Abstract

This research was conducted in Bangkinang City, and the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of word of mouth and customer community on buying decisions in Bangkinang City. The population in this study were all members of the community Yamaha Vixion Club (YVC) Bangkinang as many as 30 people. Samples were determined in this study are determined by census techniques, ie sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative method.The results showed a partial word of mouth significant influence on purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycle Vixion in Bangkinang City. While the customer community have a significant effect on purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycle Vixion in Bangkinang City.Simultaneously, this research shows that word of mouth and customer community is besama both significantly influence purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycle Vixion in Bangkinang City. R value of 0.890 means the closeness of the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables is very strong. Adjusted R Square value of 0.778, which means word of mouth (X1) and customer community (X2) significantly by 77.8% on purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycle Vixion in Bangkinang City, while the rest (100% - 77.8% = 22 , 2%) are influenced by factors - other factors.Keywords: Word of Mouth, Customer community, buying decision

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village yawning Mining District of Kampar regency. The aim of this study is to Know the procession shower balimau kasai according to custom in the village yawning Kampar District of Mine. This study, entitled "Public Perception Of Tradition In the village yawning Balimau Kasai Mining District of Kampar regency". Topics focus of this research is how the procession shower balimau kasai according to the tradition in the village yawning Kampar District of Mine. The informants are all citizens who live in the village of yawning. While the sampling is the purposive sampling. Where sampling is done because the researcher selects the entire population of the village community are all yawning. Samples taken as many as 5 people from the whole community that is in the location of the research, the author uses qualitative descriptive method and the data was analyzed qualitatively. Data instrument is observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed Privileged Balimau Kasai is a custom event containing sacred values are typical. Travelers who followed the event can watch Kampar and surrounding communities flocked to the riverbank (Sungai Kampar) to perform the ritual bath together. Before people throw themselves into the river, bathing ritual begins with a meal shared by the public often referred eat majamba Balimau Bakasai it is the designation for a ceremony welcoming the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan in a way drenched-Mandian that aims to purify ourselves from sin during this time we do since the release of Ramadan last year. However, the event which was originally used as purification changed the meaning of the scene find a mate and shower as a couple who are not unrelated. Balimau Kasai used as the last day before the day everything is forbidden on the next day. we as young people have to straighten this custom because it has smudged will disrepute.Keywords: Balimau kasai, Balimau Cultural Values kasai

Abstract

The transport system is an integral part of any regional infrastructure, both urban and rural areas, the developed countries or developing the transportation planning is closely related to economic and social policy broadly. A tool that is often used public transportation Pekanbaru city is public transportation, city buses and Bus Rapid Transit Trans Metro Pekanbaru or can be shortened to Bus TMP. This research on the public decision choosing public transport Trans Metro bus Pekanbaru as a means of public transport.Research on the selection decisions on Trans Metro bus include time, cost of service users, safety and security, pleasure and comfort of service users. This is seen from the questionnaires distributed. Researchers to test the validity and reliability of the 30 samples to determine whether the questions in the questionnaire can answer the problem daari research. Researchers use traditional Spearman correlation analysis because the data collected in the form ordinal data. The hypothesis of this study is the researchers expect the relationship between Trans Metro bus is cheaper with frequent public use Trans Metro bus as public transport. The survey results revealed that indeed tetdapat relationship between Trans Metro bus fare by frequent public use of public transport as a means of transportation. Abstract

Fondness on entertainment such as music turns out to be a lifestyle, especially the amusement of music such as a amusement of keyboard, and plus the existence of singers who are scantily clad and very sexy. With spurred by the difficulty of finding employment, poverty, powerlessness, also a moral weakness so no other choice for a living besides being a singer is not necessary capital and skill. As teenagers in District Rengat Indragiri Hulu on average still sitting in school from junior high to high school to become a singer. Way of dressed unwrapped at the time of the performing is far from the norm. And it is very unfortunate in this case the role of the parents who are supposed to supervise their children's behavior even support such action, even if the parents are proud of her son become a singer. The purpose of this study was to determine the background of the life of the singers in the keyboard bongkar and the view of singers keyboard bongkar about activity of the evening entertainment and what reason they survive.The theory used is the theory of social deviation, exchange theory, the theory of social change. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using sampling purposive method, data collection by interview, observation and literature study. The number of respondents in this study were as many as 10 people, 8 keyboard bongkar singers and 2 supporters informant.Based on research that has been done can be concluded that the encouragement for the youth in the District Rengat Indragiri Hulu became a choir director at the amusement of keyboard mostly due to economic problems, the influence of lifestyle and a lack of oversight and guidance of the parents. background of the teens who became keyboard bongkar singers that average came from a family of middle economy. Consequence of the profession who undertaken by teenager in addition to bringing money to meet its needs and can funnel their hobby, the profession also brings good assumptions of society, especially the view of the men who underestimate that their profession.Keywords: Life of Singer, Nightlife, Keyboard Bongkar

