Abstract

This research aims analyze “Indonesian Diplomacy to Singapore in the determination of the sea border in the eastern part of the Singapore’s strait”. The boundary of Indonesian and Singapore comprise the region Singapore’s Strait. But the boundary of Indonesia and Singapore resolved yet. This condition will disturb Indonesia sovereignty in the region.This research use library research method. All data in this research from books, literatur, magazine articles, journals, bulletins, dokuments and websites. This research use theory diplomacy, especislly soft diplomacy that use negotiation as important point. This research use level analysis “Nation State” where the State is the dominant actor who used in interactive world.this research, concluded that the diplomacy of Indonesia to Singapore in the determination of the sea border in the eastern part of the Singapore’s Strait get to success. Indonesia refused the reclamation of Singapore is used as the baseline border, and baselines of Singapore using the normal baseline as a marker standing water line lower, while for Indonesia using the straight baselines and archipelagic baselines as conditions around boundary.Keywords: Diplomacy, Soft Diplomacy, Boundary, Baseline Border, Reclamation.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the implementation of the promotion in PT. Agung Automall, to determine consumer interest in PT. Agung Automall and to determine the effect the implementation of the campaign against the consumer interest in PT. Agung Automall. The formulation of the problem as follows: How does the implementation of the promotion of the interest of consumer automotive products PT. Agung Automall Branch tip Kab.Rokan stone Hulu.This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach as a tool of analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Agung Automall Branch tip Kab.Rokan stone Hulu is located at Jl. Sudirman Kec.ujung Kab stone. Rokan Hulu. Determination of making the number of respondents (samples) conducted through accidental sampling technique using Slovin formula specified number of samples in this study as many as 52 customers. Data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.Results of this study concluded that the respondents From the results of the promotion of the Dealer PT. Agung Automall Branch. Ujungbatu Kab.Rokan satisfactory whereas Hulu in the category of feedback on the results of consumer interest in Dealer PT. Agung Automall Branch. Ujungbatu Kab.Rokan Hulu in the category of very satisfactory. Through t-test there are variables affect the variable X promotion of consumer interest Dealer PT. Agung Automall Branch. Ujungbatu Kab. Abstract

This research was conducted in The Bongkal Malang Village Of Kelayang Sub-district. The purpose of this research is to analyze the aspects of social change happens on the rubber farmers now compared to the past of The Bongkal Malang Village Of Kelayang Sub-district. This study entitled "The Social change Rubber Farmers in The Bongkal Malang Village Of Kelayang Sub-district of Indragiri Hulu regency". The focused topic of the research is problem what is faced by a rubber farmers in The Bongkal Malang Village Of Kelayang Sub-district of Indragiri Hulu regency. The sample in this research is the rubber farmers in The Bongkal Malang Village Of Kelayang Sub-district totaled 92 heads of families. As for the sampling method by using a sampling of saturated (census) is the technique of determination of the sample when all members of a population is used as the sample according to (Sugiyono 2008,2009,2010:68). The author uses descriptive quantitative methods will then be presented empirical evidence based on interviews, questionnaires and observations in field. The results showed a rubber Farmer social changes In social aspects based Bongkal Village consists of social life, social interaction and social status. For the past social life are categorized either, because most of the respondents who are always concerned with the lives of his fellow farmers in particular and society in General. And social interaction of the past even better good of the present, because most of the respondents always interacted socially sasama farmers especially and the community at large. While the social status of the present is better than the past, because most of the respondents already have adequate earnings and a good life. Economic aspects, namely livelihood today is better than the past, because most of the respondents already focuses to farmed rubber, besides having a livelihood moonlighting to make extra income.Keywords: Social Change, A Rubber Farmer

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Village government in implementing the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringging and to determine the factors inhibiting and supporting the role of Village government in the implementation of the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringging.This research was conducted in the of Village Sungai Geringin Kecamatan Kampar Kiri, Kabupaten Kampar district in Riau province. In determining informant in this study determined people who know and get involved in the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringin Kecamatan Kampar Kiri, Kabupaten Kampar, then the necessary data, including primary data and secondary data. For data collection techniques done by interview, observation and literature study. Data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis method.The village governments role in the implementation of the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringging include: 1) improving the quality of human resources of farmers through extension activities and training for farmers onion. 2) provide capital assistance through a revolving fund for farmers onion, this event seeks to help the onion farmers in order to increase agricultural output onion. Assistance provided in the form of compost, seedlings of onion and some farm implements. 3) improve the marketing network of onion because farmers prefer to sell their harvest in place / in the fields. 4) the provision of infrastructure /agricultural infrastructure onion. The inhibiting factor onion planting program in Village Sungai Geringging are 1) lack of human resources involved in implementing the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringging, both in terms of village government and farmers groups onion. 2) the limited budget given to the farmer groups onion in Village Sungai Geringging. 3) the environmental conditions in Village Sungai Geringging erratic which has an impact on the growth of onion in Village Sungai Geringging.Keywords: Role, the Village Government, Planting Program Shallots

