Abstract

This research describes the rules of ASEAN to counter the terorism in South Asea Region in 2011-2014. The terorism are the act of threat the public society. South Asea region are one of the increase terorism group. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Filiphina are the state in South Asea region that be place a terorism group act.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the rules of ASEAN to counter the terorism in South Asea Region. The theories applied in this research are international organization suchs as regional organization theory from Clive Archer and concept defenition from terorism.The research shows that the rules of ASEAN to handled the terorism in South Asea Region are create the Asean Regional Forum and ASEAN Convention On Counter Terrorism with in 2011 Asean Regional Forum create a annual Senior Officials Meeting in Transnational Crime, in 2011 state of ASEAN dealed about ASEAN Convention On Counter Terrorism and ASEAN create agreement with United States and European Union to counter on terorism.Key words: rule, ASEAN, counter, terorism.

Abstract

Gondang Sabangunan, which consists of: Taganing, Gordang, Sarune, Ogung Oloan, Ogung Ihutan, Ogung Panggora, and Hesek, tools that serve as an announcement to the public that there are parents who died saurmatua. Saurmatua is the death of the person who died had populate both boys and girls. Suhut would make the perfect custom event at the event in accordance with Dalihan saurmatua Na Tolu, such a thing is not necessarily carried out at the sarimatua because of his descendants still not perfect in terms of kinship. For this study aims to know the meaning of symbols of the social object Gondang Sabangunan funerals Saurmatua the Toba Batak people in Pekanbaru, the meaning of symbols of the physical object Gondang Sabangunan funerals Saurmatua the Toba Batak people in Pekanbaru, and the values of what is contained in Saurmatua funeral ceremony in Toba Batak people in Pekanbaru.Research using qualitative research method that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people and behaviors that can be observed. This study uses a theoretical approach of Symbolic Interaction. Informants in this study consisted of traditional leaders, Sabangunan Gondang music players and the community that follows the funeral ceremony saurmatua.The results showed that the symbolic meaning Gondang Sabangunan funerals saurmatua in Batak Toba community in Pekanbaru there are three premises: first the meaning of symbols on social objects in the house that ceremony (upacara dijabu) and the house or yard ceremony (upacara maralaman), the second is meaning of symbols on the object is physical instruments contained in Gondang Sabangunan consists of Taganing, Gordang, Sarune, Ogung Panggora, Ogung Oloan, Ogung Ihutan, Hesek. Abstract

Intranet is a network that is built on Internet technology in which there are webapplications and data communications technology. Intranet based LAN and using TCP / IP(Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol) that enables a computer to send andreceive data based on the address of each. Thus, the intranet is very suitable for use by thePublic Relations (PR) PT. Pertamina RU II Dumai as the company's internalcommunications media.The purpose of this research is to 1). Knowing the effectiveness of PR in usingintranet, 2). Knowing how to deliver information from the company's internal PR, 3).Knowing the response of employees in the use of the intranet.This study uses descriptive qualitative approach Organizing Theory or Theory ofInformation and Organization Two way assymetrical Model (Model Asymmetric Two-Way).Data collection techniques using nonparticipant observation, in-depth interviews, anddocumentation. Informants selected by purposive sampling technique and technique ofAccidental, informants consisted of Public Relations Section Head, Chief Editor of Data &Media Publications Officer and employees of Pertamina RU II Dumai.From the results of this study, researchers concluded that: 1). PR publishing companypolicies and information well on the intranet, seen from the enthusiasm of employees inresponding it 2). PR plays a major role in publicizing information via the intranet, so that thedelivery of information is quite prevalent in the corporate environment. 3). The response ofemployees in the use of the intranet is good enough, because the employees are veryenthusiastic in response to any renewal of existing on the company intranet. currentlyexisting within the intranet Idea Generation in sub site that serves to accommodate all theaspirations, ideas, comments and so on, but there is still not a direct two-way communicationin the intranet menu.Keyword : Public Relations, Internal Communication, Media Public Relations,Technology, Intranet.

