Abstract

Based on Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 Concerning Civil Servant Discipline described in Chapter II Obligations and Prohibition Article 3, paragraph 11, 12 and 17 affirmed that the civil servants, including teachers, are required to come to work and comply with the terms of working hours and the civil service employee shall achieve the goals set forth and obey the rules set by the official authorities. Field observations there are problems in SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Putih among others, the teachers are often not present in the teaching, the teacher was present and did not come home on time for no apparent reason, the class that does not implement the learning process. This study aims to determine labor discipline teacher in SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir District and the factors that hinder the implementation.The author uses the theory of discipline according to Anwar Prabu Mangkunagara that preventive discipline (attempt to work the discipline) and corrective discipline (implementation of disciplinary sanctions). This study used a qualitative descriptive approach using key informant with data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation.Work Discipline research results Teachers SMK Tanah Putih 1 Rokan Hilir is still not discipline, it is because SMK N 1 Tanah Putih has not been able to exercise the discipline of preventive and corrective discipline optimally.Inhibiting factors in the discipline of teachers, among others: the persistence of negligence on the part of teachers in implementing the obligation of the school, the lack of responsibility of a teacher to his students in the learning process, a lack of supervision and the imposition of sanctions by the school, the salaries are slightly obtained by the highest honor teachers only 1 (one) million. With salaries like that principals can apply less rigor because the discipline does not fit what is acceptable to the responsible work. Still the teachers who do not master science and technology. There is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure SMK Tanah Putih N 1 is of means of information (internet) as well as practice equipment.Keywords : Discipline, Work, Teachers

Abstract

This study is a contemporary study that discusses the efforts of Non-Governmental Organizations in the European Union in dealing with honor killings in their country especially in Germany. Honour killing is a phenomenon that occurs in the patriarchal family where a group of men killing their female children or women in the family who is deemed to have brought shame and ruin the family honor. Forms of honor killing is varied, either by being killed, burnt or tortured to death. This action is considered to restore the value of the honor that has been broken, and to strengthen the role of the man in control of his family. Because in the family and the woman is not entitled to refuse anything. This act have occurred in various parts of the world, including European Union. Where the perpetrators of honor killing is mostly derived from groups of migrants that came from Turkey, Pakistan and Kurdish. Type of this research is descriptive analysis. The writer try to describe and explain about NGOs‟s role in solving honour killing which occurred in all over European Union‟s country.The phenomenon of honour killing was motivated by a variety motives, such as refusing arranged marriages, asking for divorce, and being too western, and demands her freedom. Overall, this research is about how NGOs can reduce an honour killing act and keep the security for women, especially for women‟s right.Keywords: Honour killing, NGOs, Women, Violence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know how the socialization in the family and what were the religion values that was socialize of the family in Sebele village of Belat subdistrict of Karimun regency. When was praying together and jumat prayer the number of childrens were little than the adult peoples or old peoples, the childrens always spoke filthy and unpolite to their friends and to adult.To know how the socialization in the family, what were the religion values that was socialize of the family in Sebele village of Belat subdistrict of Karimun regency, so the writer collected the data used interview guidence technique with respondences. The population of this research was the whole of the society that profess of Islam that had the childrens which attain the age of 7-13 years old. In this research, the writer used purposive technique sampling in taking the data, purposive technique sampling is taking the data based on certain creteria or certain judgment. The writer decided that 20 females and 20 childrens as the samples.The result of the research showed that religion values that socialize in family consisted of realization of praying, recite an Al-quran, Ramadhan fasting, the attitude to the parents include the polite attitude and the attitude to their friends were run well. It was suitable with the purpose, there were; planting the religion values to the childrens as a directive in implementation of Islam. If we seen from the percentage, the number of not quite in implementation of religion values was adequate good. This things based on the theories were influenced of how the socialization that accepted of childrens in family. The religion attitude of the childrens in family included realization of praying, recite an Al-quran, Ramadhan fasting, the attitude to the parents and attitude to the friends were adequate good. But, the childrens still did the violation of the religion values and religion norm, this happened because of the control of the parents was so weak.Key words: Socialization, Religion Values, Childrens’ attitude

