Abstract

This research was conducted at the main branch of Bank Nagari Pekanbaru .which is located in the street Jenderal Sudirman No. 337 Pekanbaru . This research aims to analyze competitive advantage strategy which is used by the Bank Nagari in effort to face and win the competition in banking business .The data collection method that author use in this study is interview, then author process data obtained by using descriptive analysis. The subject of the study are all employees who work on the division of finance and services totaling 6 people. And to strengthen research and interviews , the author also interviewed some of the customers .The results shows that the competitive advantage strategy used by the Bank Nagari is to create service differentiation drawn from five attributes such as : reliability , responsiveness , assurance , consulting services and physical evidence.Keyword : competitive advantage strategy, differentiation, and service differentiation.

Abstract

Oil palm’s farmers who lives in Rambah Jaya, Bangun Purba subdistric majority only finished elementary school stage because to work as an oil palm’s farmer, they must not finished high level on education. To work as an oil palm’s farmer, see and imitate other person when they work is enough.This research aims to know the sense of children’s education for oil palm’s farmer families and to know parent’s prospects to their child. The problem formulation on this research is ’’ what is the meaning of children’s education for oil palm’s farmer families in Rambah Jaya, Bangun Purba subdistric ? ‘’ Researcher use a qualitative analysis and determine 12 head of household of household (HH) taken intentionally with some criteria. The criteria on taken respondens are the families (parent) with high economic level but have a low children’s education, and families (parent) with low economic level but have a high children’s education.The result of this study show that majority oil palm’s families belief that children’s education is meaningful because children who have an enough education will have a good morals, advanced mindset, help their parent on economic aspect, take up their family’s sosial status, and they can give a motivation to other children in their environment that education is important. The other responden belief that education for children is less meaningful because children have not good enough morals, not good enough mindset and help their parent rarely. The other responden also belief that children’s education is meaningless because children have a bad morals, bad mindset and they won’t help their parent. This study also show that parent hope that their children become a virtous person so they could have high education and have a better future.Keyword : Children education,palm oil and farmer families (parent).

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the Saudi Arabia foreign policy toward Syria Crisis. In March 2011,Student of a School in Syria had written anti-governent slogan on their School’s wall. Syrian Police arrested tand tortured them as punishment to the Student, this action cause Syria people movement to protest the government regime and ask for freedom and democratic transformation. In this case, Syria government tried to handle demonstration with the military action, This conflict increases faster and becomes armed conflict between opposition and Syria government. This research has built by using realist perspective of international relations and supported by foreign policy theory from Rossenau. This research also using nation-state as the level of analyze which aimed on Arab Saudi policy to Syira about the Syria Crisis. Formulation of facts, data, arguments, theoretical framework in this research using qualitative explanation methods. This research has formulated answer-hypothesis that Saudi Arabia doing massive foreign policy to press Syria when the crisis like propaganda, diplomatic action, support the opposition, and support military intervention to Syira is to pursue the main intersest which to reach hegemony position in middle east. Saudi Arabia has become major power in middle east, but Syria-Iran coalition is the main threat and obstacle for Saudi dominance. Saudi Arabia takes opportunity of Syria Crisis to increase its influence and power and also to make Syria as supporter to Arab Saudi in pursue hagemoni in the middleeast.Keywords: Syria Crisis, Saudi Arabia, Syria Regime, Foreign Policy, Hagemony, Security, Instability, National Interest.

Abstract

Success or failure of most organizations is determined by the quality leader entrusted with the task of leading organisasi.because that, in moving the indispensable participation of leadership and quality (quality leader).However, in fact in the village of Pulau Baru Kuantan District Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi Opposite leadership The village head was found indications less acceptable to all the villagers are: (1) the high cost of obtaining a birth certificate that is not in accordance with Regulation Kuantan Singingi About Retribution Identity Card replacement fee and Deed civil registration. (2) Development conducted in the village of Pulau Baru through funding from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is less well targeted. (3) The head of the village are less able to embrace and accommodate the aspirations of the community so that leadership is less able to integrate the interests in the midst of society. (4) The head of the village are less able to establish cooperation with the Village Consultative Body as a partner in rural development.The method used is qualitative data collection techniques with interviews, was conducted to determine the leadership of the village chief in the administration of the village administration, literature study, a method of data collection in order to obtain secondary data hold directly on the object under study.Based on the results of the study authors, leadership village chief in the village of Pulau Baru Kuantan District Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi Opposite is the village chief has not been able to embrace the public to be together in rural development. Various ways have been made head of the village community is not biased invite voluntarily engaged in rural development. And the constraints faced by the village chief in the lack of leadership is the approach taken in the village chief invited as well as to direct the development and the lack of communication with the village head of the village, and the lack of coordination with the village chief BPD as its partners in the development and accommodate the aspirations of the villagers.Keywords: Leadership Village Head

Abstract

The Operational hygiene officer is a person who is a charge to sweeping the road,containing garbage,cleaning up the canal and the road culverts and also treating plants along the side walk and city park. Bassed on operational standars at Departement of Hygiene in Pekanbaru, there are still same problem which became a phenomenom that has mot implemented the surveillance of the operational hygiene officer safety on HR.Subrantas streets,Tampan sub-District which is accident in the street while sweeping and the officer that doesn’t wear their uniform and work attribute well.This research aims to knowing and analysing the survelillance of the operational hygiene officer in pekanbaru city (study case officer’s safety in sub-District Tampan). This research use descriptive qualitative method with collecting data technique such like interviews,observation and literature study.The result of this research are the opperational hygiene officers surveillance by Departement of Hygiene doesn’t running as well this is because the disobediance of the operational hygiene officer against the rules that have been set the factor that influence the operational hygiene officers surveillance are the lack of human resource from Departement of Hygiene,in this matter,the foreman and also lack of awareners of the operational hygiene officers of their safety while work.Keyword: surveillance,Operational Hygiene Officer

