Abstract

The research present describe the optimalization of market retribution. From the market retribution data, in 2009 realization of market retribution has a target, but in 2010 until 2013 the market retribution was never get a target realization by Clean, Park and Market Agency Rokan Hilir Agency. The decrease of market retribution cause of some factor by minimalization of market retribution, minimalization of human resources in market retribution and the other factors.The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Rokan Hilir Regency and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan likes Head of Clean, Park and Market Agency Rokan Hilir Agency, Head of section Clean, Park and Market Agency Rokan Hilir Agency, staff of market retribution and retributors.The conclution of this research are strategy of Clean, Park and Market Agency Rokan Hilir Agency to optimlaization of market retribution are values strategy, planning strategy, position strategy, vision mission strategy and tactics step strategy. The factors that influence of strategy of Clean, Park and Market Agency Rokan Hilir Agency to optimlaization of market retribution are minims of coordination with the other agency, minimize of socialization of regulation, minimize of controlling agency, staff positioning of agency and minimize of insentive for staff retributors.Keywords: market retributions, optimalization strategy and influence factors.

Abstract

The problem of this study showed the factors which influence mother’s interest in visiting Posyandu in Local Clinic Simpang Raru, Tampan. Mother’s interest could be measure through intensity of visiting Posyandu every year. This study used quota sampling technique. The population was all of mothers who have children in Simpang Baru, Tampan at Jalan Uka. The sample was, 30 mothers who always, rare, and never, visiting Posyandu. The data nalysis is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique are questionnaire and interview.The theory used in this study were interest theory by Hurlock, social action theory by Weber and Health belief model by Rosentock. By this study, it could be concluded that mother’s interest in Reflesia Posyandu in Local Clinic Simpang Baru, Tampan belonged to high percentage, that show 67,7 % mother visited, brought their child to posyandu and thought that posyandu was important. It showed that the mother has good consciousness to visit posyandu. It could be seen when the mother who always visit posyandu more than the mother who rarely visit and never visit. This study also showed that the other factors which influence mother’s interest in visiting posyandu are the distance between the house and posyandu, and their occupation. The distance influenced the mother’s interest that 67,6 % the mother whose house near to posyandu tend to visit posyandu, and the rest is the mother, whose house far away, never visiting posyandu. The most influence factor was kind of mother’s occupation that 73,3 % had unattached occupation was always visiting PosyanduKeywords : Interest, Mother,Posyandu

Abstract

Frontliner interpersonal communication is very important in the service and information to customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Panam. The presence, these interpersonal communication, Frontliner and customers can find out how to establish a good relationship with each other. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective interpersonal communication Frontliner serve and provide information to customers, as well as to identify factors that affect interpersonal communication Frontliner in serving and providing information to customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Panam Rayon.The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Panam Rayon, which is located at Jalan HR. Soebrantas Pekanbaru. This research using qualitative research methods. Informants in this study is 15 people. Where 6 people frontliner using purposive technique and 5 customers, using accidental. Techniques of data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction data presentation, conclusion and verification.The results showed that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication components frontline in serving and providing information to customers must be effective, because the frontliner should be able to be a communicator has high credibility and has the appeal so as to convey the message or information directly or indirectly (media), and can understood by the communicant (customers) so get the effect of what is being implemented in the frontline to serve and provide information to customers. Factors that affect interpersonal communication frontliner in serving and providing information to customers including the trust factor, factor supportiveness and openness factors. The trust factor where customers lack confidence with what is provided by the front liners, and factors supportiveness which is not supportive of the PLN in serving and providing information to customers. While the openness factor, frontliner has been open to the problems experienced by PT PLN.Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, frontliner, customers

Abstract

This study, entitled Community Vespa lovers Pekanbaru study of community activity as capital. Researchers raised this theme because in Pekanbaru. has a lot of historic heritage from ancient times, one of which is vespa who coined special attraction, despite being a rare commodity, but still exist. This is the background formed vespa communities in Pekanbaru City One of them is the Community vespa Uvorable comprising young people, namely students.The theory used in this study dalah Boerdieu theory of habitus, Arena and Capital. This research is qualitative descriptive. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique (purposive sampling). Pengambian sample is intended to illustrate the focal point of this research through mutual support information. The focus of this study lies in the profile and activity Uvorable Vespa community. The collection of data through observation, interviews and documentation.From the research results obtained show that the community members Uvorable vespa vespa quite heterogeneous in meaning. Vespa has a different kind according to the ability of each member and the Vespa Uvorable diverse community activities. There is an internal activity and external activity. Abstract

Wage workers in Batam does not meet all our expectations, not supervised by the related parties. In fact many workers or workers who are not granted in accordance with the wage set by the government. Companies that violate not get strict sanctions. This phenomenon can not be allowed to continue because the wage is sought by the worker to resume his life. Not just wages but decent wages for life to workers or laborers.In theory oversight by Manullang, who says there are three indicators of supervision is setting standards, conducting judging, and perform corrective action. This study aims to determine supervision of the implementation of minimum wages cities (UMK) in the city of Batam.The research model used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. With Accidental sampling technique used, the key informant that the Department of Labor study of Batam.Based on the research that has been done, by referring to the concept of the theory that surveillance in Batam city is not optimal by the Department of Labor Batam.Terdapat some shortcomings such as in setting standards, malakukan assessment measures and corrective actions have not run with the maximum. It is caused by factors that can include lack of supervision supervisory personnel, a lack of understanding of employers and workers on the applicable rules, facilities and infrastructure and the lack of worker complaints.Keywords: Monitoring, Application of State Minimum Wage (UMK)

