Abstract

This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Sociology. With th e title“Housewives The NewsstanInd Pekanbaru City”. Problem that discuss in the thesis is describing thecharacteristics of the mother the newspaper vendor in terms of the social and economic factors areaffecting the mother worked as a newspaper vendor of the functions of his family as a wife and housewife. Entry of the women in the pulicb sector that aims to help meets the needs of families and theimpact in a floating on the function of his fam ily.The subject of this research amounting to 7 people, and that is locations of them in the SKA, ared light Sudirman and expextations of thhieg hway, a red light of hope highways and kapling, thestop light intersections of arifin ahmad, a red light hit the police, and near Gramedia Library. Thesampling used in this study is a techniquie accidental sampling. The method used method ofqualitative. The theory used to this issue is the theory of structure back whether you thinkfunctionalism is used Talcot Parsons, this theory explains that every thing which when integrated in agroup then the proficiency level has functions, as well as femalesp naepwer vendor. Poverty makeswomen require have a dual role is to play a role in matters of domestic and the public.The results in general, the writer can say that most women who worked as the newspapervendor at the junction of the red light is those wahreo low, which is a eelmentary school and middleschool. The execution of the economic functions for the mother’s family newspaper vendor inpekanbaru city be emplemented by the mother because she wanted to help the family economic. Thefunction of the economic is to meet the needs of families is usually done by the husband but if herhusband has nothing but a mother who is going to carry out economic functions. The functions ofaffection in the mother’s family newspaper vendor carried out in shifts between a mother, childrenand husbands in accordance with the conditions. The functions of sosialization in the familynewspaper vendor was carried out by wives and husbands in accordance with the portions. Abstract

The importance of land uses for the person or legal entity demands guarantees of legal certainty over land, particularly on the status of ownership of land rights relating to land of certificate will provide clarity about the person or legal entity becomes the holder of the rights over the land, nor the certainty about the layout, the broad restrictions, and so on. Therefore the national land Agency Pekanbaru is a government agency responsible for providing services in accordance national land Agency Chief Regulations of the Republic of Indonesia number 1 of 2010 on standard services and Land Arrangements. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of the national land Agency Chief Regulation number 1 of 2010 about the standard of service and land Arrangement and the factors that influence the national land Agency Chief Regulations of the Republic of Indonesia number 1 of 2010 on standard services and Land Arrangements.The concept of the theory that the author use is public policy, implementation of policy and public services. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses the techniques of observation, interview and the study of librarianship. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.The results of this research show that the implementation of the national land Agency Chief Regulation number 1 of 2010 about the standard of service and Setting of land not yet running optimally. It can be seen from to benefits and have not yet any change after the enactment of the national land Agency Chief Regulation number 1 of 2010. The factors that inhibit the implementation of the national land Agency Chief Regulation number 1 of 2010 about the standard of service and setting the amount of the Land is the lack of adequate human resources di BPN the city of Pekanbaru, as well as the lack of good communication between agencies-agencies that deals in the management of the registration certificate of the land first.Keywords: implementation of policy, Service, Land Certificates and registration first.

Abstract

High employee performance will have an impact on company performance. Employee performance is not a coincidence, but many factors influence among the supervision and motivation.This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the supervision of the oil palm plantation company leader in the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir-Bengkalis, to identify and analyze the motivation of employees of oil palm plantation companies in the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis, to determine and analyze the performance of the company's employees in the oil palm processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis, to determine and analyze the effect on performance monitoring and motivation of employees in the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis. This research is descriptive quantitative statistical calculations. The statistical analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population in this study are employees of the processing plant as many as 78 people. The sample used in this study are taken entirely from the overall number of population.The results showed that the supervision of the leadership at the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir-Bengkalis in the category "very good". Motivation of employees of the company at the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis in the category "very good". Performance company employees on employee processing plant in PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis overall performance of employees in the category "High". Supervision and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the company's employees in the oil palm processing factory of PT. Abstract

