Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of motivation on the quality of service at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru branch. Implementation of motivation as a variable X and the quality of service as a variable Y. This study refers to the ERG theory of Clayton Alderfer (1972) which says there are three groups, namely the need for existence, relatedness and growth, where samples were used that customer PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru branch with respondents as many as 100 customers. To determine the number of samples used formula slovin, while the collection of data used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The measurement technique using a Likert scale with answers which were given a score of 1-5, while the statistical test equipment used is linear regression, the coefficients of determination and t test. From the discussion that is seen from the need for existence, relatedness and growth undertaken by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru branch can be seen that the implementation of the provision of motivation have been effective and well categorized and significant effect on the quality of service.Keywords : Motivation , Quality of Service , existence , relatedness and growth

Abstract

Community and news are two variable that are currently inseparable. In general, people put mass media function at the level of needs. Thus, reciprocation of the mass media business is partly determined by people‟s appreciation for the precentation of news in the mass media. The type crime news is presented in a variety of versions ranging from robbery, sexual assault, accident until the news of the murder. Information about crime news easier for people to know in detail about the security situation is happening arround their lives. Furthermore, the public can raise awareness and preventive measures to avoid criminal acts which at times can happen to anyone. Research application of journalistic ethics is intended to describe in concrete terms the implementation of the code of ethics of journalism on Crime News (news murders) in Pekanbaru daily MX. Subsequently, describe the factors that cause violations of the journalistic code of ethics.Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is data analysis technique is a model of data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman interactive model. While the technique of data authenticity through the extension of participation and triangulation.Results of the analysis of documents and interviews showed that most of the journalistic code of ethics has been adopted by Pekanbaru MX causative factor has not fully implemented the code of ethics of journalism, among others: (1) situational aspects, (2) short reporting limit, and (3) that the newspaper enthused by readers. As a result there is a whole chapter on journalism ethics on crime news in Pekanbaru MX murder has not been implemented to the maximum by reporters and editors Pekanbaru MX.Key Words : Mass Media, Code Ethics Journalism, Crime News

Abstract

Unemployment could only be solved by national development which is intended to achieve economic growth and social through creating employment opportunities and use their labor in the right place and adequate. Continuing high figure of unemployment in Siak Regency due to some of the one of them is that there is an indication information system that is not transparent information delivery job opportunities available to job seekers. Not enforced transparency and lack of communication between provider safety with job seekers has led to job seekers difficulties to get information on job opportunities offered by provider safety problems or are. How this strategy The Government to reduce unemployment in Siak Regency in 2011-2013 and what obstacles in carrying out its strategies the government to reduce unemployment in Siak Regency in 2011-2013?Types of research that used in this research is qualitative research . Location in this research is in the location or was to take in the region Siak Regency with 12 people as informers in this research. Technical data collection that is used; an interview, observation and documentation. After the data obtained together, and ordered and classified the focus of his research and theme. Penganalisaan data in this research by the descriptive qualitative research, namely by means of giving the impression in general from the research that produce data about the words orally and in writing and behaviors that can be observed the variables are examined and served with an explanation and the explanation based on data research results.Based on the results of research it can be concluded that the Government's trategi in reducing unemployment in Siak Regency in 2011-2013, is job canvassing, job expo, dissemination information of job market, is not going to the fullest because the Government is Social Service Manpower and Transmigration Siak Regency too focused on the number of workers who are registered in yellow cards, whereas the number of which was not been counted more than the been counted. The question and in this research to be able to run a strategy that will be done with maximum need to carry out the socialization to the public to be diligent search for information and want to come to job market and guidelines on conditions of safety.Key words : Strategy, The Government, Siak Regency, Unemployment

The purpose of this Research was conductedto determinethe effect of the implementation of the marketing strategy of the interst of patient in Hospitals of Syafira Pekanbaru.As for location of this research is at industry of brick addressing in Subdistrict of Great Tenayan, Kulim, Pekanbaru representing distributor of product marketing brickIn this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is Population in this research in entire/all unit of[is effort industry of brick which is gone the round of in Subdistrict of Great Tenayan, Kulim, Pekanbaru with amount 60 unit of[is effort. To determine sampel use census. Abstract

Property tax revenues are essential to the development of facilities and infrastructure in the village of Koto Taluk sub-districts Kuantan Tengah district Kuantan Singingi. The state can provide the facilities and infrastructure for the public use of tax funds. Payment of taxes we do to improve the living standards of future generation. The nation’s progress is determined by the consciousness of the people’s to understand and pay taxes properly.The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that affect the low property tax revenues in the village Koto Taluk sub-districts Kuantan Tengah district Kuantan Singingi in years 2012-2014. Types of research is a qualitative research (research that cling to the naturalistic paradigm and phenomenology), the informant many as 14 people.The results of research, affecting the low property tax revenues in the village Koto Taluk sub-districts Kuantan Tengah district Kuantan Singingi in years 2011-2014. Influenced by internal and external factors. External factors affecting low property tax consists of, weak legal system and bureaucracy, weak capacity of government officials and budget, weak public administration and system control/supervision can’t be carried properly. While external factors affecting the low property tax consists of intellectual development level of public education and lack of public awareness of the property tax.Keywords: Low Acceptance Factors, Property Tax