This research explain about interest United State comerce product ofApple Inc at South Korean. Which South Korean have a product of smarthphonehas been to being the world. But, half of South Korean’s people more to useproduct of Apple Inc. At market, Apple Inc have more importent relation withUnited State. Other that relation, United State also have interest at South Koreanin econmic and politic. One of strategy United State to relaize the interest atSouth Korean are with defend comerce product of Apple Inc at South Korean.This research use kualitatif analisis, use the theory competitive adventage fromMichaele E. Potter. This research also use national interest concep and levelanalysis nation state. The writer used data which was collected from books,journal, thesis, and website to analysis the research. Abstract

This research was conducted in the village LimbunganRumbai New Coastal District of the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine how families view scavengers to education. The study titled "Perception of scavenger families about the value of education in the Village District of New LimbunganRumbai Coastal Pekanbaru City Riau Province". Topics focus of this research is how the perception of scavenger families for children's education. Informants of this research is that there are in the village scavenger New Limbungan. Informants retrieval is done by purposive sampling technique. Informants are numbered 10 people scavengers. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and data analyzed qualitative. Data instrument is observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that there were four children in a family scavenger value is the value of affection, economic value, great family value and social value. In addition to the education of children of scavengers view is influenced due to internal factors (the willingness of children, parents income, parental education), and because of external factors (school fees, the school distance, environmental, and geographic factors).Keywords: Value kids, Perceptions, and Education

Abstract

This study aimed (1) to find out why the emergence of demands Balance fund and the Regional Financial Center in the form of profit sharing fund (DBH) of oil palm sub-sector. The study also aimed (2) to determine the basis for determining why there needs to be funding the Central and Regional Financial Balance of oil palm sub-sector. In addition, this study also aims. (3) To know how the implementation of the financial balance between the Central Government and the Local Government sub-sector of oil palm plantations located in Riau Province.This study is a qualitative research, the data collection techniques in this research is descriptive analysis. This study uses the documentation and interview with key informants as an object of information that aims to achieve the goal in order to obtain the information in the study. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation, and interviews with key informants in this study.The results showed that (1) the motivation of Riau Province to obtain DBH of CPO export duties is, a sense of injustice, in the distribution management of state revenues, especially from sectors this CPO export tax. (2) By adopting the sixth fiscal transfer eligibility criteria commonly used by many countries in the world. namely, otonomi (Autonomy), penerimaan yang memadai (revenue adequacy), keadilan (equity), Transparansi dan stabilitas (transparance and stability), sederhana (simplicity) dan insentif (incentif),, then the state's revenue from export tax for CPO worthy been distributed. (3) since the implementation of the financial balance of the sub-sectors of oil palm plantations, has not reflected the sense of justice of the area.Keywords: balancing funds, revenue-sharing (DBH), fiscal transfers, sub-sector oil palm plantations, CPO export duties.

Abstract

This research purpose is to explains about the efforts of Garuda Indonesia airlines to join the global airline alliance SkyTeam in brand marketing. It observe the effort attempted by Garuda Indonesia airlines to join the global airline alliance SkyTeam to strengthen the reputation of Garuda Indonesia as a world class airlines. It is a qualitative method by exerting the paradigm from service liberal and full service concept from garuda Indonesia enterprise. the theory applied in this research are Contingency theory by Tannenbaum and Schmidt. This study focused on strategy used by Garuda Indonesia to join the global airline alliance SkyTeam in brand marketing by examining the economic side, which is the modernization of air transport models. The search for the revitalization unit to reach 154 units in 2015 to compete with other companies. With the new units, the increase in passengers will increase as well not only domestic but also international. It also ensures a more comfortable and provide cost than before. Garuda Indonesia’s program named Quantum Leap, covering the aspects of safety, systems, facilities and human resources also made an effort to join the global airline alliance SkyTeam. Introducing the program of Garuda Indonesia Experience has a purpose to distinguish the full service carrier of Garuda Indonesia with others. By giving cultural perception of Indonesia for domestic and international, introducing the culture itself to the tourist who come to indonesia and also having good facilities in every unit, it will be reinforce the brand of enterprise.Key Word: efforts, garuda Indonesia, global airline alliance, skyteam

Abstract

This research explains about how the BINUCA’s roles as international organization to keep peace in Central African Republic (2010-2014). The Rebelion and violent coup made this country fail to protect the security and welfare of civilians even since gaining independence from France in 1960. Central African Republic became weakness of state capacity and authority in many core state function. The worst part is when political conflict turn into ethnic cleansing between Séléka and anti-Balaka.This research used qualitative methods. In this research, the data was collected by using library research technique where this technique is collecting data sources from the literature, like books, website official publications, newspaper, and journal.This research uses pluralism approach which this approach has assumption that actor in international relation isn’t just a state but there’s another actor one of International organization. In this research, writer uses International Organization Theory which each organization has their duty. This research of BINUCA has important duties and roles to keep peace in Central African Republic.To keep peace in Central African Republic, BINUCA has three roles, political, law and security asspects.
