Abstract

Twitter is a social media that allows users to send and read messages called tweets (chirp), the tweets are text messages are limited to 140 characters displayed on the user profile page. Due to its extensive use and fast, becoming a social media to spread the ideas and thoughts concerning the political and social issues lately. Twitter now has developed also as a means of political campaigns and self-image, on political campaigns conducted by the political elite in social media is a form of political communication as a political activity. This study aims to (1) To determine how the image-building efforts Bakrie as candidates President on Twitter (2) to determine how student opinion of Communication Studies at the imaging Fisipol Unri Bakrie at Twitter.In this research authors used qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques based on observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were 8 people taken by purposive technique. This study uses a model of image formation and Ardianto Soemirat, by using a technique that checks the validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate Bakrie use Twitter as a medium of spreading information on the activities done during January and February 2014. Bakrie regularly informed about the activities themselves in activities visit and provide assistance to flood victims in Jakarta also social events and roadshow in a number of cities in Indonesia. Through tweets related to flooding in Jakarta and roadshow, it appears that the Bakrie seeks to provide information about the activities and concerns. Bakrie tweets activity seeks to build its image, Bakrie tried to explain to the audience that he was concerned with the victims of the floods that hit Jakarta, Bakrie wants to show that he took to the location to be able to directly provide assistance. Bakrie also held a number of roadshow events in several cities in Indonesia.Keyword : Image Development, Bakrie, Twitter

Abstract

Preventive interpreted as deliberate attempt that is made to prevent disturbance, damage, or loss to person or society. While preventive efforts the government of Rokan Hilir regency in handdle land and forest fires in the year 2012-2013 were: (1) Creating policy of opened forest and without burning (zero burning). (2) sosialization the prohibition of open forest and land without burning by making props, posters, banners, warning signs, and others. (3) building block channels in each region or district that are prone to forest and land fire. (4) Make map or location are as prone to forest and land fires. (5) making instutional or organizational Concerned Citizens Fire (CCF) from the district to the village level. (6) Public participation in preventing forest and land fire. (7) Following the companies and the people who do the burning of forests and land. Abstract

The presence of the punk community in Pekanbaru, have a perception of punk ideology itself and is influenced by the concept of self to form the character of members of the punk community. Those who joined the punk community will certainly have a perception of punk itself and influenced by the concept of self is formed. The formation of self-concept is due to the interaction of behavior and communication, both verbal and nonverbal. self-concept formed by the interaction and communication that affects a person behave and communicate. This study aims to determine the self-image, self-esteem and the factors that influence the formation of self-concept punk community in the city of Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research methods to conduct phenomenological approach. Subjects in this study amounted to 13 people. Data collection techniques are grouped through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This study uses a model of interactive data analysis Miles and Hubermen, by using a technique that checks the validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate that the self-image that they feel are positive, because they are not harmful and do not disturb others. Self-esteem is high enough punk community members look of self-satisfaction they feel as punkers, they are happy with what they choose. Until the factors that influence on the punk community members family, friends and environment. Conclusion positive self-image visible although they viewed negatively from the appearance and use of symbols inherent in themselves. Esteem of members of the punk community is quite high, although many are abusive, berate, insult but it is felt not affect them. Factors affecting ie, family, friends, and environments that make up the character of the members of the punk community.Kata Kunci : Self Concept, Self Image, Self Esteem, Punk Community

Abstract

The population in Pekan Baru has increased rapidly which cause of environment problem appear, namely the management of garbage. One of policies in solving trash problem is the regulation of environment Minister no 13 year 2012 on the implementation guidance of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle through garbage Bank. The garbage Bank is the method to build the system of garbage management to provide monetary punishment to the people who participate in sorting and collecting the garbage. The fact, garbage Bank is still any improvement yet to increase the citizen awareness in management of garbage. The purpose of this research is to know and to describe about implementation and the factors that influence and also obstructions on the garbage Bank program in Pekanbaru. This research used implementation theory in accordance with Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horm namely : (1)standard and target policy (2)resources (3)characteristics of implementation agency (4)implementation disposition (5)communication among organization(6) social area, economy environment and politics. This research used qualitative method. In collecting data, the researcher used observation, interview, and documentation technique. The purposive of sampling technique was used in choosing interviewees. Interviewees in this research were department head of BLH Pekan Baru , division head of controlling damage and environment recovery BLH Pekanbaru, Manager of garbage Bank Dallang Collection sub-district of Tenayan Raya and society. The research findings indicate that the implementation of regulation of Minister of environment No.13 year 2012 about guidance of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle through garbage Bank in Pekanbaru is not optimal yet, there are many problems are appeared such as lack of aware of society about garbage Bank program, lack of resources to be volunteer, coordination and communication not  effectively and social environment policy is not support  in implementing this policy. This things resulted the goal destination in implementation of policy has not reached totally. Key Word : Implementation of policy, Garbage, Garbage bank

