Abstract

Lack of information and socialitation given in Kepenghuluan Kota Paret,leads to a lack of understanding about the infortance of having a birth certificate in daily life cause in lower public interest to register the population documents especially birth certificate. Not a few of them who use the services of pander or asked employees Kepenghuluan to take care of their birth certificate with the administrative coasts are more expensive than it should.In this research the concept of the theory used is proposed by Miftah Thoha,about how a perception can be seen from the four subprocesses,are: 1.Stimulation / Present situation 2.Registration 3.Interpretation 4.Feed Back. In his theory,Miftah Thoha suggests are several factors that imfluance a person’s perception.,are: 1.Psychology 2.Family 3.Culture. The location of the research was conducted in Kepenghuluan Kota Paret Region Simpang Kanan Districts Rokan Hilir. In this research, the researchersin used qualitative research methods to study descriptive data.In the data collection,researchers used interview, observation and documentation.By using keyinforman as a source of information. And to got the informan,the researchers using Snowball Sampling method.The results of this research can concluded that the Public Perception About The Birth Certificate Of Ownership In Kepenghuluan Kota Paret Region Simpang Kanan Districts Rokan Hilir is not good. Therefore expected to governments region Simpang Kanan Districts Rokan Hilir especially Kepenghuluan Kota Paret to provide insight to the entire public,about the importance of having a birth certificate for everyone, and provide services that are cheap,fast and friendly, so that people are not lazy to take care of their birth certificate.Key Words : Perception, Public, Birth Certificate

Abstract

The newspaper of Media Indonesia and Jawa Pos are national media that each has a different point of view in the way of preaching the chaotic The Corruption Eradication Commission KPK and The Police Of Republic Of Indonesia (POLRI). This news was a result of the construction of the two media are framed differently according the editorial policy and viewpoints of both media. To that end, the matter was examined how the news framing of Media Indonesia and Jawa Pos newspaper on KPK versus POLRIduring the period from 23 January to 27 January 2015 2015. This research aims to find out how the framing the proclamation of Media Indonesia Jawa Pos newspaper on the KPK versus POLRI case. As well as to know the ideological representation of the Annunciation KPK versus POLRI in both newspapers.The methods used in this study is a qualitative method of faminganalysis approach. In data collection, researchers using the technique of documentation and interviews. After the data was collected, then the researchers analyzed by using four basic elements framing expressed by Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M Kosicki. The subject of the research is composed of journalists and Media Indonesia and Java Postredakctional devices. The objects in this research is the news of KPKversus POLRI in the Media Indonesia and Jawa Post newspaperJanuary 23, 2015 until January 27, 2015 edition.The results showed that; First, the Jawa Pos framing the KPK leader reporting as swept up as the establishment candidate's Assistant Budi Gunawan as a suspect by the KPK, so reporting the leadership of KPK was a form of criminalization. While the Media Indonesia framing reporting leader KPK as a regular legal process, public speculation that the reporting done because the ' revenge ' Police to the KPK was incorrect. Second, the Jawa Pos in the proclamation of the chaotic KPK-POLRI do alignments against the KPK. Alignments being performed related ideology of Jawa Pos that looks at the institutions of the KPK as most institutions 'clean'. While the ideology of the Media Indonesia in framing news KPK versus POLRI was represented with emphasis on aspects of the law being used in news coverage.Keywords: Framing analysis, news, newspaper

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to determine the perception of tourist to the small industry’s people on track racing event in Kuantan Singingi Regency.This research use descriptive methode to analyze the problems. The sampel inside this research are 50 respondence by usung accidental sampling. And then tecnique to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire, and interview. And it was using likert scale to know the lenght of intervals.Based on the researh of the small marketing people,less productive because of lack attention to create a new bussines, foe example there is not a strore or a special place that provides souvenir, less attractive packaging, bad quality of the product altought the capital to make the souvenirs are not good. Abstract

This research was conducted in Desa Topang Kecamatan Rangsang KabupatenKepulauan Meranti. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors thataffect the farming communities participate execute Program Swasembada Berasand to analyze changes the function of farm families with a 100 % head of thefamily at home. This research entitled “Effect of Program Swasembada Berasagainst Change Function Family Farmers In Desa Topang KecamatanRangsang Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti”. The focus topic of this research iswhat factors are affect the farming communities participate execute ProgramSwasembada Beras and any changes happened to farmer family functions with a100 % head of the family at home. Population and sample in this study populationare farmers participate execute Program Swasembada Beras in Desa Topang 300heads of families. And contain of samples taken 10 % of the farming communitiesparticipate execute Program Swasembada Beras as many as 30 heads of families.Writer used quantitative descriptive the analysis seeks to provide a detailedoverview is based on the fact that there are in the field. Data instruments areobservation and interview. Result show that the dominant factors are affect thefarming communities participate execute Program Swasembada Beras areinternal factor (the actors wants to participate) and exsternal factors; economysuch as low levels of income, socio-cultural and the knowledge factor. Thedominant perception is changes in family functioning is the farmers is economicfunctions that meet the needs of the family, affective function is to provideaffection and attention, whereas socialization functions that provide education inthe family, and protection functions, namely to provide protection, control andcare in the family.Key words: Program Swasembada Beras, Community Farmer, FamilyFunction