Abstract

Immunisation is a way to actively improve one's immunity against an antigen, so that if one day he is exposed to the same antigen does not cause disease. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the level of knowledge housewife on immunization programs and to determine the extent of knowledge about the housewife in the village immunization program Semelinang Army. The theory used in this research is the theory of motivation. Motivation is the impulse that arises in a person is consciously or unconsciously to act with a certain purpose or can also be regarded as a business that can cause a person or group of people motivated to do something because they want mencxapai objectives to be achieved.Keywords: Immunization, level of knowledge, motivation

Abstract

This research aims to explain diplomatic efforts of oil and gas company named Total Exploration and Production Indonesie in East Kalimantan. It originates from France and one of non-governmental company which has many wells in Indonesia. One of them is Mahakam Block, the country’s biggest gas block in terms of production which is located in Kutai, East Kalimantan.Sources were obtained from journals, books, internet, etc. In this research, the writer uses method of qualitative research. In addition, it uses analysis level of multinational corporation and pluralism perspective. The writer also uses multi-track diplomacy as theory of this research in order to know the kind of diplomacy track applied by Total Exploration and Production Indonesie.The problem in this research is about diplomatic efforts of Total Exploration and production Indonesie to get a contract extension of Mahakam Block which will be expired in 2017. Meanwhile, PT. Pertamina as Indonesia’s oil and gas company wants to take over the operation of Mahakam Block. Considering this situation , Total Exploration and Production must continue to look for ways and opportunities to negotiate with the Indonesian government to get a contract extension of Mahakam Block which has been managed by Total Exploration and production Indonesie almost for 50 years.Keywords : contract extension, East Kalimantan, Mahakam Block, PT.Pertamina,Total Exploration and Production Indonesie.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the motivation and the hijabersMom community function of member that joined. The kind of research was qualitative descriptive, which is the kind of research to understood the situation to analyze, and to described event that occurred in the society. The data sources were consisted of primary data and the secondary data. The primary data was compiled by doing the interview, while secondary data was compiled by reading the books, internet, and other related document. The sample in this research were 9 people from hijabersmom community Pekanbaru including the coordinator and members. The author has used sample purposive sampling technique. The result of research showed there were two motive of member that join in the hijabersmom community Pekanbaru. At the first was sosiogenesist motive such as to added relation and knowledge, to followed the fashion trends and to be organized. At the second was teogenetist motive such as because of willing to learned more about religious thing. This community has manifest functions for members such as to be place to added the obedience, humanity, creativity and economy. At the second was latent functions from this community such as there was society perception that HijabersMom were community who make a point of style and fashion.Keywords : Community, Motivation, HijabersMom

Abstract

Family is small unit in society and it is social unity that has blood relationship and each of the member has act based on the function. A family cereated because there is a marriege between man and woman who both of them agree to get live together and grow up their children who will given birth. In this research will discuss about “ Single Parent Implementing Family Function in south Dumai District Dumai City “ with using descriptive cualitative research method with using sampling purposive technic. The purpose of this research is to know act of woman as single parent in implemeting family function economy level. In this research will know that each af single parent has kinds of way to fulfill all of economy necessary and background of different culture society and view each culture to a divorce. In this research single parent nas to work to fulfill family economy necessary and spare her time between job and care her children. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of promotion in Boombara Waterpark and respondents reaction about the implementation of promotion in Boombara Waterpark .This research is used descriptive quantitative methods. There were 100 sample of that people is taken for accidental sampling. The data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview, and quesionnaires. The likert scale was used to measure the intervals in quantitative data.This research used Fandi Tjiptono (2008:519) theory. This theory divides promotion mix into 5 categories: advertising, sales promotion, public relation, personal selling, direct mail.The result of the research shows that Boombara Waterpark has implemented promotion by using the promotion mix: Advertising, Sales Promotion, and Personal Selling. According to respondents, the implementation promotion in Boombara Waterpark is still needed to be improved.Keywords: promotion and promotion mix.

Abstract

The research purposes to investigate how Nias immigrant adapts in social and economy in Kelurahan Sail Rw27/RT003. Adaptation of social and economy of Nias community in Pekanbaru is examined through mix analysis of quantitative and qualitative. In collecting data, the researcher utilized an interview to 48 respondents. The research is proven by video record and field note.The result of the research shown that the forms of social economy adaptation are done by Nias community still closed. The adaptation being done will be opened if there is a necessity. The adaptations being done are mutual cooperation, marriage habit and religion custom. The economy adaptation can be seen through trade activity and daily work as brick maker. To maximaze the income of Nias community as the brick maker, they exploit their children and wife to increase the family income.Key Words: Adaptation, Migration, Nias