Abstract

The development of technology in communication raises the growth of social networking sites that Ask.fm now becomes a popular social network that is loved by many people everywhere, especially in Pekanbaru. The use of social networking Ask.fm as a virtual communication media raises various meanings associated with the reasons why they choose to use the Ask.fm as a social network they use. This study aims to determine the motive, meaning features Ask.fm, and the meaning of friendship on the user experiences among other users in communication in virtual life.This research is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The Informants in this study were 5active Ask.fm users from various backgrounds who live in Pekanbaru, selected using purposive technique. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification.The results indicates that the motive for using the Ask.fm as a virtual communication media among the informants consists of a Becauseto motive namely are trend, follow and unique, while in order to motive are the curiosity and the information provided in Ask.fm. Making meaning of features Path as media of communications among the informants consists of Ask.fm as media for the exchange of information, Ask.fm as a means to express feelings, Ask.fm as entertainment media and Ask.fm as a means for chatting. Meaning of friendship in Ask.fm as a virtual communication media among the informants that experience a positive relationship to expand friendship networking and to build a good friendship, while the negative friendship experiences such termination of friendships may occur as a result of the perceived discomfort and the chance of cyber bullying that often occurs in social media.Keywords: Social media, Ask.fm, Construction of Meaning

Abstract

In the current era of globalization of business conduct, particularly the field of marketing has increased from the previous time. Currently, many company the race the race trying to increase competition and mastered by utilizing and applying the right marketing strategy. It is inevitable market control is one way company to sustain life. This study aims to find out what forms of IMC were conducted by PT Indomarco Prismatama in maintaining consumer loyalty in Pekanbaru and for any megetahui PT Indomarco Prismatama limiting factor in doing IMC. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive presentation presented in the form of language description, this is subject in research development division (Development Division Manager), Division of Marketing (Marketing Franchise), head shops, and consumers. While the object of this research is an integrated marketing communications (Integrated Marketing Communication) PT.Indomarco Prismatama in maintaining consumer loyalty in Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, observation and study of literature, The results showed that the strategy undertaken by PT.Indomarco Prismatama in maintaining customer loyalty and rewarding so far functioning properly. Form of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) conducted PT.Indomarco Prismatama is through ads (advertising), sales promotion (sales promotion), public relations (publicity), direct marketing. Barriers in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) PT.Indomarco Prismatama in Pekanbaru is the lack of human resources that store employees serve customers who are less good.Keyword : IMC, Minimarket, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Economically and culturally terubuk fish is Idol and the pride of the community District Bengkalis. Seen as the Province of the city "Terubuk". Save the fish terubuk means save the existence of culture and identity as a town of Bengkalis Regency Terubuk. with the publication of the Regulation No. 15 of 2010 Regents about the Asylum Area Fisheries Terubuk Fish intended to safeguard and guarantee the existence, availability, and continuity with the type of fish still maintain and increase the value and diversity of fish resources and the environment in a sustainable way. So the threat of extinction of the fish terubuk in the future could have been avoided. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Regulation No. 15 of 2010 Regents about the Asylum Area Fisheries Fish Terubuk conducted by the Marine and Fisheries Agency of Bengkalis Regency during the years 2011-2014Type of this research is a descriptive i.e. researchers gives an overview and explanation regarding thephenomenon or social symptoms examined describesvariables that affect the execution of a policy ofsystematically and accurately. Method of data collection is done by means of interviews and the documentationAfter research this is done can be known how the implementation of the Regulation No. 15 of 2010 Regents about the Asylum Area Fisheries Fish Terubuk by the Department of marine and Fisheries begin in 2011-2014. Department of marine and Fisheries already communicate this with some rules of Regent stake holder through the seminars-meetings. The resource that is owned in the form of staff and budget is also already quite well known from the growing number of budget that comes from the regional budget (BUDGETS) for activities related to terubuk fish sanctuary. Supervision became one of the important factors in the success of maintaining fish populations in this terubuk, because there are still many fishermen who do not abide by the rules that already exist and still also do fishing terubuk in the period of peak spawning by reason of economic needs, the Department of marine and Fisheries was not optimally in conducting patrols in the sea as a form of surveillance, it can be known from description of fishermen who very rarely met an employee of the Department of marine and fisheries patrol in the sea. Standard operating procedure (SOP) is a reference in conducting an activity, but so far this has not been the presence of SOP so that the performance of the Department of marine and Fisheries was less the maximum.Environmental pollution in particular became polluted sea water cause decreased and difficult to breed his fish terubuk, water rinse tengker vessel containing remains of fuel oil and also sawdust which is derived from wood factory mill along the river basin (DAS) of Siak eaten by fish terubuk fish easily cause death. Marine and Fisheries Agency acknowledged the existence of the limitation of the Authority (fragmentation) because it's not under the authority of the Department of marine and fisheries.Keywords: Implementation, Local Government, Regional policy

