The purpose of this study was to determine how a small business coachingSongket Weaving craft carried out by the Department of Industry and TradePekanbaru City and to determine what factors are an obstacle in the development ofsmall businesses Songket weaving handicrafts made by the Department of Industryand Trade Pekanbaru. The methodology of this research consists of the researchsites, informants research, types and sources of data, engineering data collection,and data analysis. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptiveanalysis method which gives a clear picture in detail based on the data that wascollected in the field through the interviews were then drawn a conclusion. Thesurvey results revealed that small business coaching Songket Weaving craft is notmaximized due to lack of funding from the government budget, the limited number ofextension staff (functional) in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru,conducive business climate is not maximized, the limited of infrastructure, humanresources limited, access to marketing, mastery of technology and a lack ofpromotion of the government.Keywords: Coaching, Small Business, Craft , Songket Weaving

Trans Metro is one of transportation product which has created by Trans Metro Pekanbaru due to provide transportation at Pekanbaru city. Custumer able to use this transportation service for making their activities easily. At this time, Trans Metro Pekanbaru in giving the services has not properly with customers need. These sign in complain from customer.This study is analysis the transportation services in Trans Metro Pekanbaru due to know the problems from those services.The method that will be used in this study is researcher do the analysis descriptive qualitative with the purpose is getting the comphrehensive result and detail based on interview result with people and direct observation wit analysis transportation services at Trans Metro Pekanbaru.Based on study due to public services at system transportation general of Trans Metro Pekanbaru is using 5 dimension are tangible, reability, responsiviness, assurance, and empathy. The transportation services at trans Metro Pekanbaru already gived the maximum quality, even it still has a few non optimal fot the quality . From the study result known that the problems in transportation services of Trans Metro Pekanbaru are limitation of human resources, low acomodation aand minim the budget.Keyword : Services, Public, Mass Transit Systems

This research is a qualitative research by conducting literature review and compiling data from books, journal and the website. The influx of Tiongkok electronic products in Indonesia give many influence to the internal condition of Indonesia.The entry of Tiongkok electronic products in Indonesia is officially since 2010. Where from legitimate and enactment of ACFTA , free trade throughout Southeast Asian countries and China established . ACFTA is an agreement between China and Southeast Asian countries to make free trade . Abstract: The Implementation of Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Transportation in the City of Pekanbaru (Case Study: Smooth and Traffic Safety). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Law No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Road Transport in Pekanbaru City and the factors that influence it.The concept of the theory that the researchers use a policy and policy implementation. This study uses qualitative research methods to study descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation, literature study, and documentation. By using the snowball sampling technique as informants selection techniques and triangulation techniques as a source of testing the validity of the data.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Law No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Road Transport in the field of safety and smooth traffic has been organized as well as possible by the Department of Communication and Information and Pekanbaru Police Traffic Unit, but the existence of complicated procedures and length and lack of traction officers provide sanctions for violators of traffic, and the presence of officers who violated procedures or offenders who mberusaha avoid sanctions, making the results less than the maximum expected. In addition, the lack of community participation to maintain the facilities, traffic infrastructure or assist in monitoring the traffic and the high order ego motorists in traffic also resulted in maximal implementation LLAJ Act.Keywords: Policy, Implementation, Traffic and Transportation (LLAJ)

Musrenbang Senapelan Subdistrict is a form of consultative forums or negotiations among stakeholders in a sub-district to discuss and agree on the steps of handling program priority activities listed in the proposed plans for village development activities / village which is integrated with the development priorities of the district / city in the Subdistrict Senapelan. However, sebaimana known, that of every usula development proposed by the community to the government, not all where it can be realized. There is a proposal that should be considered to be realized in the current fiscal year, or be made a priority paa years to come. As the proposal Musrenbang in 2012, of eleven priority proposals, only 4 proposals that can be realized in Senapelan Subdistrict, the city of Pekanbaru.The theory used in this study is the effectiveness of the plan according to Nugroho and Wrihatmolo, who explained that in preparing a plan, there are four things that must be considered, namely the systematic, integrated, Transparency, and Accountability. This study uses qualitative research methods, and assessment data used is data triangulation technique. Where in collecting the data, the authors conducted interviews and observations in the field related to Musrenbang Senapelan District.The results of this study indicate that in the process of planning, has been conducted in accordance with applicable SOP’s Musrenbang Subdistrict, and factors that affect effectiveness of Musrenbang Senapelan Subdistrict include the community, clarity of objectives, indicators of program development, human resource competencies, and budget planning .Keywords: Effectivivness, Planning, Musrenbang

Circulation of canned food products that are not suitable with the applicable provisions is still a problem for the city of Pekanbaru. This study was conducted to determine Monitoring that do carried out by Balai Besar Pengawas Obat and Makanan on the circulation of canned food products in Pekanbaru. By looking at surveillance BBPOM Pekanbaru to distribution facilities that sell canned food products in Pekanbaru.Research conducted using qualitative method with kind of descriptive research. This study used a control theory Manullang with standard assign, conducting evaluate and conducting corrective action. In this study conducted technique is observation, interviews and documentation by using the technique of analysis.These results indicate that controlling of food products (canned food) by BBPOM in Pekanbaru is still not going well due to the lack of guidance to enterpreneur and public, the legal sanctions are not yet firmly, still inadequate number of employees and number of operational vehicles, as well as the lack of public participation in monitoring the circulation of canned food products in Pekanbaru. Therefore, in order to optimize controlling of food products (canned food) by BBPOM in Pekanbaru is necessary to improve guidance to enterpreneur and public, providing legal sanctions firmly, and increasing the number of employees and operational vehicles BBPOM Pekanbaru.Keywords: Control, Distribution Facilities, BBPOM

The purpose of this research is to find out how motivation and classification society not to use voting rights in the legislative elections of 2009 and the classification society in the village Simpang Baru Tampan District Pekanbaru City. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The sampling method used was Proportional Random Sampling method. Furthermore a number of 42 respondents. How to use the method of data collection the questionnaire, interview and documentation, for the processing of data using quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research community following abstentions much that for reasons technical factors, technical factors, political factors, political and Ideological factors. In general such factors in the crisis of confidence in the party, don't believe legislative elections will bring changes, confused choosing too many run in the legislature, as a protest because the implementation of legislative elections in fair value is not valid, the legislative elections there will be no correlations (relationships) against the interests of the voters and did not know the legislative candidates. People have no confidence again with the members of the legislature said they were representatives of the people but in fact they are not thinking of people's conditions. This research concluded that must perform and strive to select infrastructure back as ease of administration, the massive socialization, revamping legislative Member candidacy and quantity are more concerned with the quality of the background, the experience and the most basic of appropriate personnel. Advice on problems that Researchers attributed to technical factors or Administration needed roles and maximum synergy with the work of organizing other elections such as BPS, Bapecapil. Police, Head, Head, RT and RW. Perform socialization to society about the election. Factors underlying the political determination to reorganize it to restructure Indonesia's politics is a political device or all political contestants and most importantly improving the system that set it up for the good politics in this country of Indonesia according to expectations.Keywords: Motivation, Voters and Abstentions
