Abstract

In an economy that has been advanced, the manufacturers do not sell their products directly to the end user. Many options can be used to distribute goods and also to the buyer. A company may distribute goods directly to consumers though is quite large, while other companies distribute their products through intermediaries. And not a few companies that use some combination of distribution channels to reach different market segments .A competition for the company can be an opportunity to develop the company's business and can be a threat to the company. Therefore, the management company is required to always be responsive in adapting to environmental changes that continue to occur and have an influence on economic enterprise. The company should have a strategy to excel in the market. This research was conducted at PT. Prima Sejahtera Barelang Pekanbaru located at HR.Soebrantas No. 89. Abstract

RPK Siak is now more often used as an entertainment media, even though the radio also serves as a medium of information and educative. Furthermore, about the growing opinion in the midst of society such as moving the radio frequency when broadcasting news, news conveyed in the capture of newspaper / newspaper published on that day, the broadcasters are less well able to read the news, or news which aired more many national news than local news. This study aims to determine how public opinion on the news program in RPK Siak, and to investigate the factors that influence the inhibiting and supporting programs in RPK Siak newscast.The study uses descriptive qualitative method of data collection techniques of observation, interviews (interviews) and documentation. The informants in this study is a community located in Siak and also the staff RPK Siak using purposive sampling technique to check the validity of the data, the authors use the extension of participation and triangulation techniques ..The results of this study indicate first, the formation of public opinion is due to cultural background, past experience, espoused values, and issues emerging through the process of formation of understanding, feelings, behavior and become the same konsesnus forming opinions such public radio news from the news content (up to date news delivered or not), and how the delivery of the news itself (announcer). Second, the factors inhibiting and supporters. Factors supporting mempengruhi news broadcasts programs in RPK Siak is with public facilities and infrastructure available. While it is a factor inhibitors, the news is often too late, more national news, and broadcaster RPK should be improved skills.Keyword : Public Opinion, News Program, Public Radio

Abstract

This research wish to see progress of remarkable potency which owned by Countryside of Koto Mosque to acceleration of development of area of[is effort fishery of pool and also make area of Minapolitan Provinsi Riau se as inwrought self-supporting Countryside. The countrysides really will be developed by as a countryside which go forward, self-supporting and its secure and prosperous people, so that can be made by example of to the other countryside in Provinsi Riau. Therefore all my me of importance ( holder stake ) relevant and related/relevant of development in the countryside obliged to take role inwroughtly and bersinergi, so that the countryside can really go forward, self-supporting and its secure and prosperous people. Concept this is such in fact with system innovate area to realize aspiration decentralize and area autonomy, and also countryside autonomy. Problem of becoming background execution of development of fish potency production had by Countryside of Koto Mosque. This research represent research qualitative, hence data collecting technique at this research is descriptive analysis. This research use kuesioner, documentation ( interview and observasi ) with informan key as information object in this research. Data type which is used in this research is primary data and of sekunder obtained through direct interview and observation with informan key, and also propagated kuesioner to responder at this research. Pursuant to result of conducted analysis to data- research data utilize to express and answer question at research related to execution of program development of pool fish production in Countryside of Koto Mosque, hence can be taken by conclusion that Countryside of Koto Mosque one of them most dominant potency is fish conducting potency which have been developed by society. .Key words : Development of pool in Koto Mosque, Program, observation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how foreign policy of the United States against terrorist group al-qaeda in the reign of barack obama. in the 21st century, after the cold war, the threat of American countries not only come from the threat of the state, but it can be done by a terrorist group. 9/11 tragedy caused by terrorist group Al-qaeda has brought America into a country at the forefront to fight against the Al-qaeda. after 9/11, the United States changed the focus of foreign policy into a security policy. at that time, America was led by George W. Bush. many controversial policies that under criticism world. such policies to the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq.in 2009, George Bush was replaced by Barack Obama, who led the United States. Barack Obama is known as a leader in contrast to earlier, it is evident from some of the policies of Bush and Obama are clashing. such as disagreements over Muslim countries.This research theoretically has built with realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by foreign policytheories, and also the concept of non-traditional security. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library.Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that foreign policy of the United States against terrorist group al-qaeda in the reign of barack obamacontinuing the policies the previous president, namely contraterrorism. Abstract

This research explains about how the UNAIDS role in handling HIV/AIDS in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe is one of the poor country that have bad health issue. The issue of HIV/AIDS has become a problem in Zimbabwe. HIV/AIDS is a matter that attract attention in zimbabwe which can be seen from the high number of patients. Zimbabwe is also known for high poverty rates which causes higher mortality rates because of HIV/AIDS. The high HIV/AIDS mortality rates is caused by the inability to buy drugs. therefore, as the organization responsible for the problem of HIV/AIDS in the world, UNAIDS entered as foundation that give grant funds and health programs in Zimbabwe.This research theoretically has built with Pluralism perspectives on International Relations and supported by International Organization theories, and also the Role theories. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library.Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis which reveals the fact that role of UNAIDS as in the form of education, treatment, care, and support for patients in Zimbabwe. UNAIDS makes programs such as ABC (Abstain, Be Faithful, and Use Condom), harm reduction and PMTCT (Preventing Mother To Child transmition). The program has been spearheaded by all stakeholders that includes public and private sectors, NGOs, formal and informal institutions and intergovernmental organizations. Abstract