Berbual dalam dendangan program is a talk show program which aims to provide knowledge and information to discuss about malay culture. This program is based on reality of society Riau who lack knowledge about the malay culture. The aim of this study was to determine how the material covered, the program strategy in attracting audiences and interests of the audience’s response.This study used qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were based on the fact the field through observations, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 8 people are composed of the program manager, produser and host, two humanists and 4 people in the crowd were selected based on purposive sampling. As for the examination of the validity of the data the researchers used a technique of triangulation.These results showed that the material covered on the Riau Television program berbual dalam dendangan in preserving the culture of the malay namely the malay arts, customs and culinary wither. The material chosen according aspects of malay culture and overall depict malay culture. As well as strategies berbual dalam dendangan program to attract viewers. The strategy used consists of the selection time slot, the appropriate host, the guest speaker on topic, packaging, and outreach programs broadcast. The strategy is executed during the delivery period berbual dalam dendangan program to attract audiences. Audiences response about this program managed to attract viewers and provide new knowledge about the malay culture. Most of the audiences gave a positive response about the material and packaging the program then there is also a negative response on the consistency of views, setting and concept studio, variety of topics as well as creations when opening berbual dalam dendangan program.Keyword: program, culture, malay, talkshow, studies, descriptive

Abstract

The research in this thesis is a descriptive quantitative research, the author describes matters relating to the quality of service ticketing in PT. Syam Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. Data collection methods used in this study was a questionnaire in the form of written questions given to respondents that aims to determine the quality of service ticketing in PT. Syam Tour and Travel Pekanbaru and to know the efforts in improving the quality of service ticketing in PT. Syam Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. Known to the acquisition of the total score of each variable ticketing service quality research at PT. Sham Tour and Travel Pekanbaru as follows : Tangibles with a total score of 865 points, a total Empathy with a total score of 800 points, Reliability with a total score of 782 points, Responsiveness with a total score of 1,200 points, Assurance with a total score of 859 points. Thus the quality of service ticketing in PT. Syam Tour and Travel Pekanbaru considered still need improvement to the quality of ticketing services to customers of PT. Syam Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. Known quality of service ticketing in PT. Syam Tour and Travel Pekanbaru pretty good and less good. It is known from the acquisition of each of the variables that the authors describe in a research questionnaire that was distributed to the respondents / customers in PT. Abstract

Levies are local taxes as payment for services or granting special permits provided and granted by the regional government for the benefit of individuals or bodies. A phenomenon that can be seen in the field, namely: 1. The collection of the levy exceeds a predetermined from tariff of local regulations No. 10 of 2012 concerning levy waste services / cleanliness. 2. Facilities and infrastructure is inadequate due to a lack of fleets. 3. Less irregular schedule due to lack of transport of the fleet. This study aims to find out what are the factors that affect the implementation of Regulation No. 10 Year 2012 on Service Fees Waste / Hygiene in Marpoyan Damai District in 2014.This research uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The data source consists of primary data is data that is obtained from the Marpoyan Damai District. While secondary data is data sourced from the Marpoyan District documentation of Peace as well as revenue. The collection of data through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis techniques of data is presentation of data analysis techniques, and drawing conclusions and testing.The results showed that the order to determine the factors that inhibit the levy garbage / hygiene in the Marpoyan Damai district includes variables as follows: (1) The communication is meant process of delivering the policy objectives of retribution garbage from the District Marpoyan Peace by means of socialization to the community topdown. (2) Resources are defined in this study is for the overall financial and nonfinancial factors needed to carry out the organizational activities of the activities in the program districts fare collection and transportation of garbage. (3) Disposition referred to in this research is the attitude of the district head has shown firmness to the janitor in fare collection and transportation of garbage. (4) The structure of the bureaucratic point is the composition and the relationship between the unit and its functions and operational procedures within institutions related agencies working unit.Keywords: public policy, policy implementation, public service

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the forms of participation of the Community Care Fire (MPA) which has been formed in accordance Bunut Head Decree (SK) issued Head Bunut. As for the background of this research is not maximal MPA performance of the well. This study uses the theory that emphasizes community participation Cohen and Uphoff approach in order to explain the phenomena encountered in the field. This study used qualitative methods, while the technique of collecting data using interviews, observation and discussion with sources of research. Furthermore, the data in the form of data qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive data analysis techniques.The results showed that the group Concerned Citizens Fire as important actors in society in implementing land and forest fire prevention have not been able to carry out their duties properly due to lack of facilities and the seriousness of Community Care in a fire that had been expected to participate according to Head Bunut. Moreover, many people who do not know or have not been the emergence of public awareness of the impact of the burning of land and forests. So that this condition makes a lot of land and forest fires occurred in the District Bunut.The results also show that the social scope of the interaction between society, business and government have not been established. This of course have an impact on the political scope of public support for participation. While the scope of the economy also declined due to the impact of forest and land fires.Keywords: Community Participation, Community Groups Concerned Fire, Land and Forest Fires.

