Abstract

cle of Brotherhood Java Kuantan Singingi is a community organization of Java that is born of a sense of concern for the growing conditions at the time, where ethnic non- ethnic local pressure and unpleasant treatment while waiting for the bus or buy a ticket for travel undertaken by elements that responsible. Fraternal Society organizations Kuantan Java Singingi which until now still exists. Fraternal Society of Java Kuantan Singingi was confirmed in 2006 in the village of Gold Water District of Singingi Regency Kuantan Singingi bersempena on the anniversary of the disesa Transmigration decided. Fraternal Society of Java Kuantan Singingi formed because they are aware that humans require the help of others to meet their needs. Fraternal Society of Java Kuantan Singingi a community that still exists today in the area Kuntan Singingi .This research was conducted to find out what social capital embodied in Kuantan Java Singingi Brotherhood Society . This research was conducted using qualitative method by using purposive technique dimanana research subjects consist of a chairman, deputy chairman, secretary and members of the Brotherhood Society Singingi Kuantan Java. In the Java community, they have a high respect for those considered above. Cohesiveness and solidarity of the social capital that can facilitate a search for a common vision and mission. Social capital embodied in very diverse activities such as sponsorship of orphans, economic empowerment and a member of the Islamic new year peringgatan ( suroan ). The existence of social capital in the Society Brotherhood Singingi Kuantan Java is one of the main components in moving togetherness, solidarity, trust and interrelatedness interrelatedness mengguntungkan to achieve common goals.Keywords: Social Capital, Society, Social Activities

Abstract

The performance of the department cleanliness and landscaping of Bukittinggi in waste management in the city of Bukittinggi in handling the amount of trash scattered and lack of bins supplied does not match the number of inhabitants. To be clear, we propose the following research question: "How Performance operational officer on duty cleanliness and landscaping city bukittinggi" purpose in this study was Want to know how is the performance of the performance of the operational officers in the department cleanliness and landscaping in the city of Bukittinggi. The research method here the authors use descriptive research and data collection techniques used in this research is observation, interview, documentation, using qualitative techniques in which the collected data is processed and qualitatively. From the results of the data shows that based on the research and discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the quality performance of operational personnel and Landscaping Bukittinggi is not maximized. Location shelters while still a ride on the roadside. Transporting procedure is not optimal because of the lack of quantity fleet used so that the working time is not efficient. Department of Hygiene and Bukittinggi should have more than one location of temporary shelters and spread in order to avoid the accumulation of garbage. On the transport procedure, should the fleet used to transport garbage from the garbage temporary shelters to landfills must be fixed and added that the quality of the officer's performance can be more efficient.Keywords: Performance janitor, quality, quantity

Abstract

This study describes the process of conflict and handling conflicts that occurred in the village Terantang Mining District of Kampar. Where the object is the cause of this conflict is the presence of volatile permission granted by government authorities against the mining business, located in the village of Terantang.Sementara that, from the beginning of mining has been rejected by indigenous peoples Terantang village, by reason of damaging the environment and mining areas is still included into the traditional lands of indigenous peoples Terantang.Sementara village, in providing the appropriate government permission in violation of the procedure. Where it should be before the permit is issued must first be approved by the local community and should consider the environmental kersakan will happen. However, it is not done, so this is what makes this volatile conflict. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a qualitative analysis method deskriptif.Dipilihnya this approach as a method of analysis in this study because in this study the focus I want to see is how the settlement of the conflict mineral permits in the village Terantang class C Mining District of Kampar , Keywords: agrarian, indigenous peoples and conflict.

Abstract

The success of the development is inseparable from the dedication of the apparatus of Government in carrying out its duties properly, because in practice it takes a clean government apparatus, authoritative and has high capabilities. The embodiment of a functioning State apparatus serving the public, professional, transparent, free of corruption, collusion and nepotism. To create a good government apparatus, then determined from the recruitment process. Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pekanbaru is responsible for the conduct of the procurement officers. This is a function of the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pekanbaru. The process of recruitment is done in order to full fill the needs of civil servants in terms of the number of reliable and have the ability in their field. The purpose of the study is to know the functions of the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pekanbaru in a recruitment officer in the Government environment Pekanbaru and to know the factors that affect the function of the Agency's Staffing area in a recruitment officer in the Government environment Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory used is an organization that started from the guidelines for activities, a source of legitimacy, the standard implementation, a standard of rational motivation and basic organizing. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation, and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and analysis of the data.The results of this research resulted in the conclusion that the role of the Agency in the implementation of Regional Staffing recruitment officers in the Government environment Pekanbaru has been running well the views of the activity guidelines are used, the standard execution of the recruitment, motivation and standards. While that factor – factors affect that affects Body step Kepegawain Area of the city of Pekanbaru in the recruitment of employees in the Government environment Pekanbaru is the infrastructure that has not been adequate as a computer and a human resources recruitment activities have not been adequate in terms of the number of recruitment methods and the control that uses a computer system.Keywords: Recruitment and implementation Functions

