Abstract

Rapid technological developments in this time had impact on the occurrence of an efficient communication revolution. The development of communication technology makes the rise of new trends on the internet. Social networking media at this moment was very easier for users which using smartphones that can access internet services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and othersResearchers was interested to studying the effects of Instagram social media on the interest of photograph on Komunitas Fotografi Pekanbaru because there were found to an influence on the mass media to users. The purpose of this study was to know the Instagram influence with interest of photograph on each member of the Komunitas Fotografi Pekanbaru.The study method that was used in this study is a explanation quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The number of samples for this study was 51 respondents and using sensus techniques. To determine the influence of these two variables, the researchers will use a simple linear regression analysis. And for the process of calibration questionnaire test, was performed by using the program Statistics Product And Service Solutions (SPSS) version of Windows 16.Based on these results with indicators of variables Instagram such as hastag, geotag, follow, share, like, comment, mention and variable of interest in photograph such as concern or interest, activity image capture, and documenting act. It will be obtained by the regression coefficient in this study is Y = 1,012+ 0,807 X wich is significance level was 0.01 smaller than α = 0.05. Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, it means that there is the influence of social media Instagram variable to variable of interest in photograph with a contribution of 63.6% strong category. The percentage was explained that it have strong influence between Instagram social media and growing of interest in photograph at Komunitas Fotografi Pekanbaru.Keyword: Social Media, Instagram, Interest of Photograph

Abstract

Resty Menara Hotel is one of the 3 star hotel (***) in Pekanbaru and located Jl. Sisimangaraja no. 89 Pekanbaru. Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru do promotions make up one of the marketing mix. Implementation of the promotion is expected to add a positive image on Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Implementation of promotion at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru are advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public reation.In this research methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where the sample used is Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the Marketing Manager. To determine the sample using slovin test, sampling with accidental sampling method. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires.The analysis is a statistical analysis with SPSS version 20. The result of the calculation is the determination coefficient of 0.869. This means that the promotion of a positive significant effect on the image of the company amounted to 86.9%.Keywords: Promotion, Corporate Image, Advertaising

Abstract

In accordance with the design, namely Riau Privincial government in 2020 which makes Riau as malay cultural centers, hotels in Riau Province has begun implementing a nuanced hotel malaycultural.This study used a descriptivemethod is by using the 9 key informan. With techniques to collect date through interviews to key informan are selected according to the research that is done by snawball sampling where the authors interviewed key informan to obtain the desired information.From the results of research conducted in the field with the study of malay cultural nuances in the department of food and beverage service ibis pekanbaru using the application of the theory of cultural, namely : as a giver of beauty and pleasure, as an entertainment provider, as a symbolic sacrifice, as a communication tool. From the results of this study at the ibis pekanbaru already started implementing malay cultural nuances.Key words : Implementation, malay cultural nuances, Ibis Riau

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the implications of the global financial crisis on the coal industry in Indonesia. The financial crisis that hit in all countries affects the majority of companies and industries. This global crisis started from the existing housing credit crunch in the United States which caused by the foreign policy of United States which in the end it became a chain of events that is perceived by the various parties in various countries around the world. Indonesia as a coal producing countries also felt the impact of the global financial crisis.In this study the authors used data obtained from books, journals, articles, and websites of various media such as print and electronic media. The theory used in this study is the globalization theory.This paper shows a variety of negative impacts on the Indonesian coal industry caused by the global financial crisis. Where this research focuses on the implications of the global financial crisis on the Indonesian coal industry in 2008-2013. Indonesian coal industry experienced a downturn because of global crisis and its also affects the economy of Indonesia. Where the Indonesian economy began to decline in 2008.Key words: Coal Industry, Global Crisis, Foreign Policy, and Implications.

Abstract

Facility is very important for a tourist attraction, which is to fulfill the wishes of visitors so that visitors feel comfortable and happy while in the tourist attraction, so as to increase tourist arrivals in the tourist attraction. The reseacrh aims to determine the expansion of existing facilities The Hot Suaman Rokan Hulu Riau Province.This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 100 respondents, who were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. With sub-variables on tourism facilities (Spiliane, 1994) is divided into the main facilities, support facilities, and supporting facilities.From the results of research conducted in the field of research on the development of facilities in Hot Suaman Rokan Hulu Riau Province, with the theory of the development of facilities that is divided in three sub-variables, namely, the main facility, support facilities, and supporting facilities, it results in the field can namely Development of facilities in Hot Suaman Rokan Hulu Riau Province included in the category quite well.Keywords : Tourism Facilities, Attractions, Rokan Hulu