Abstract

The research was conducted with purpose to know the factors, the effects,and the solutions of the field’s use conflict in Kampung Botung. This researchused qualitative descriptive method that have five respondents to representative ofkampung Botung society. To collected the data, researcher used observation,interview and dokumentation. From the research finding, it can be included thathuman is the creature that have many need in their life and it can be a reason whythe social conflict happen in the society. Based on the research, the social conflictof the field’s use happened in Kampung Botung society. Until now, this problemhave finished not because there were many individual importances. To solved thisproblem, the society used negotation and mediator, but it did not can solveeffectively. But, the two Kampung’s leader did not agreed so that the kampungBotung is seperated by two parts, kampung Botung Atas and Kampung BotungBawah.Key words : social conflict, field’s use.

Abstract

Death is the end of the journey of human life. So death is basically a matter of course, that should not be feared, because sooner or later it will pick up the life of each human being. However, only natural that death is not the main desire of man. Various human effort will always be taken to avoid death, at least slow death came. Ideally death came at a very old age, such as the death of Saur Matua.Saur Matua is the one who died superbly well to have children and grandchildren of the boys and of girls. Saur means complete or perfect where it is said that those who had died had been perfect in kinship, have had children and have grandchildren. So if the deceased perfect in kinship then customary burial ceremony was held perfectly (Saur matua). If it had been a perfect death, then it must be made perfectly pemberangkatannya event, called ulaon na gok (event with full custom). Ulaon na gok implemented maralaman (on the home page). Boan (food) prepared is sigagat duhut (buffalo). In the ceremony Saur matua all the family, siblings, parents, young people and all citizens no matter where he is, like; on the shoreline, fields, settlements in the farm that is located far from villages or other settlements. Abstract

This research was conducted in rural districts Ganting salo Kampar district. The purpose of this study was to analyze the social, cultural, and economic as well as the impact it had on the social environment for women to use drugs. Obtain the necessary data in this study, the authors collected data to descend directly to the location of research and observation and do in-depth interviews. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people. The data obtained was processed in the form of descriptive qualitative analysis. The conclusion from this study is the subject of the age of 36-41 years amounted to 4 people, and aged 41 years and over amounted to 1, the average junior high school graduate informants are all Muslim. All informants residing in their own homes and rata2 mendeliong tribes. And as for drivers of women using drugs there are three reasons caused due to suicide, environmental factors, and the availability of drugs. The research of the results are the background factors of women using drugs terdiriri of factors intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factor is composed of : Religion, Family, Intelligence. While extrinsic factors consist of: Intercourse and social environment, education, economy. Drug abuse carried out by women in the analysis by the lack of faith in women causes women to be involved with drug abuse. Tip : For a family, it gives more attention to the families of both women as wives and women as children. For the government, the public should be more concerned about the economic difficulties the women who formed a working group in order to be more independent woman. For the informant, the informant should be more open to their families if they have heavy loads and any issues.Keywords: Impact, Causes and Drugs

Abstract

Tradition was a synonym of the word "culture" that both result of works. Tradition was a work of the community, as well as a culture. Both affect of each other. The second word was a personification of an unwritten law meaning, and an unwritten laws had become the benchmark norm in society that was considered in good and right. In this Kampung Baru, there was a tradition that had been handed down performed by the residents of Kampung Baru every each month in religious Ramadhan. Tradition was a Khatam Quran Traditions (Raatib Togak). In this study, the informants was numbering of ten people, they had knowledge about togak raatib culture and most of people also perform these activities in routinely. Data retrieval research were conducted by interviews, observations and documentataions. Interview was conducted by a structured interview where the researchers first prepare guidelines the interview. Uniquely, this tradition was only performed by men and in a state of standing in a circle while circling. Togak raatib tradition was carried local residents every night in 27th Ramadan. All of the villages in the district Cerenti only Desa Kampung Baru who routinely performed this togak raatib tradition. And among districts in Riau Province in Kuantan Singingi only did this tradition.Key Words: Tradition, seal Quran, raatib togak