Abstract

AbstactPenelitian ini akan menjelaskan kepentingan Indonesia dalam kerjasama lingkungan hidup dalam kerangka Reducting Emission From Deforestation and Degradation dengan Norwegia. Kerjasama yang tertuang dalam surat niat Indonesia terhadap Norwegia yang ditandatangani pada tahun 2010 merupakan salah satu wujud nyata kedua negara dalam menyelamatkan dunia dari kerusakan lingkungan hidup. Isu lingkungan hidup saat ini bukan-lah permasalahan yang dianggap mudah dan sangat mendapatkan perhatian dari dunia in-ternasional karena isu ini berhubungan langsung dengan kehidupan manusia di dunia. Keti-ka permasalahan lingkungan hidup tidak ditanggapi dengan lebih serius, maka miliaran manusia akan kehilangan tempat tinggalnya akibat dari salah satu permasalahan lingkungan hidup yaitu emisi gas karbondioksida yang dihasilkan banyak negara-negara khususnya negara industri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dimana data-data yang didapat dalam penelitian ini berasal dari buku dan website yang relevan dengan permasala-han penelitian yang diteliti. Penelitian ini akan dikaji menggunakan perspektif liberalisme yang akan mengkaji mengenai kerjasama antara negara Indonesia dan Norwegia dan akan dibantu dengan teori pilihan rasional dan kepentingan nasional untuk menganalisa kepent-ingan Indonesia dalam kerjasama dengan Norwegia.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Norwegia dipilih oleh Indonesia se-bagai rekan kerjasama Indonesia dalam menjaga hutan Indonesia karena Norwegia merupa-kan negara kaya yang memiliki komitmen kuat untuk melindungi lingkungan hidup yang dibuktikan dengan kebijakan Norwegia yang memberikan dana hibah kepada negara-negara yang memiliki hutan tropis seperti Indonesia.Kata kunci: REDD+, Deforestasi, Degradasi, Hutan

Abstract

This research is based on several inappropriate Loaning Economic Program (UED-SP) allocations both in the side of bureaucrats or loaners. Sinar Dana UED-SP implementation in terms of giving the loan to the people tends to focus on its orientation of loaner’s ability to return. Meanwhile it should have focused on people’s economic condition and level of entreprises developing nessecity. In addition, some of the loaners do not allocate its fund appropriately which they should have done underway as this program’s objective that is to develop their entreprises yet to another consumptive usages. Both Bureaucrats or people should cooperate one another to UED-SP Program not only to its fund returning development but also loaners’ entreprise development regarding and poor people empowerment. Enhance, the main objective of UED-SP implementation that is to empower society will flourishingly be achieved.The concept of theory is efectivity, revealed by Mahmudi. This research is using qualitative method which analysis the data through describing explaination. Researcher is collecting the data by interview, observation and documentation which use key informan as information resource and triangulation technic measuring its validity of data.As a result of this research that the implementation of Sinar Dana UED-SP Program in Desa Sawah has not been implemented effectively. Although this program has been running and its fund developed well. Yet, the main objective of this program which is aiming to empower poor people. Abstract

This research aim to explain how a product of culture from one nation can influence the relations between two nations. Brasil a country that is rich of cultural heritage aims to influence other nations by means of cultural diplomacy, mainly emphazise on soft power to enhance the its national standing on international scale. Capoeira a cultural product of Brasil, that has been declared as intangible heritage of the world by UNESCO, is rapidly growing internationally. In Indonesia although not as rapidly grow as in european countries, capoeira has make its place as another growing martial arts. This research aims to explain the influence of capoeira on bilateral relationship between Brasil and Indonesia.This research theoretically has built with sociological liberalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by cultural diplomacy theories. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is Capoeira’s influence on Brasil-Indonesia foreign relation.Researcher has formulated an answered-hypothesis which reveals the facts that after the first founding of capoeira grup in Indonesia, up until 2014, Brasil-Indonesia bilateral relations is increasing. After the first capoeira international event held in Jakarta on 2006, the number of agreement both nations formulate increasing from only three to twelve in just three years. The increase of trade volume and also other bilateral aspects while capoeira is growing proves that capoeira as Brasil’s means cultural diplomacy enhance the relationship between the two nations.Key words: Capoeira, Cultural Diplomacy, Bilateral Relations, Influence

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is an interaction that is very important in establishing a good relationship between the educator with students at the orphanage. Through interpersonal communication educator can educate and teach students to be better. The aim of this study is to explain how the educator role of interpersonal communication in shaping positive attitudes of students in orphanages and explain interpersonal relationships educator in shaping positive attitudes of the students at the orphanage.This study was conducted in Pekanbaru Aisyiyah Orphanage located at Jalan Ahmad Dahlan Pekanbaru. This study used a qualitative descriptive study describes and interprets the data. Informants in this study were caregivers, students, and leaders Orphanage using techniques purposiv. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation.These results indicate the role of educator in the form of interpersonal communication positive attitude of the students in the Orphanage Aisyiyah Pekanbaru going well. Interpersonal communication between educator with children educated in orphanages instrumental in helping educator to educate and change attitudes of the students at the orphanage so that students in orphanages have the attitude and behavior is good or positive. Educator relationship interpersonal communication in shaping positive attitudes of students in the Orphanage Aisyiyah Pekanbaru also going well. United states as a country largest economy in the world. with the gross domestic product (GDP) in 2008 amounted to US $ 14.4 trillion. A quarter of the gross domestic product the world based on nominal and a fifth based on of parity purchasing power.Subprime mortgage crisis fueled by an increase in failed to pay mortgages .And seizure house in the united states . It is a negative impact on banks and global money market . The impact of the crisis in the form of an increase in inflation , the fall in the exchange rate , a decline in the economic growth , The collapse of the market index and a number of banks , institutions , corporate experienced difficulty financial and bankrupt .An impact for indonesia is disruption of the financial and trading channels.
