Abstract

This present research describes the motivation of Indonesia Government to implementation of tax allowance policy for foreign investor that will invest in Indonesia in 2015. Global economic crisis and increase of United States economic has impact for economic of Indonesia. In 2014 Indonesia has defisit for trade and moneter transaction.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the motivation of Indonesia Government implementation of tax allowance policy for foreign investor that will invest in Indonesia. The theories applied in this research are merchantilism perspective with the decision making theory by Richad Snyder about internall and externall factors.The conclusion of the research that motivation of Indonesia Government to implementation of tax allowance policy are to keep economic and politic interest. This was due the defisit of moneter and trade payment, the weakness of Indonesian trades for foreign export, the weakness of trade balance and to support of foreign invesment to use rupiah in trade processing.Key words: motivation, implementations policy, tax allowance and investment

Abstract

Control of land in the city of Pekanbaru is a significant problem and actually is of particular concern. With the issuance of Law No. 41 of 2009 on the Protection of Agricultural Land Berkelanjutan.Penelitian aims to study the interaction of these actors in the control of agricultural land conversion to residential land in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is metodede skriptif. Methods descriptive study carried out by analyzing the data and facts. Data was collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation.To get the data and information in-depth interviews conducted with the actors involved. Informants were selected based sampling nonprobabilitiy by purposive sampling that only people who are experts and understand phenomena. In purposive sampling, researchers considerations play a role, even decisive in making a set of objects to be studied. It is clear that the value obtained based on a sample of research depends on researchers who give considerationThe results showed the interaction of the actors in the control of agricultural land in the city of Pekanbaru occurred between the Department of Spatial Planning and the Mayor's Office for Spatial Pertanian.Dinas provide the area or place for agriculture, but people who want to cultivate agricultural land must take care of permission to the mayor through Pertanian.Setelah Department permission, new people can cultivate land tersebut.Alih function of agricultural land in the city of Pekanbaru done by the owner of the land or the land itself. Because in Pekanbaru city average of agricultural land owned by an individual or individuals. In addition, the socialization of land conversion is still very lacking in Pekanbaru. Abstract

Key to the success of an enterprise isnot only lie in the equipment used, but also on the human and other resources.They will determine whether or not worked so satisfied workforce remains thesubject and purpose of personnel management. Job performance is a result ofwork achieved in executing the tasks assigned to him were carried out on theskills, experience and seriousness as well as time. In other words that theperformance was the work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assignedto him in accordance with defined criteria.This research was conducted at PT. Cerenti Subur - Kuantan Singingi. Thepurpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the implementationof the working procedures and discipline of work on employee performance in theproduction of PT. Cerenti Subur - Kuantan Singingi.In this study, the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS. Todetermine the sample using the formula Slovin, methods of sampling withaccidental sampling. Techniques of collecting data through interviews,observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, classicalassumptions and multiple linear regression, the implementation of workprocedures in this study included three indicators are situational, maintainingstability and modern and the discipline of work is represented by three indicators,namely on time, adherence to regulations and ability to maintain tools. Abstract

Evolution of independent music begins when some bands got to entry the studio because a conflict interest between the owner of record company with idealism in music of the band itself. Some record company think that the flow of the music can not be enjoyed by the public, don’t have the quality and do not follow mainstream music market. This makes indie musicians chose the internet as a promotional strategy to embrace the market share of his own music at social networking. ReverbNation advantages lie in the field of music as well as the latest music features are audio streaming for free. This study aims to determine strategy indie band marketing on internet with content marketing, mobile marketing, continuous marketing, digital intergrated marketing, and visual marketing in promoting piece of music at ReverbNation.com. This study uses qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive analysis. The collection of data obtained based on the fact that occurred in the field through observations, interviews, and documentation. New media theory approach by Livingstone. Informants in this study amounted to 5 by using purposive sampling technique, which consists of musicians indie band Pekanbaru simultaneously active users ReverbNation account. Data were analyzed using analysis interactive model of Miles and Huberman. And testing techniques using the data validity extension of participation and triangulation. From the results of this study found that internet marketing strategies indie band Pekanbaru in promoting piece of music at ReverbNation.com through a variety of indicators including: 1.) Content marketing to upload songs, videos and photos of bands such as documentation during a gigs, selling merchandise, then share location using google maps. 2.) Mobile marketing using a smartphone and access the Internet directly from their gadget so that the campaign carried out more efficiently. 3.) Continuous marketing, informants established communication with visitors of the page to create closeness and respond to criticism for the sake of improvement of quality. 4.) Integrated digital marketing, linking uploads the band to all applications of social media such as twitter, facebook, myspace to reach variety consumers. 5.) Abstract

