Abstract

This study describes the model of the policy Indonesia to Australia in protecting national salt industry in 2009-2011. Through trade agreements Indonesia with Australia, namely IAFTA (Indonesia-Australia Free Trade Agreement) which affects the salt industry in the country, so that the salt imports be cheap and easier to done. This is evident from the increasing amount of Indonesian salt imports from Australia in the years 2010 1.621.594 tons and be 2,473,716 tons in 2011.Authors analyze and describe models of Indonesian policy against Australia in protecting national salt industry. The theoretical framework that writer use in this study is the perspective libralisasi by John Satuart Mill, Alexander Hamilton, and Friedrich List, by the theory of trading strategies "strategic trade theory" protecting is given the country based on libralisme by David Ricardo.This study proves that the policy taken by the Indonesian able to protect national salt commodities by reducing and ban the import of salt from Australia thsn processing national salt, comodity so as to meet the national salt consumption. In according theory that writer use, then the government should make policies that put salt as a strategic commodity in Indonesia. Because salt is used by everyone as a necessity, can notreplaced with other commodities and commodities that role-play in the mobilization of the economy.Development the model of policy national salt from policy proteksi become libralisme. Abstract

This research aimed to describe the efforts of Ukraine after the annexation Crimea on Rusia. The problem appear since Ukraine President Viktor Yakunovych cancelled the associ-ation agreement with European Union (UE) that made citizens demonstrated to make Ya-kunovych descend. The new government had been rejected by Ukraine citizens and demon-strated to rejected the new government (pro UE).The perspective that applied in this reserch is realist, state level analysis, and also use theory security strategy. This theory talks about to securitization of their own state.Threats appear because the different perception or interest between interactions from two sides.Russia as super power state (economy and military) unbalance with Ukraine. Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of FATF in the formation of moneylaundering legislation in Indonesia. Money laundering has become a global issue thatthreatens economic system in a country and internationally also. Big impact of moneylaundering require the more interest of countries in the world to quickly establish acooperation in an effort to eradicate money laundering.According to Clive Archer in generally, International Organization is a pattern ofrelations of cooperation accross the borders of its member countries have the same goalto achieve. FATF is an Inter Governmental Organization (IGO). FATF has a role indetermining the policies and issuing recommendations to eradicate money launderingwhich should be adopted by all countries. FATF requires each state to criminalizemoney laundering. In this case also uses the role theory of K.J. Holsti to describe howInternational Organizations like a FATF, has a role in international relations.The result shows that the formation of money laundering legislation in Indonesianot in spite of the influence of FATF with various forms of pressures on Indonesia toimmediately do the criminalization of money laundering, such as: FATF put Indonesiato the list of reviews and list of Non Cooperative Countries and Territories (NCCT’s)accompanied by the threat of sanctions to Indonesia if it doesn’t immediately complywith the rules apllied by the FATF. Abstract

Standard operational procedure becomes the reference for operational oversight Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus, from an operational perspective to maximize service to customers, minimizing violations and maximizing efficiency in order to improve the quality of Trans Metro bus Pekanbaru to society.This study aims to determine whether the operational supervision Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus in accordance with the existing field. This study used a qualitative descriptive method of data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, documents and literature studies.Results of this research is the Trans Metro bus operational control by PD Pembangunan has not gone well because they found employees who lack an understanding of operating standards so that any offense and not the maximum service to the detriment of passengers. Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of Indonesia to support Palestinian struggle to increase its status in the United Nation. After failed to become a UN member states in 2012, Palestine seeked non-member observer state status for Palestine on the basis of Palestine’s pre-1967 borders 29 November 2012. Indonesia as a UN member state and also has a close relation with Palestine was played a role in supporting it. Authors applied multilateral diplomacy from G. R. Berridge and Sumaryo Suryokusumo to describe Indonesian government diplomacy toward another UN mamber states in the United Nations General Assembly proses. Authors also used multitrack diplomacy from Dr. Luoise Diamond and John McDonald to describe another Indonesian efforts to support Palestine independecy. This reseacrh shows that Indonesia played a significant role in supporting Palestine to collect internasional recognation to its independecy. Throughout multilateral diplomacy proses in the United Nations General Assembly, Indonesian governtment took all the possible role to support Palestine application to become a non-member observer state, by became a co-sponsor for the application, came to the assembly, gave supporting speech at the debate session and vote to support the application. In another way Indonesian people have done many kinds off support for Palestine that authors explain by using multitrack diplomacy. Abstract