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The aim of this study was to determine what elements are in the social system boar hunting in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This study entitled "Social Systems Society Hunting Pigs in Desa Koto Taluk Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi ". Topics focus of this research are the elements of what is in the social system boar hunting in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Samples from this study is that people desa koto taluk. taking samples was done by simple random sampling technique. Key informants are the elder person in the group boar hunting Koto village Taluk totaling 1. While this research Informants Informants are 5 people consisting of members of the group boar hunting in Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and the data was analyzed qualitatively. Data instrument is observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the pig hunt is done in Kuantan Singingi, there are some elements of a social system that was found, that the purpose of hunting pigs, trust and knowledge, and the facilities used. There are four forms of implementation boar hunting game in Kuansing, which Olek Hunting, Hunting Sunday, Tuesday Hunting, Hunting Solek. In the game of hunting there are some functions in society melakuknannya, namely the function of manifest and latent functions, ie functions manifest (Mutual cooperation to combat pests, sport and hobby, Tourism and recreation, social function) b. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the training work instruction on the productivity of the production employees (wood preparation 2) PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang. Training work instruction as an independent variable (X) has formulated the stages of implementation of activities, tools used, or the parameter referenced standards, testing and inspection. While employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees Wood Preparation 2 PT.Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang as many as 92 people.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 17.The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing t 8.263 t count> t table 1,987. This shows that the work instruction Training affect the level of employee productivity. The amount of work instruction Training effect on employee productivity in the Wood Preparation 2 PT. IKPP Perawang amounted to 43.1%.Keywords: training work instruction, employee productivity

Abstract

Phenomena of this research is the development effectiveness in Pekanbaru city that is still much to do in the town center. Her reality is still a lot of development is done only in the city center so no way RTRW pekanbaru city. Whereas in the RTRW cities pekanbaru mention that the focus in the area of development in the periphery.The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of operational supervision of construction of the building by the department of spatial planning and building the city of Pekanbaru. Where to see the development that is still flourishing in the city center when RTRW city pekanbaru pekanbaru mentioned that the construction will be focused into a suburb. From the results of this study found factors that affect surveillance that changes always occur both from outside and from within the organization, organizational complexity requires formal supervision because of the decentralization of power and errors / irregularities committed member organizations require supervision.This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru, the Department of Spatial and Building Pekanbaru City where the sample is head and staff department spatial planning and building cities pekanbaru, the sampling technique used purposive sampling, data collection method is used obserfasi, interviews and documentation. Abstract

Pekanbaru is the strategic areas where the population is increasing and becoming a metropolitan city. Pekanbaru rapid development is also reflected in the rapid growth of existing businesses in various places with various products. Certainly many cafes in pekanbaru like: Cafe D’Neneners, Cafe House Milk, Re Caffe, Fluffy Cafe, Bier Hause Cafe, Cafe Excelso, etc. The presence of other cafes as competitors who sell fresh milk to make Cafe Tong Susu Pekanbaru should strive to increase the number of consumers in addressing the decline in consumers. Therefore, researchers interested in conducting research in order to determine the marketing communication strategy Tong Susu Cafe Pekanbaru in increasing the number of consumers.This study used qualitative methods, collecting data obtained based on the reality in the field of data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects were 1 Owner, 1 manager, 8 consumers, and 4 prospective customers Tong Susu Cafe Pekanbaru are selected using purposive sampling technique. To analyze the results of this study using interactive data analysis techniques, while data validity checking techniques through extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that the strategy of marketing communications Cafe Tong Susu Pekanbaru in increasing the number of consumers Sales promotion activities for promo new menus and discounts. Personal selling activities do live presentations, invited presentations and headed presentation. Activities performed on publicity by publishing logos Tong Susu Cafe Dairy Milk through the cars scattered Pekanbaru city areas while the public relations activities to socialize directly with consumers and potential consumers Tong Susu Cafe Pekanbaru.Direct marketing activities carried out by using that phone, SMS (Short Message Service), and Twitter Mentions. Abstract

Based on Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights stated that decent housing is a basic right of citizen of Indonesia. Currently in Pekanbaru has a number of houses uninhabitable reach 2120 homes. So the Pekanbaru city government to implement a development program simple house habitable conducted with the pattern of community empowerment.This study aims to determine how the implementation and factors - factors that affect the implementation of the housing development with the pattern of community empowerment in Pekanbaru 2013. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach using purposive sampling method with data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation.Results of this research is the implementation of the Housing Development Patterns Community Empowerment in Pekanbaru City in 2013 has not been entirely successful. Factors - factors that affect, among others: Standards and Objectives, Resources, Communication and Implementation Attitudes and Social, Economic and Political.Keywords: Implementation, Home Livable, Community Empowerment
