund transfers, and other network-based technology. E-business information system is a device, method, or business methods that utilize technology hardware, software, network, and brainware to interact, transact, and run a variety of business activities across the organization without being limited by time and place. Implementation of e-business information systems have become an important component for organizations to achieve business success nationally and globally. Indonesia considered to be a potential state with the development of e-business or e-commerce the fastest. Nonetheless, the opportunities offered by e-business has not been fully utilized by business organizations.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the role of da'wah management in religious activities in the Islamic Community section in the office of the Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. Then presents 2 sub-problems, namely religious activities carried out in the Islamic Community section in the office of the Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency and the efforts of the Islamic Bimas section in organizing religious activities in the office of the Ministry of Religion of Gowa Regency. The results of this study indicate that religious activities carried out in the Islamic Community Guidance Section in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Gowa Regency are: 1) Counseling of Instructors and Executives, 2) Guidance of Mosque 3) Development of Sakinah Families 4) Development of Endowments Zakat. In arranging religious activities in the Islamic Community Guidance Section has implemented Da'wah management functions, among others: Takhthit (missionary planning), Tanzhim (organizing), Tawjih (movement / implementation), Riqabah (control), and evaluation.

Abstract

In Post New Order era, religous based radicalism are  increasingly strong in Indonesia, therefore, discussing Gus Dur’s thought on the issue of pluralism becomes relevant today. The study aims to explore the Gus Dur’s thought in defining pluralism. The method of writing was done by using a qualitative aproach and the analysis model was descriptive analysis. The existing data were collected by library research by reading the literatures related to Gus Dur’s thought. The result of this paper indicates that pluralism is an idea to celebrate the diversity in Indonesia because it is compatible with the teaching of Islam, Pancasila, and also Indonesian constitution. Pluralism does not mean that all religions are alike because every single religion has its own differences and uniqueness. Pluralism does not only talk about diversity itself but also how one actively gets involved within it. Finally this study proves that pluralism should be promoted to reduce the religious based radicalism nowadays.