Abstract

The Presidential Election is a performance conduced by country that recognizes itself as a democratic state. This research aim to obtaining picture about strategy Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) the winning pair Joko Widodo and Muhammad Jusuf Kalla on the Presidential Election in the Indragiri Hilir district 2014. Strategy is some of tactic to achieve the objectives that have been prepared and that which has been applied. Theory used in this research is democracy, political party, strategy and patron-client. Data collecting technique that writer use is interviews and documents. Whereas the data analysis was done descriptively. The result showed that strategy Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) the winning couple Joko Widodo and Muhammad Jusuf Kalla in the Presidential Election in the Indragiri Hilir district 2014 by : (1) Ofensif Strategy, consist of (a) Developing a network outside political parties, (b) Support of Indragiri Hilir community, (c) Improving the member amount. (2) Defensif Strategy, consist of (a) Maintaining sound granaries, (b) Political recruitment, (c) Political socialization. The potential and strength that is used as a support the winning pair Joko Widodo and Muhammad Jusuf Kalla is : (1) Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa the winning legislative elections 2014, (2) Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa increase the number of seats DPRD (Indonesian legislatives) in legislative elections, (3) The structure of the winning team mate Joko Widodo and Muhamamd Jusuf Kalla.Key words : Strategy, Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa, Presidential Elections

Abstract

The survey was conducted in the village of Bukit Indah Sub District Rakit Kulim DistrictIndragiri Hulu. Population in this research is the oil palm agriculturist in thevillage of Bukit Indah Sub District Rakit Kulim District Indragiri Hulu. The samplingtechnique used in this survey is using purposive sampling orbased on purpose sampling, so weget a representative sample of this study were 42 respondents. Data analysis that used in thissurvey is descriptive analysis of quantitative data. Where the contents of this study contains adiscussion of the results of research is in-depth explanation and interpretation of the data thathasbeen presented. After a discussion from result given, and then it can be inferred. From thesurvey results, it can be seen that in order to fulfill the needs of live especially food needs, the oilpalm agriculturist are using adaptive strategies to survive in addressing the various issuessurrounding their life and should have avariety of efforts in order to increase the family income.The strategy to handling this problem is basically the ability of all members of the family tomanage their own assets.Keywords: Efforts, Oil Palm Agriculturist, Adaptive strategies

Abstract

This research based on of a problem from a phenomenon that happened at TampanDistrict Office, Pekanbaru. The phenomenon that happened there is employees, who lessdiscipline. This case is seen from some employees who do service in making indemnity letterat Tampan District.The purpose of this research is to find out how discipline the employee of civil servantemployees in making service of indemnity letter and what factors that affect the civil servantemployees at Tampan District Office, Pekanbaru. This research used discipline theory fromMalayu S.P Hasibuan and to find out the factors that affect the of employee’s discipline.The result of this research showed that, the discipline of civil servant in makingservice of indemnity letter at Tampan District Office Pekanbaru, have done, but there aresome aspect that is not as appropriate as wishing. The deviation of employees in service isthe priority attention, and the influencing factors like the lack of observation by the leader,uneffective attendance list and the influencing factors like the lack of applying disciplinepenalization for the employees of Tampan District Office, Pekanbaru.Keywords: Discipline, Employee Discipline and Service

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how Effectivenes of Blackberry Messenger Media as a channel Da’wah Message on institute study of Islamic Student (ALMADANI) among the Fisip Riau University student. With the present disclosure, the development of Da’wah should not be listening to lectures dealing directly with scholars, yet through the message through social media we can easily receive messages of Da’wah every time. One of these Da’wah messages from the media blackberry messenger sent by the Institute for the Study of Islamic Students ALMADANI student UR FISIP.This research metode has built with kuantitatif descriptive metode and the population is FISIP University of Riau students which related and contact with Almadani on blackberry messenger as a responden. Methods of data collection by field research (field research) by distributing a questionnaire, a questionnaire and a research library data.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that the effectiveness of blackberry messenger media as a channel of LSMI AlMADANI Da’wah messages 4.11 the range of 3.4 - 4.2. Abstract

The phenomenon of androgyny already highly developed today in the city of Pekanbaru. This phenomenon is seen with start many encountered in public places feminine men and masculine women. This study aims to determine the motives, meaning and practice of communication androgyny in Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects consisted of three actors androgyny in Pekanbaru are selected using snowball technique. The study used data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation of research. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that the motif of androgyny in Pekanbaru City consists of a motive because (Because motive) the environment, a sense of comfort and want to look different. While the motive (in order to motive) that wants to be accepted by society and would like to remain seen as normal. Meanings given by androgynous fashion that is as applicable to all types, balanced androgynous fashion. Abstract

One of the programs that are a mainstay of television stations in Indonesia is a news program. Competent public television station captured the audience by presenting a news program that is certainly packaged and presented as attractive as possible is no exception Detak Melayu news program. Intense competition in the packaging of this news, making Detak Melayu strive to improve the quality of reporting in order to remain able to attract an audience of spectators. For this reason this study aims to see how management strategies include strategic planning, organizing strategies, mobilization strategy and control strategies in the production of news programs Detak Melayu in Riau Televisi.This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The object of research is the news program production management strategies Detak Melayu which produced by RiauTelevisi. Subjects consisted of four ranks of Riau Televisi and five journalists, were determined by purposive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation.Results from this study describes how the application of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC) in the news program production management strategy as an attempt to Detak Melayu produce a quality news product. (1) Detak Melayu applies four phase which carried out in three forms, namely, the planning meeting news topics, placement planning meetings reporter and cameraman, and projections as well as an evaluation meeting. (2) The second phase is organization, Detak Melayu have determined the distribution of each reporter and cameraman in accordance with the coverage of each “base camp”to work description assigned. Furthermore, (3) the third phase is actuating began from news coverage, shooting, script writing news, post-production and dubbing script that consists of news, news editing process, manufacture rundown of news and news programs aired Detak Melayu.(4) And the fourth is controlling which is conducted Detak Melayu one of them is the projection and evaluation meetings. The entire series of the process is a form of strategy management in the production process to improve the quality news in Detak Melayu program.Keyword: Strategy, Management, Production Management Strategy Television,Television, and News
