Abstract

Social group is a collection of people who have a common awareness and membership will interact with each other. Social group or entity in the form of a set of people who live together, because of the relationship between them. The other concerns the relationship between the reciprocal relationship of mutual influence and also an awareness to help each other. Social groups can be formed by various groups, including social groups among students. The purpose of this study is (1) to explain the emergence of social groups on the student, (2) to explain the process of formation of social groups on students. Students are teenagers aged 15 to 19 years, which at that age is a time for someone to show his identity by showing works on attitude. The method used qualitative and researchers take sampling using the snowball method and researchers gain of respondents were 52 students who form a social group. Types of groups that exist in schools varied, depending on the differences between students who are in school, there are based on a common vision, recreational interests, and in support of access such as vehicles, communication devices including mobile phones and smartphones and facilities including textbooks, sports fields, sports equipment and art tools. Factors common vision, recreational interests, and in support of access is an important factor in the formation of the group.Keywords: Social Group, Students

Abstract

Basically, every human being needs a service that could not be separated from eachindividual. The desire to get a good service is not only limited to rich or poor, young or old.All people want to get the best service. This is the basic reason of society at Koto KamparHulu District to do development. Society feel the services that was provided by the previousdistricts were no longer able to provide services as the society hope such as responsivenessto the needs of society. Too wide scope of work areas create district officials have been slowto respond the wishes of society who came to the district to do a variety of purposes. Most ofthem feel ignore due to long waiting queues but their problem could not be resolved quicklyby district officials. Therefore, by several communities societies who are now incorporated atKoto Kampar Hulu District who want to apply the proposal to do district development withhope the service in this area will be better after this developement are done.Then, the basic problem on this thesis is how the effect of district development toeffectiveness of public services at Koto Kampar Hulu District Kampar with the aim todetermine there are any influence of district development on the effectiveness of services, todetermine how much influence the district development of public services at Koto KamparHulu District Office, as well as to know how the influence of district development to publicservices at Koto Kampar Hulu District.The research found that there is a positive and significant effect betwen district developmentwith the effectiveness of public services at Koto Kampar Hulu District. It could be seen fromthe results obtained by calculating the correlation coefficient r count equal to 0.603 whichmeans that there is a relationship between the variable district development (X) with variableeffectiveness of public services (Y), and the degree of relationship is strong. Based ondetermination calculation, there is known that the influence of the district developement ofthe effectiveness of public services amounted to 60.3%. The Effect of district development toeffectiveness of public services is positive that can be tested by the formula Y = 511.49 +4,25X. This means that if the value of the variable X (district developement) increased by oneunit, then the value of the variable Y (the effectiveness of public services) will increase aswell.Keywords: District Developement, Services, and Influence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Swisscontact (SC) in the development of the tourism industry on the island of Flores Flores Island in 2010-2013. Swisscontact is one of the non-governmental organization that helps developing countries. One of Swisscontact program is to develop the tourism industry in partner countries. The tourism industry is a social phenomenon, cultural and economic mobility needs of society to the country or place outside their environment for personal or business / professional. Thus, tourism has implications on the economy, the natural environment, local residents and tourists in the destination itself. Currently, the tourism industry became one of the most important economic sector for many countries, especially in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the role of Swisscontact in the tourism industry on the island of Flores has shown results. Some roles are created by Swisscontact is through promotional programs to increase tourist visits. Swisscontact also conduct training of human resources and develop the private sector on the island of Flores were entered into the program WiSATA. Abstract

Discipline is the function of human resource management is paramount and the realization of the key goals for without discipline both difficult to achieve maximum goals. Sources success of a company in producing high performance workforce is qualified and have adequate working effectiveness. As for which is included into the discipline of work in this research is punctuality, obedience to the rules, and the ability to maintain office equipment.Performance is the result of the work accomplished by someone the job requirements. The results of the quality and quantity of performance achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. The factors that affect the performance is the ability and motivation.PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru branch is one of the services company engaged in shipping services. The operational part is the most important part of the company, in which the operational part directly interact with consumers in serving service delivery, and in the operational part is required of employees who have the ability and high motivation for the sake of undergo work and meet its targets.Based on the analysis of this study showed that there is a strong influence between disciplines working with employee performance of the operations of PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru branch. It can be seen from the analysis of known data from the t (13.637)> t table (1.997) and Sig (0,000) <0.05. Then the hypothesis is no influence on the performance of the employees work discipline is acceptable.Keyword: Discipline Work, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine about is the role of Greenpeace towards the conservation of graywhale in South korean. Greenpeace is non-governmental organization that handels the environment case like the hunt of graywhale, sea, energy, forest and chemical disposalIn this research, the writer uses methode of qualitative and quantitative research. This research describes international organization that has function to make campaign of revolution movement to solve the extinction threat of graywhaleIn this research, the problem is about the role of Greenpeace towards the conservation of graywhale which the hunt of whale especially graywhale whose population gets more crisis. Abstract