This research was undertaken on the basis of the marriage did what happened in the village of tanjung sub-district the Koto Kampar upstream district Kampar . Although marriage kinsmen is opposed to local customs , but it still often occurs. Although marriage kinsmen is opposed to local customs, but it still often occurs. The role of Ninik Mamak was needed to overcome marriage did this. If marriage was indeed contention did customs in country Tanjung , then should it is never going to happen. Then should it is never going to happen. Nevertheless , concomitant development era, as if there is no parapet someone to do the he wants this also could not be solved by Ninik Mamak country Tanjung. Development era is just one of the cause of the occurrence of marriage did. For that , in this research will give the cause of the writer and a result of the marriage the kinsmen . Research is done using that method is purposive sampling, type selection of the subject with no reshuffling of the subject with the consideration and certain criteria. To strengthen the research data obtained, the author also has an informant who considered of controversy with the problems in accordance with research who writers do. A subject in this research is a number of customary or Ninik Mamak stakeholders having social status respected as a person . Ninik Mamak is the important role in the customs and of course already understand about problems marriage did. Besides Ninik Mamak, a member of the local community also included as an informant in this research. Informants who truly important in this research is marriage did agents it self. Customary stakeholders used informants as many as five people , a member of the local community as many as six people and investors marriage did as many as five couples .The results obtained from this research is disapproval from the Ninik Mamak which marriage did indeed this is a subject which have been banned happened since the beginning the customs in country Tanjung . Abstract

This study is to research how the intercourse of culture that existed in the Rantau Sakti village Tambusai Utara District and Rokan Hulu Regent intertribal nasions of Java, Medan Java, Batak, Minang, and Melayu. There’s a launching factors and hindrance factors too in culture intercourse. The data tekhnic collection with the koesioner, interview, and documentation. And the analisys of data is descriptive where the data presented in the form of a diagrams, percentages, pictures, and explanations. The research results show that The lives of the multicultural that could lead to the occurrence of intercourse of culture through assimilation, acculturation, and amalgamation. The intercourse of culture through three aspects of it can run well there’s happened in Rantau Sakti village on seven principles like language, system of knowledge , a social organization , celebration life and technologi, means of subsistence, religion, and art . There is also intercourse of culture with amalgamation culture that leads to assimilation and acculturation. It’s launching factor are the attitude of tolerance and open, in common religion, and the same occasion in the economic field. While the hindrance factor are differences of religion and stereotype (ethnic prejudice). Abstract

Pekanbaru City as Cipil Town of Riau Province has a high traffic degree. That’s why, Pekanbaru needs enough parking area with a good management. Indonesian Constution allowed activities on public roadside parking based on traffic sign. But in fact, the implementation doesn’t works effectively because so many illegal parking area with illegal retributions. It’s make a cause to diminution of native territorial income that never rich the goal. One of the unsolved problems until today such as on public roadside parking of Tuanku Tambusai street and throughout the front of Cik Puan Market that makes traffic jam.This research is supposed see the management constitution implementations of public roadside parking from Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru city. Management theory is a base to this qualitative research. Based on analysis from the writer, the ineffectively management implementations is because of Parking UPTD of Dishubkominfo doesn’t have a written management and programs planning. Parking UPTD of Dishubkominfo can not acting explicitly because still have a good parking area to solve the problems.Key words : Management, Public Roadside Parking, Pekanbaru city.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to proof that social media nowadays not just as the source of information and communication but are use for a means of alternative to uproot a regime power. This research would describe one of the example of its issue in Egypt. Egyptian has a big problem of their thirty-year president, Hosni Mubarak. A lack of his leadership such as social inequality and corruption make Egyptian doing a big resistance started with social media as a alternative because Egyptian are constrained to do government critical directly.According to the facts, the perspective is pluralism approach is appropriate and could explain this reseacrh. Pluralists are assume that news on mass media is a reflection of the truth. Level analysis of this research is group. In some case, a specific group could involved of their government whether it is support or moving down. The main theory is from Dan Nimmo, Frustration or Scapegoat assume to create hatred cause of restrained rights then find another to be the scapegoat. Another technic is Bandwagon, to invite people to join and supporting a propaganda group because they have a good aim, some times the main person should get down to the field. Based on the research, Egypt Revolution was moved by a small group from facebook. In the begining this facebook group “We Are All Khaled Said” is just a sympathy from a man named Whael Ghonim to memoriam the victim of Egypt’s police violence, Khaled Said.The conclusion is from that small facebook group, many people join and speak up their opinion about a lack of president Hosni Mubarak. They can not tolerate any longer because his leadership is totally unfair. In the next more days member of facebook group account “We Are All Khaled Said” reached hundred-thousands people. This competition resulted pharmacy business trying to get consumers by way of competitive strategy and maintain its superiority. Many ways out were done in maintaining the pharmacy business by the managers such as creating competitive strategy.The Policy strategy of competing pharmacies in Pekanbaru using one variable Differentiation Strategy, Strategy focus, Overall Cost Leadership.Competitive strategy on Differentiation Strategy variables were indicators into the unique product received good feedback from respondents, while the different indicators in the perception of consumers received a Very Good response. In the Overall Cost Leadership Strategy variables, there were indicators of the ability to have a guaranteed raw material suppliers and different in a dominant market position or have a substantial capital got very good feedback from respondents. While the focus strategy that had a small segment of group indicator within the industry concerned and complete its strategy to serve them by setting aside others received Very Good responses.Keywords: Pharmacy Competitive Strategy, Pharmacy Business Industry in Pekanbaru city