Abstract

Career development is a process to increase individual skill in order to archive better career. And job satisfaction shows how far individual feels about the positive or negative of all factors and dimension from their task in their job. The purpose of this research is to understand career development, job satisfaction and examine the influence of career development to employee job satisfaction at the branch office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Pekanbaru.The methods used in this research is descriptif method and analytical quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a population of 68 people and the number of samples is 40 respondents. The data measured with Likert scale. And then the data is processes by using SPSS 17 program.The result of this study indicate that the influence of career development on employee job satisfaction at the branch office PT. Abstract

Drainage is a series of buildings that serve water that serves to reduce or remove excess water from an area or land, so that the land can function optimally. In accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 2014 on the Implementation of the urban drainage system, which so far has not laid out well because there are many areas that are flooded when it rained. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine how the arrangement of drainage management in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya and what factors are inhibiting the development of the current drainage.In explaining the arrangement of infrastructure management in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya, researchers using the theory of G.R. Terry covering planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring. The researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews, observation, literature (collection of documents).The results showed that the arrangement of drainage management from planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring is well defined. Already there are policies that govern the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision were already performing well, but there are several factors that inhibit the development of drainage, so there are still areas that are still flooded when it rains.Key Words : Management, Drainage, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya

Abstract

Indonesian government step in addressing issues of educational equity, namely the launching of 9-Year Compulsory Education Program set forth in Government Regulation No. 47 of 2008 on compulsory education. One of the problems facing the city of Pekanbaru in 2012 in the field of education that is not maximal implementation of the 9-year compulsory education program. Therefore the Government Pekanbaru required to pay attention to children of school age is 7-15 years to follow the 9-year compulsory education program. The main problem that often arises in the success of compulsory nine-year program is to ensure that children who have graduated from primary school to continue their education through programs to level junior or package B. All school-age children can menyenyam education if the educational facilities available. This condition cannot be separated from Pekanbaru city government in facilitating the participation of educational facilities.This study aims to determine the Implementation of Compulsory 9 Year In pekanbaru In 2012 and examine the factors that affect the implementation of 9-year compulsory education program in Pekanbaru In the Year 2012.From the results of research and analysis concluded that the implementation of the 9-year compulsory education program can be seen from each of the indicators of the study variables namely: 1 standards and targets. 2. Abstract

Problems in the research is PT. Bima NAV Pratama family karaoke is one of the many karaoke place families in Soweto. Although more and more competitors are emerging, but the presence of PT. Bima NAV Pratama is still very attractive and welcomed in the community – pekanbaru. However, notwithstanding the number of pengnjungan has decreased, it became one of the reasons the author to do some research on PT Bima Pratama NAV as a focus of research. The higher the level of competition among peers and to the increasingly influential customer loyalty towards the entertainment venues. In this case the company should be more meticulous attention to the needs, wants and expectations of consumers, with the ability to fulfill the wishes and expectations of consumers and hopes the company itself is consumers will have loyalty and continued to do so purchase repeatedly and will not be moved to another place.As for the purpose of research is to know the execution of relational marketing at PT. Bima Nav Pratama Pekanbaru. Results of the study concluded that of the score obtained from the results of the recapitulation is in the range of 3690-4559 by category either. This indicates that commitment, empathy, reciprocity and trust given by PT Bima NAV Pratama Soweto as a karaoke service penjuala, as a whole is considered good by the respondent. It means work done by companies already applied, it's just a good effort still needed to be longer for menjali relationship with customers in order to continue to run well, so that the company's cooperation with customers relations continue within the long term.Keyword: Relational Marketing, Customer, Competitor

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of International Labour Organization (ILO) against child labour in Brazil in 2008-2013. ILO is one of the organizations which regulate the labour standards in order to work properly. On the other it also ILO also plays an active role in against child labor. Child labor is one of the social problems which can disrupt the child's mental development and physical development of children. Not only that, children should still be in school but are employed by family economic reasons as well as the poverty that effect their family. The results of this research indicate that the role of the ILO in against child labour in Brazil has shown results. Some roles are made by the ILO through the IPEC program like Social Dialogue protect children from hazardous work in the agricultural sector. ILO-IPEC is also working with the Brazilian government in against child labour as a result of poverty, namely Bolsa Familia Program and provide benefits to poor families in Brazil. Training (FST) Fundamental Sales Training should be of particular concern for the companyas HR in a company is one of the very important role to achieve success and goals of thecompany and therefore the employee first trained to be able to know the advantages anddisadvantages of the employee so that the employee can fix it before working to improvehuman resources better for the company training program (FST) Fundamental Sales Traininghas a significant impact on employee performance of marketing that will increase employee.This study aims to determine the effect of the program (FST) fundamental salestraining on employee performance of marketing PT.AGUNG Automall Sutomo pekanbarubranch.