Tumang Village is one of village in subdistrict Siak, Siak regency. In administration, the village is included in subdistrict Siak region. But ironically, people who have been long livead an remained there not recognized property rights over their land. Community rights as a citizen plagued by the company PT. Seraya Suumber Lestari because the company has permission obbtained from the foresty minister namely foresty ministerial decree number SK.22/MENHUT-II/2007.The research problem are what the cause of agrarian conflict in Tumang Villages? And what the government efforts Siak regency in dealing agrarian conflict. The purpose of this research is to know what the cause of agrarian conflict in Tumang Villages and to know what the government efforts Siak regency in dealing agrarian conflict.The location of this research is in The Tumang Village. The method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interview. Concucted to determine how conflict can occur and how did the conflict resolution. Literature study is a way of collecting data.Based on the research result conflict in The Tumang Village is starting from the company license (IUPHHK-HTI) given by minister of forestry. The expenditur procces without involving public. So that people demand their rights az citizen of Indonesia. This is one of the causes conflict. Furthermore, the efforts made by government Siak iis acceptance of complaints, research, prevention of mutation, mediation, discussion and through courts. However, all efforts have not done well. So get less than optimal result.Key word: handling, agrarian, agrarian conflict.

Abstract

This research will be done at the end of 2014 with the aim to know how life style members Auto Community, which is in Pekanbaru and to know what these factors that affect life style and how to spare time members use Auto Community, which is in Pekanbaru. Auto Club is a community social groups in the form that his members are not only to communicate but also interact. There is a process interaction in-depth in this group among the members that one and the other. Life style members Auto Club is generally well-known becomes hedonist. They were too materials to glorify the beauty, one of which is owned car.To find out the result, the authors use technical research data collection with observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research will be done in Pekanbaru Diponegoro Street condition will be taken as many as 1 club, namely TKCI Auto Club with the number of members as many as 40 people. I made 23 people from members TKCI as research respondents or samples.Results of these studies indicate that there had been on the member Auto Community Indonesia-Pekanbaru, Specific Toyota Kijang Club of Indonesia's influence ekstren Pekanbaru because of the influence of the environment and the media and added with a state financial The management that support them. spare time most of them using time to come together with their friends, but some of them there are some who spent time to spare to play games online and some of those seeking additional work as well as gardening or success and others.Result of this research is expected to be able to provide a clearer picture common to all parties that need information about life style members Auto Community Indonesia in Pekanbaru.Key words : Life style, Auto Community, the consumption, spare time

Abstract

Organizational culture is a belief and values that become the main philosophy adhered to by members of the organization to make the employees loyal and willing to work in a run or operational activities of the organization. Organizational commitment is an attitude that reflects the extent to which an individual knows and bound to the organization. An individual who has a strong commitment is likely to see himself as a true member of the organization. The purpose of this study is to understand the organizational culture, organizational commitment and examine the relationship of organizational culture and organizational commitment at The Branch Office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),Tbk Pekanbaru The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used are quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used is the census method with a population equal to the number of respondents that amounted to 68 respondents. The data measured with Likert scale. And then the data is processes by using Spearman Rank Correlation formula.The results of this study indicate that the relationship of organizational culture on organizational commitment at The Branch Office PT. Abstract

More than 100 million animals every year suffer and die by fierce chemical test, medical, food, and cosmetic by giving poisonous, blinding and killing million animals every year for irresponsible companies. In medical world, all procedures that are done against the animals called animal testing.Animal testing happens in Indonesia against civet cat animal. The animal eats coffee fruit and digests it to be coffee fruit seed that is put out with its feces. This seed that has unique taste and high price so that there is attraction for the coffee producers to produce civet cat’s coffee seed on a large scale.Hence, the problem is coffee producer method by doing animal testing against civet cat where the process can cause civet cat extinction. Therefore, PETA is one of environmental organization that tries to prevent animal testing method by focusing on main attention with the term of four areas.This research uses anilities descriptive method that explains a thing based on analyze and the data is collected and proved the truth. This research also uses deductive method that the conclusion is made general-specifically. The data collecting is literature study by collecting secondary data and it is based on librarian research like book, relevant journal, newspaper, and internet.Keywords: animal testing, civet cat, PETA

Abstract

The structur of the bus station cannot be separated from the management of bus station conducted by relevant institute. Bus station, if explained in the section no. 22 year 2009 about traffic and land transportation is a transport infrastructure for the purpose of bring the passenger, movement intra or inter modal transportation and to arrange the arrival and departure of the public and distribution of goods.The purpose of this research was to determine arrangement of bus station in the town of Teluk Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. And the other hand , to identity the factors that influenced the evaluation of arrangement of Bus Station in Teluk Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The concept of the theory the writer used is the concept of evaluation theory by William Dunn. This research is a qualitative in showed by using descriptive data. In this research, the writer used interview techniques, observation, and documentation, By used of Key informants as a source of information.The result showed that the evaluation of arrangement of Bus Station in Teluk Kuantan of Kuantan Singingi Regency was ineffective, inefficient , insufficient, and inresponsive.