Development technology and information has been widely used by companies to improve employee performance. One such company is PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai. The company uses an intranet media. Information technology such as the Internet, creates economic value by acting as leverage and the utilization of human resources and other physical resources owned by the company. Companies that have the resources and capabilities of information technology in the form of intranet has a positive relationship with the employee's performance.In theory Resources Based Theory states the relationship between information technology and corporate performance. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the use of intranet in improving the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai.The method used in this research is quantitative method with the kind of explanation survey. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The location of this research is PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai. Total population of 50 people, and the whole used as respondents. Sampling using census techniques. To find out how much influence these two variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. Questionnaires for data processing, is done by using the program Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 20.Results of research on the use of intranet in improving the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai, regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 10.260 + 1.264 X with a significance level of 0.00. significance value 0.00 smaller than the value of 0.05. This indicates that the H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. It mean the use of intranet consisting of indicators of e-information, e-communication and e-transaction has an influence on improving the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai measured by indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, efficiency and independence.Keywords : Intranet, Employees Performances

Abstract

The rise of social media is the new media can be used as marketing at once to do consumer interaction, called social media marketing. One of the social media marketing which is now popular among business people, IE blackberry messenger. Through this application can send a message text, sound, and images for free about their business or place information and promotions offered from their products so that it formed an interest to buy from someone, with the blackberry messenger messages or information submitted can attract the attention of consumers so that it appears consumer interest was bought from them. It is utilized by the sales marketing PT Agung Automall (Agung Toyota) Harapan Raya Pekanbaru, to draw the attention or interest of consumers buy in blackberry messenger. The purpose of this study, i.e. to find out how big the influence of social media marketing through blackberry messsenger against consumer interest in buying PT Agung Automall (Agung Toyota) Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. The theory used in this research is the theory of S-O-R by Hovland and the concept of social media marketing as a supporter. The methods used in this study i.e. quantitative empirical research methods. Researchers gather data using questionnaires and documentation. The location of this research, PT Agung Automall (Agung Toyota) Harapan Raya located at JL. h. Imam Munandar/Harapan Raya Tip No. 13 Pekanbaru. The number of samples for the study that is as much as 91 respondents, using the technique of withdrawal sample Simple Random Sampling. For the sake of knowing how big the influence both of these variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. While the test questionnaire for data processing, is done using Statistics program Product anf Service Solution (SPSS)20 version of Windows. Based on the results of a simple linear regression for the study of the influence of social media marketing through blackberry messenger consumer buying interest against the PT Agung Automall (Agung Toyota) Harapan Raya Pekanbaru, the regression coefficient values obtained in this study were Y = 0.548 X + with 2.442 level significance 0.000. Of course smaller than α = 0.05. That is, there is the influence of social media marketing through blackberry messenger consumer buying interest against the PT Agung Automall (Agung Toyota) Harapan Raya Pekanbaru 55.3% and enter influencial in the category of being. H0 is rejected and thus Ha is received.JOM

Abstract

Is a person with disabilities or physical state of the biological system is different from other in general. Persons with disabilities is a group of people who have been marginalized and often discrimination in social and political life. This research on the government role in protection for people with disabilitiiesin pekanbaru (study on the organization welfare associations with disabilities). This research on the government role in social protection welfare associations with disabilities in pekanbaru include things about the government concern for disabled people is done though organization welfare associations with disabilities (PKPC). Organization welfare associations with disabilities is an organization or institution whose existence is expected to play an active role in the struggle for justice and welfare rights for people with disabilities as citizens as well as delete a variety of views and poor judgment against the disabled. To determine the role of government to the people with disabilities can be seen from the questionnaires distributed. Researchs to test the validity and realiability to 30 samples to determine wheter the question in the questionnaire can answer the problem of research. Researchers using spearman correlation analysis because the collected in the from ordinal data. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Perda No. 3 in 2009 About Levy's service in the field of Land Transport Levy specifically about the Organization of parking at the curb and to know the common factors that affect the evaluation of Perda No. 3 in 2009 About Levy's service in the field of Land Transport in particular in Retribution the inaugural at the edge of the road.The concept of the theory is a theory that the author use Dunn, there are 6 (six) evaluation indicators, namely: effectiveness, efficiency, sufficiency, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy policies. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.From the results of the qualitative analysis of descriptive data from the evaluation, rule number 3 2009 Areas of Levy of service in the field of Land Transport (case study on the curb parking rates in General) are categorized yet feels maximum, evidenced from the still high number of violations and irregularities committed by the interpreter with the parking levy rates in excess of parking Ordinance that is in the local regulations for personal gain. Factors that hinder this perda evaluation is still lack of supervisory officers, the lack of availability of land, the lack of participation of the people and the Act of thuggery.Keywords: evaluation, Parking, parking Rates at the edge of public roads