Abstract

Community of Kpopers become a separate phenomenon for youngster in the middle of society, because of have an uniqueness of life style make this community exist and recognized in Pekanbaru. Some ways do community to communicate the existence of self through by imitating the way they dress and cover boygrup dance moves and his idol girl group. This puprpose of this research was determining the motive members to join the community of Kpopers in Pekanbaru, meaning Korean Pop (K-Pop) for community members Kpopers Pekanbaru and communication experience Kpopers community members in Pekanbaru.This research used qualitative methode by phenomenological approach. The informan of research is 5 who represent community member of Kpopers Pekanbaru who selected by purposive technique.Data collection techniques such as participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. This research used data’s analysis technique of phenomenological research according to Creswell by using the technique of persistence observation and extension of participation.The result of research showed that two kindsmotives of community member to join into the community Kpopers Pekanbaru such as because motives form of a hobby dancing that already exist within the community members and the invitation of friends to join the community itself and in order to motives form ofa medium to be known by many people and is also a means to learn about the language and promote themselves and also so that people do not underestimated them. The Korean Pop(Kpop) meaning for Kpopers Pekanbaru community members such as kpop as a medium of selfexpression that is positive and also become a medium for healthy physical community members. Communication experience that community members Kpopers Pekanbaru pleasant communication experience (positive) in the form of acceptance and support from family, add friendship, relations, and get popularity. Second, Negative experience perceived community members Kpopers Pekanbaru such as an underestimated by people and often called “lebay” and also for guys often considered effeminate.Keyword: Phenomenon, Communication, Community, K-popers, Trend Culture

Abstract

This research analyze about Indonesian Diplomacy by Wonderful Indonesia Campaign to increase Indonesia tourism sector in international world, especially during 2011-2015. One of Indonesian Government efforts to increase the tourism sector is by launch a country branding to promote the Indonesia’s wonderful tourism potential. On January 2011, the government under the Culture and Tourism Minister officially launched the new tourism country branding “Wonderful Indonesia” replaced the previous branding “Visit Indonesia”.This research shows how the diplomacy of Indonesia which involves many parties to promote the Indonesia tourism sector by Wonderful Indonesia campaign. As the world largest archipelago and a country with mega-biodiversity, promotion is an Indonesia government priority to shows the world that Indonesia has many destinations supporting the tourism sector and to create the Indonesia good image in international world.The data were collected from many sources like books, journals, and websites that can support this research. In this research, the reseacher uses neorealism perspective to describe the Indonesian Diplomacy by Wonderful Indonesia Campaign. This research will be analyzed and explained by Multi Track Diplomacy. Abstract

Conflict in Yemen has given impact to the region. Saudi Arabia as a country which directly border with Yemen has concerns with expanding of The Shia Houthis movement. By means of the Yemen President request, Saudi Arabia gathering power from its allies and lead a military coalition to rescue the Yemeni Government. And Pakistan is a country that has a very close relationship with Saudi Arabia asked to join with coalition. This research is aimed to explain the foreign policy of Pakistan in Yemen conflict, particularly to respond Saudi Arabia’s appeal to join the in military coalition to fight againts the Houthi group.This research theoretically has built by using Morghenthau Neoclassical Realism perspective on International Relationsand supported by Foreign Policy theory from James N. Rossenau. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoritical framework in this research using qualitative explanation methods.This research also using nation-state as the level of analyze, the focus on this research is explain the causes of Pakistan foreign policy rejection to join in Saudi Arabia military coalition.Reseacrher has formulated answer-hypothesis which revealed the fact that instability of internal security is causes Pakistan refused Saudi Arabia request. Conflict between government and militant groups and fears of Pakistan government with conflict between Sunni-Shia would be worse considering that the sizeable of Shia's influence in Pakistan territory.