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga (RT) is a division of territory in Indonesia below Rukun Warga (RW). Rukun Tetangga is not including division of government administration, and the formation passes through the citizens meeting. It is formed for social service that fixed by Desa or Kelurahan. Rukun Tetangga is led by Ketua RT who chose by the citizens. An RT consists of a group of houses (head of family).Rukun Warga (RW) is a division of territory in Indonesia below Dusun or Lingkungan. Rukun Warga is not including division of government administration, and the formation passes through the citizens meeting. It is formed for social service that fixed by Desa or Kelurahan. An RW consist of some RT.Rukun Tetangga (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) are social organizations that established and built up of government to maintain and preserve the value of Indonesia social life based on work together and family principles and for helping increase the smoothness of government jobs, development and the sociality in the village and Kelurahan. Every RT consist of the most of 30 KK (Head of Family) for village and the most of 50 KK (Head of Family) for Kelurahan. The formation of RT and RW are based on Permendagri No. 7/1983.Kelurahan is a work territory of Lurah as area instrument of Kabupaten / Kotamadya / Kota administrasi below Kecamatan. Territory in the government structure at Pekanbaru, Kelurahan is the smallest organization unit and the nearest is social life. The meaning, the top of spear in carrying out the area self-sufficient at Pekanbaru is prearranged by the leader role of Lurahs.In cultivating of the institutions to achieve the social service satisfaction there are some factors that influence RT/RW jobs, and Social service Statisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Old Jondul Housing located in the Village District of Sari Rejo Tenayan Kingdom Pekanbaru is located not far from the former Localization Teleju the first disbanded by the government. Based on the report of the Social Service Pekanbaru City on March 22 s / d 5 April 2010 recorded approximately 412 people and 178 people pimp prostitutes in Localization Teleju Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effects of the presence of prostitution to the community around the area of prostitution and describe the role of reciprocity between prostitutes disguised with a boarding house owner PSK veiled settled. The theory used in this study is the structural-functional theory and the theory of the role. This study uses qualitative research methods deskripstif. Data collection techniques in this research is to use the method of direct observation in the Old Jondul housing located in District fifty Pekanbaru with snowball sampling technique. Researchers do this observation to obtain a complete and detailed data about people, time, place, situation and condition. Some things that were observed in this study, among others, about the circumstances of a boarding house of prostitution, and sex workers in residential veiled Old Jondul Pekanbaru. The results of this study indicate that their presence in the area of housing is very disturbing residents and cause bad impacts for residents Housing residents who until now could only surrender and submit this issue all the apparatus-related law enforcement. The function of the role of reciprocity between prostitutes disguised by the owner of the boarding house where prostitutes disguised settled. Where is this relationship raises a cooperative relationship between the prostitute and the owner Kost and between the two can be mutually beneficial and protect the space for prostitution that occurs. Abstract

This study describes and proves about motivation PT. Garuda Indonesia in cooperation with one of European football club namely Liverpool Football Club from 2012 to 2015. PT. Garuda Indonesia under the leadership of Emirsyah Satar.The perspective that used in this study is the neoliberal perspective. Robert McChesney (2001)said that neolibelarisme respects to very strong beliefs regarding the market's ability in uinge new technologies to solve social problems with a better result than the other alternatives. This study also uses globalization theory. This theory assumes that cross state boundaries as if no longer valid because their collaborations undertaken by countries.PT. Garuda Indonesia is an airline in Indonesia and a State Owned Enterprises who has aim in gaining economies country and help Indonesian properity. In efforts to become an international airline class that is recognized by the international community, Garuda Indonesia improves the flight quality and aviation safety. In its attempt to reach the European market, Garuda Indonesia is making and actuating cooperation with Liverpool Football Club from 2012 to 2015. Abstract

This study analyzes the formulation of Free Education Policy in Pelalawan at 2013. This research is used as a consideration object by the relevant agencies in formulating a policy, and located in Education Office, Regional Representatives Council (DPRD), and the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan district. This research used qualitative method such as descriptive analysis with relevant data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. In collecting the data the author used interview, observation, and documentation technique that called purposive sampling, with people who are experts and understand with phenomena that occur. This study shows that, the Free Education Policy Formulation in Pelalawan at 2013 consists of four steps, such as: the actors who involved, preferences of the actors of development policy, social base of the actors, and the resources of policy actors. The free education policy in the form of regent regulations No. 13 of 2013 concerning the delivery of free education. Keywords: Formulation, Free Education Policy, regent regulations