Abstract

Nowadays, trend fashion has been reach the Muslim dress that in recent years was ogled by some Indonesian designer. So now appear some trends, one of them is hijab syar’i. If looking at the phenomenon in social media instagram that show the existence of the people who wear hijab syar’i, it causes the appearence of the term fashion icon hijab syar’i. The activities such as review look, endorser, life style trensetter, and dakwah wass also done by fashion icon hijab syar’i in Pekanbaru. The aim of this research is to know their motive in wearing hijab syar’i, front stage life, and back stage life of fashion icon hijab syar’i.This research used qualitative method and using phenomenology approach. There are three informant fashion icon hijab syar’i in this research from Pekanbaru that was chosen purposively. The data was collected through observation, deep interview, and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.The result of this research shows that the motive of fashion icon hijab syar’i in wearing hijab syar’i, is past motive such as fashionable motive, psikological motive, and theological motive. While the motive of hope is to deepen their religious knowledge and inspire others. Their activity in the front stage is OOTD or Outfit of the Day, endorse, life style, and dakwah. The manner or style that they want to build is polite and elegant woman and relaxed Muslimah. Meanwhile the attribute of their appearance is veil (Khimar), dress (Gamis), manset, socks, shoes, accessories, and bag. The activities in the back stage are household activity, gathering with other fashion icon hijab syar’i, business and pengajian. The attribute of their appearance are khimar that is wore simply or sliding khimar and syar’i dress that is wore depend on the situation of mukhrim. Besides that, this research categorize three kinds of fashion icon hijab syar’i in Pekanbaru, they are modist fashion icon hijab syar’i, simple fashion icon hijab syar’i, and totaliter fashion icon hijab syar’i.Keyword: self presentation, trend fashion, hijab syar’i, motive, social media, back stage, front stage

Abstract

Implementation of simple livable home development program is support program from government to poor society, left behind and located in improvement residential quality area. The aim of the program is to improve and provide society bacis infrastructure needs, in village which implemented through public empowerment system but in the implementation of simple livable home development happen irregularity that is caused of lack in controlling in impelemtation of simple livable home development.The theory concept that used is implementation. For analyzing in impelentation of simple livable home development in Bagan Sinembah village Rokan Hilir regency, researcher used theory George R. Terry. The researcher aims to know the implementation of simple livable home development simple livable home development in Bagan Sinembah village Rokan Hilir regency. The researcher uses qualitative research with descriptive method. In collecting data, researcher uses key informant as information source and triangulasi technique as source in data validity test.The result of research shows that implementation of simple livable home development is not suitable with the regulation which mean happen irregularity in implementation of simple livable home development in Bagan Sinembah village Rokan Hilir regency which included planning, organizing, implementation and controlling need support by all of administrator as well as relevant authorities in order to the better implementation of simple livable home development in the future.Key Words : Implementation, Simple Livable Home Development, Public Empowerment

Abstract

The BPPPAKB is one of the leading institution of Riau Province in realizing justice and gender equality in all development in Riau Province. The application of the gender mainstreaming is instructed to all ministries of national government. The aim of this research is to know and analyze the function and factors which influence the BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing the Presidential Instruction No. 9 Year 2000 About Gender Mainstreaming In National Development. The result of this research show that the function of BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing that presidential instruction is not maximal yet. From the data it can be seen that there wewe a gap in fulfiling the basic right between male and female also, it ca be clearly seen that some of government buildings are gender bias meanwhile, the factors that influence the BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing that presidential instruction were the existanc of patrialism culture in our society, especially on those who took policy; weak socialization about gender mainstreaming from the chairperson to the staff, the existence of ego sectoral; disaggregated data; and the stereotype that gender mainstreaming is identical to the female. Last, the lack of chairpersons commitment to realize the gender mainstreaming.Key word: function, gender mainstreaming