Abstract

This research explains Indonesian’s motive established aerospace cooperation with China. Indonesia and China signed a cooperation agreement on Exploration and Utilization of Space for Peaceful Purposes on 2 October 2013. The areas of this cooperation include the field of launching space satellites, earth observation, satellite communications, satellite navigation, telemitri, tracking and control, rocket probe, facility space, material satellites, space science, training or education, and aeronautics technology.This research used qualitative methods which is done by explaining the case based on existing facts. The techniques used to collects data to study the case is library research in the form of journals, books, thesis, reports, working papers, magazine, and website to explain Indonesian’s motive established space cooperation with China. The theoretical framework applied in this research are realism perspective, security theory of Barry Buzan and national interests concept from Hans J. Morgenthau.This study shows that Indonesia is the motivation for the national interests and seeks to improve the capacity of leading space faring nation. Abstract

This study will analyze how the Strategy Department of Labor in Addresing Unemployment Problem in Pekanbaru City. Given the number of unemployment both from within and from outside the area to find a job in Pekanbaru city government attempted to addressing the unemplotment problem by holding exhibitions labor market in order to facilitate job seekers find work.The steps of The Department of Labor in Addressing Unemployment Problem in Pekanbaru City be very important in providing counseling or disseminination to the public or unemployed to fill job vacancies that exist both within region and outside the region. Then, the Department of Labor Pekanbaru also perform or implement workforce training in accordance with labor market demand according to the expertise or skills possessed by job seekers. The purpose of this is to determine the strategy of the Department of Labor in Addressing Unemployment Problem in Pekanbaru City and to determine the factors that influence the strategy of the Department of Labor in Addressing Unemployment Problem in Pekanbaru City. To analyze this problem the authors use the theory Tripomo which strategy is the frame or plame that integrate goals, policy and action/program organization.This research was conducted in the Department of Labor Pekanbaru city, using qualitative research methods using snowball sampling methods in the analysis of research with key informants (key informants). In collecting the data, the researcher used interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. By using key informants and informant as a supplementary source of information in addressing unemployment problem in Pekanbaru city not run well in carrying out measures to addressing unemployment. The factors that influence among others factors of infrastructure, human resources and communications.Keywords: Strategy, unemployment

Abstract

The research purposes to investigate how child care in the family tea pickers workers especially those of a mother who worked in PTP.Nusantara VI Danau Kembar in the village Kayu Jao. Child care in the family tea pickers workers in the village Kayu Jao is examined through analysis of quantitative descriptive. In collecting data, the researcher utilized an interview to 20 respondents. The research is proven by photo and field note. The result of the research shown that the forms of child care applied by mother tea pickers tend to be authoritarian. It happens because mothers who take multiple roles in the family have to divide their time between working with parenting. Workings mother outside the home makes child rearing more hard and rigid. Mother will make the rules as long as he is not able to monitor the activities of the child, and if the child does not comply with these regulations are inclined to sanction or punishment to child. Growth and development of the child's character will be different from expected .Keywords : Caring, Child

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship of cooperation between Indonesia and Taiwan in Morotai Development Project that is focused on the factors behind Indonesia in cooperation with Taiwan. Morotai island is the name of an island as well as a name of a new district in the province of North Maluku. Morotai island is a strategic region that has avariety of potential especially tourism and fisheries. In 2014 through government regulation, Morotai established as one of Special Economic Zone in Indonesia. The result indicate that the cooperation between Indonesia and Taiwan in Morotai Development Projects due to the interest of each circle to benefit from the potential of Morotai as Special Economic Zones in Indonesia.