Abstract

Marketing communication strategy is important in marketing because can make effective marketing. Company Dian Pelangi is a company engaged in retail. As one of the leading fashion houses in Indonesia, Dian Pelangi have a competitor that run in the same type and the company need a strategy to get the aim of the company. Because of that the researcher was interest to do this research with the aim to know marketing communication strategy Dian Pelangi Pekanbaru branch in maintaining customer loyalty.This research uses qualitative methods, namely the collection of data obtained based on the fact data in the field through observations, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this research is 2 manager and 7 loyal customers Dian Pelangi Pekanbaru branch are selected using purposive technique. This research uses an interactive data analysis techniques, for data validity checking techniques through the extension of participation, increase persistence, and triangulation.The goal of research shows that the marketing communication strategy Dian Pelangi Pekanbaru branch in maintaining customer loyalty do by segmentation, targeting, positioning, promotional mix consists of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, publicity, public relations, and word of mouth communication.Keywords: Marketing Communication Strategy, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru in order todetermine the influence of personal selling sales agent for Toyota Etios BrandImage PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru. Variable in this research are: personalselling and brand image. The sample in this study is as much as 94 consumersusing proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used issimple regression. Based on the results obtained between the influences ofPersonal Selling Sales Agent Against Brand Image by using the coefficient ofdetermination is KD = r 2 x 100% = (0732) 2 x 100% = 0536 means that theaverage value amounting to 53.6% of brand image are determined by PersonalSelling Dealers. Furthermore, from the results obtained regression equation Y =12 236 + 0242 X. The equation shows that if the Personal Selling Agent Salesincreased by 1 unit will affect the brand image of the increase in 0242, as seenfrom the value of b is positive. Results of hypothesis testing t = 6937> t table =2.000 at 95% confidence level. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the reasons the United States in placing military base in Darwin, Australia in 2011. The placement of the United States military base in Darwin is one realization of the ANZUS as a military Treaty Organization the United States and Australia. In the placement of military bases starting with the delivery of 200 troops to Darwin and in 2014 increased to 1100 troops. This research will discuss why the United States put a military base in Darwin, Australia. This research applying qualitative methods and library research. The author use security theory from Bary Buzan with Balance of Power concept, with perspektif realism and use the level of the nation-state analysis. The sources of this research are from of books, journals,documents, articles and internet. This study find that the United States put a military base in Darwin because the United States wants to prevent the influence of China in the Asia Pacific region. China made a string of pearls strategy which is the main import and export shipments of oil china. china influence in the Asia Pacific region can also be seen from china perform claiming against the south china sea area. China's increasingly assertive and often aggression in this disputed region. Abstract

HiLo Green Community adalah komunitas anak muda yang ingin menjadi pahlawan bagi Buminya dengan cara tersendiri untuk menyelamatkan tempat tinggal satu-satunya manusia. Komunitas ini berdiri karena ada keinginan dari sekumpulan anak muda yang memiliki tujuan sama yaitu melestarikan lingkungan Bumi. Tanggal 9 Juni 2013 menjadi tanggal bersejarah bagi komunitas ini karena mulai hari itulah komunitas tersebut mulai menjalankan visi dan misinya sebagai pahlawan hijau atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Green Heroes. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apa saja aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh Hilo Green Community Pekanbaru dalam melestarikan dan menyelamatkan lingkungan.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dan studi pustaka dengan analisis data kualitatif deskriftif yaitu dengan cara membuat gambaran mengenai berbagai fenomena yang ditemukan dilapangan.Dalam melakukan visi dan misinya Hilo Green Community Pekanbaru melakukan sosialisasi diberbagai tempat baik di public area maupun sosial media. Sosialiasasi ini sangat penting karena yang pertama harus dimiliki suatu komunitas adalah nama besar yang dikenal khalayak ramai. Tidak hanya nama yang sekedar nama tapi nama yang benar-benar memiliki pengaruh ataupun kontribusi yang benar-benar telah dikenal oleh khalayak ramai. Dalam tahun pertama Hilo Green Community Pekanbaru berdiri, lebih fokus pada kegiatan sederhana tetapi tetap memiliki kontribusi nyata pada lingkungan dan juga menjalin hubungan baik dengan semua komunitas. ini seperti marketing karena itu sangat dibutuhkan bagi komunitas yang baru saja lahir dan tumbuh berkembang.Kata kunci: Aktifitas , Komunitas, Hilo Green

Abstract

Lack of public knowledge about consumer protection as one of the problems of fraud and loss prevention on food and beverage in Pekanbaru City, still a lack of knowledge about consumer protection resulting does not know the procedures for submitting the complaint if harmed . This is because lack of socialization received by the public about consumer protection .The purpose of this study was to know the implementation of policy dissemination of consumer protection by Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen About food and beverage in Pekanbaru (Implementation of Undang–Undang number 8 years 1999) on consumers and businesses.The concept of the theory is a of communication used consisting of communicators (those who convey the message), says what (masege delivered), in the which channel (media used in deliver the massege), the communicant (which receives message), the effect (effect posed). This study used qualitive research methods to the assessment of descriptive data. In collecting the data, the research used interview techniques, observation and study of literature, using key informant and the informant as a supplementary source of information.After investigate is done , it was found that socialization has been done by Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumenis not enough and public participationare still lacking.