Abstract

Republic of Indonesia is a democratic United Nation.Democracy is government system from people by the people and for the people.One of implementation of democracy in Indonesia at this moment is by giving right and autonomous authority from the central government to the regional government.In this case,implementation of Government’s programs can be reached successfully by Regional Government.In accelerating in reaching out all the purposes,our government implemented E_Government .The purpose of this program is how to realize democratic ,transparent,fair, accountable, responsible, responsive, efficient and effective government. One of realization of the program is by implementing Electronic_Identity Card. Based on data from 2011 – 2014 at Departement of Population and Civil Registration Rokan Hulu Regency,Sub_District Unit Office Bonai,researcher found many problems about Electronic_Identity Card Service.The problems were about distribution forms of Electronic_Identity Card,the number of operators was not enough yet,electrical supplies,socialization,limited facilities and budgeting for buying generator.The problems influenced quality service for people in getting the Electronic_Identity Card. This research used qualitative method.In solving the problems is that the central and regional government have to cooperate in preparing facilities for giving the best service for people who wants to get the Electronic_Identity Card at Departement of Population and Civil Registration Rokan Hulu Regency,Sub_District Unit Office Bonai.Keywords : Implementation, government, demoracy

Abstract

This research will describes the influence of the development policy of IHT (Tobacco Industry) against Indonesian tobacco exports to Germany (2009-2012). There is a controversy of this tobacco business development. Arising from the consciousness of society and the environment make tobacco production presence was opposed by the public. Even the issue addressed by the developed countries to make a policy regarding tobacco restrictions. Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC), an international agreement of the parties (Parties) auspices of the World Health Organization (WHO) on tobacco control. Basic manufacture of this agreement is due to tobacco was considered harmful to health publik.Hal This makes the Indonesian government set a policy IHT development which is one of the priority industries in accordance with the Presidential Decree 28/2008 on National Industrial Policy. Roadmap IHT has also been arranged on Permenperin 117 / M-IND / PER / 2009. IHT development policies are structured to afford competitive in the global market by taking into account health aspects. This research shows that the development of the policy set for the export trade of tobacco have the influence. First, the German demand for imported tobacco decreased. Secondly, the selling price of tobacco also decreased and reduction in tobacco purchases because of overseas market demand reduced.Keywords : Tobacco, The development policy of IHT, Trade, Influence of Policy

Abstract

Tourism is one of the new industries which are able to accelerate economic growth and employment, boosting incomes, living standards and to stimulate other productive sectors. This prompted the Department of Culture and Tourism Rokan Hulu to create the attraction Airpanas Hapanasan with the aim to increase the budget and make the area one of the leading tourist attraction in the province of Riau. In increasing the number of visitors needed an effective marketing strategy to create attraction. The aim of this study was to determine how the marketing strategy undertaken by the Department of Culture and Tourism Rokan Hulu in increasing tourist arrivals area and outside the region. In addition, this study also aims to mengetehaui factors supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of marketing strategies.This study used qualitative research methods. Subjects in this study consisted of seven people and data collection techniques are grouped into three sections, namely; in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis interactive model of Miles and Hubermen, using a technique that checks the validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.Results of this study show that the marketing strategy of Culture and Tourism Rokan Hulu is decisive segmentation, perform targeting, promotion through print media and online media. Supporting factors in conducting marketing strategy is the attraction Airpanas Hapanasan an asset in the regions, the object of Hapanasan Airpanas tourists are also breeding butterflies, children's playground as well as outbound, and the location of Rokan Hulu directly adjacent to West Sumatra. Inhibiting factor is the lack of cooperation with a third party / private sector in managing attractions Airpanas Hapanasan the minimnnya intensity of promotion by local governments in promoting attractions Airpanas Hapanasan the professionalism, knowledge in promoting regional tourism is still minimal and competition attractions same become an obstacle to the government in promoting the tourist attraction.Jom

Abstract

The research present describe the smoke activity by students of Junior High School in Pekanbaru city (study case students of Junior High School in Pekanbaru city). Nowdays smoke activity have done by people in Indonesia, and especially smoke activity was doing by teenagers likes student and kids. Smoke can damaged healthy man althought active or passive smokers.The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Pekanbaru City and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan research such as student of Junior High School in Pekanbaru city.The conclusion of this research are the smoke activity by students Junior High School in Pekanbaru City has known from family and their friends. The influence factors are the school friend that can push student to know and try for smoke. And social settings that influence student to get smoke are permissive act parents, friends environment, pshycology satisfied from students that has try for smoke.Keywords: smoke, activity and students.