Successfulness of Jokowi in getting the first place in Indonesia is the turning point of his efforts in taking the public sympathy. Jokowi gets famous since the eSeMKa’s car and still gets mass media attention which is slowly make a good image for himself and finally nominated as one of president candidate. In the campaign period, Jawa Pos as the biggest mass media networks in Indonesia makes the Presidential Election 2014 as the media agenda by adding rubric about Presidential Election 2014. The aim from this research is to know the text structure of Jokowi’s campaign news as the presidential candidate in Jawa Pos Daily News and to know the journalist’s cognition and the reader’s cognition.This research is using the qualitative method with data collecting technique are documentation, book study and interview. Subjects of this research are the journalists and the chief editor of Jawa Pos Daily News. While the objects of this research are Jawa Pos’s news in the Presidential campaign 2014 during Juni-July with 10 news as the analysis unit. Data is analyzed by using peripheral analyse discourse with analysis model told by Van Dijk.Result of this research shows that (1) Presidential campaign 2014 news seen by the text structure shows the siding to Jokowi. This can be seen from the semantics and syntax element. (2)Cognition analysis of Jawa Pos’s journalist in Presidential Election campaign clearly shows uppermost percentage of a Jokowi-JK’s appearance. This can be seen from the syntax and stylistic element. There are too much the using of language style which can make Jokowi seen better than Prabowo. (3) Cognition analysis of Jawa Pos’s readers in Presidential Election 2014 news is not maximum yet in reporting the campaign because of some aspects. Abstract

This research will discuss the interest of maintaining Colombia's the Island of San Andres Nicaragua claim after an international court of Justice decision in 2012. Dispute Nicaraguan territory won by getting the right area of 200 nautical miles as the state beach. To maintain the islands of San Andreas Colombia rejected the international court's decision.Perspective used in this research is Neorealist. This research uses the theory of conflict by K.J Holsti. Based on this theory conflicts caused conflict in achieving a particular goal, such as territorial defense, security, natural resources in order to maintain or achieve a particular goal. Conflicts also include diplomatic actions and propaganda struggle and threats.Colombia has economic and political interests in the islands of San Andreas. From the political aspect of these islands is the border region that is leading the island state security. Islands San Andreas also has potential in the field of marine economy, and tourism. Abstract

The unitary Republic of Indonesia is responsible to protect all the people of Indonesia and the country of Indonesia with the aim to provide protection to the lives and livelihoods, including the protection of the disaster, Siak Regency is a regency in Riau Province where several sub-district is on the edge outskirts Siak River , which allows the occurrence of disasters, floods and forest fires, floods that hit most of the sub-district in Siak, one of them in the study of floods that occurred at Sungai Mandau District in 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy undertaken by the Regional Government of Siak (Regional Disaster Management Agency, Social Services, Public Health Service) in flood disaster management at Sungai Mandau District 2013. While the method used is qualitative research method, wherein the method This indicates to the research procedures that produce descriptive data that phrase or note made in the form of interviews and documentation were then taken to a conclusion. Based on the research results, the strategy undertaken by the Regional Government of Siak (Regional Disaster Management Agency, Social Services, and the Department of Health) is by way of cooperation, coordination, and communication. Then in this case there is one factor inhibiting the strategy can work well, among them the lack of planning, lack of facilities or transportation, lack of public awareness so that strategies do not yet well established. Siak government in disaster management, which occurred at Sungai Mandau District has not run well in this case because of the Government of Siak not perform the functions of coordination and management of the government as well.Keywords: Cooperation, Coordination, Communication.

Abstract

Most of university liberate their students to dress in the collage. Of course with the applicable rules. But along with times many changes happened in dress. We can found a lot of trends that look unusual and eccentric. On the other hand, Fashion magazine looks more incentives to providing the latest fashion trends. Each magazine provides its own fashion style according to the age category in that magazine. And the GoGirl! magazines, included in the category of magazines that read by the students. This is what eventually became the purpose of the study, researchers wanted to determine whether there is influence of fashion rubric GoGirl! magazine to imitate the behavior of a fashion trend among the student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.The method used in this research was quantitative method with explanatory survey, researchers collected data using questionnaires. The location of this research was in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. The number of samples for this researchers were 229 respondents, sampling using stratified random sampling technique. To determine how much influence these two variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. As for the questionnaire data processing, performed using Statistics Program Product Of Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20 windows.The results of this study indicated that the influence of fashion rubric GoGirl! magazine to imitate the behavior of a fashion trend among the student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau, regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 3.617 + 0344 X with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than α = 0.05. This suggests there is influence of fashion rubric GoGirl! magazines to imitate the behavior of the fashion trend of 41% with moderate category, meaning that mimics the behavior of the fashion trend of the fashion magazine section GoGirl! Pretty much. This is because women still find references benyak fashion of serving a variety of fashion magazines. Abstract

This Research describes that the economic impact of Indonesian batik trade exports to the United States in 2010-2014. This study will look at how far the export activities can affect economic relations for Indonesia and the United States. This study also tried to analyze the impact of the export trade of batik Indonesia in terms of the economic aspects. Researher are keen to discuss the economic impact of Indonesian batik trade export to the United States in 2010-2014 to see how far the export activities can affect economic relations for Indonesia and the United States.This research uses qualitative-analysis method. The datas were obtained from internet, journals, and books. Then, they were collected, summarized and analyzed based on the social research method. This research uses export theory and international cooperation theory. In this research, writers uses theories that support this research appropriate with economic-politic studies.This research explores the issue of economic impacts of Indonesian batik trade exports to the United States in 2010-2014, is to see how far the Indonesian batik exports to the United States is able to influence the foreign exchange Indonesia. Economic impact of Indonesian batik exports to the United States is increase foreign exchange for Indonesia.Key Words: Export, Trade, Indonesian Batik, United States, Economic Aspects.
